Description
汚泥を予熱して予熱された汚泥を得る工程と、
予熱された汚泥を湿式酸化画分と混合して反応混合物を得る工程と、
反応混合物を反応器中で水熱炭化(HTC)に供して、HTC処理された汚泥を得る工程と、
HTC処理された汚泥から画分を分離する工程と、
画分を酸化剤と混合して湿式酸化された画分を得る工程とを含む方法が提供される。
したがって、本開示の汚泥は、好ましくは、リンを、例えば、汚泥の乾燥重量の0.5~9%、例えば汚泥の乾燥重量の1~9%、例えば汚泥の乾燥重量の1.5~9%の量で含む。
・汚泥を受け入れるための入口と、
・HTC処理された汚泥が得られるように汚泥を水熱炭化(HTC)に供するための反応器と、
・汚泥を入口から反応器まで送る送り装置であって、この装置は予熱装置を含む送り装置と、
・HTC処理された汚泥の第1の画分を予熱装置と反応器との間の送り装置の位置に、または反応器に送るための再循環装置であって、この再循環装置は、第1の画分を酸化ガスなどの酸化剤と混合するミキサーを含む再循環装置とを含むシステムが提供される。
・HTC処理された汚泥の第2の画分をフラッシングに供して、冷却された第2の画分と少なくとも1つの蒸気画分を得るためのフラッシング装置と、
・少なくとも1つの蒸気画分を予熱装置に送るための蒸気送り装置とをさらに含むことができる。
Claims (13)
- 汚泥の水熱炭化の方法であって、
前記汚泥を予熱して予熱された汚泥を得る工程と、
前記予熱された汚泥を湿式酸化された画分と混合して反応混合物を得る工程と、
前記反応混合物を反応器中で水熱炭化(HTC)に供して、HTC処理された汚泥を得る工程と、
前記HTC処理された汚泥から画分を分離する工程であって、前記画分の総懸濁固形分(TSS)含有量は、前記HTC処理された汚泥のTSS含有量よりも低い、前記画分を分離する工程と、
前記画分を酸素ガスなどの酸化剤と混合して前記湿式酸化された画分を得る工程とを含み、
前記湿式酸化前の前記画分の温度は、前記予熱された汚泥の温度よりも少なくとも15℃高い、汚泥の水熱炭化の方法。 - 前記画分のTSS含有量は、50g/l未満、好ましくは30g/l未満、より好ましくは20g/l未満、最も好ましくは0~10g/lの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HTC処理された汚泥から第2の画分を得る工程であって、前記第2の画分の総懸濁固形物(TSS)含有量は、前記酸化剤と混合される前記画分のTSS含有量よりも高い、前記第2の画分を得る工程と、
前記第2の画分をフラッシングに供して少なくとも1つの蒸気画分および冷却画分を得る工程と
をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの蒸気画分は予熱工程で使用される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記汚泥は、廃水処理プラントからの地方自治体の汚泥または工業汚泥である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記HTC処理された汚泥の温度は、180~250℃、好ましくは180~230℃、より好ましくは190~225℃である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記HTC処理された汚泥の温度は、前記湿式酸化画分と混合された予熱された汚泥の温度よりも少なくとも20℃高い、好ましくは少なくとも30℃高い、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器中の平均保持時間は、0.25~8時間、好ましくは0.5~2時間である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記画分の体積流量は、前記予熱された汚泥の体積流量の10~50%である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記画分の化学的酸素要求量(COD)は、少なくとも15g/l、好ましくは少なくとも20g/l、より好ましくは少なくとも30g/l、最も好ましくは少なくとも40または少なくとも50g/lである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 予熱された汚泥は、前記反応器内で前記湿式酸化された画分と混合される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 予熱された汚泥は、前記反応器の上流の位置で前記湿式酸化された画分と混合される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿式酸化前の前記画分の温度は、前記予熱された汚泥の温度よりも少なくとも20℃高い、好ましくは少なくとも25℃高い、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤の量は、湿式酸化反応が前記汚泥の高位発熱量(HHV)を5~49%、好ましくは5~20%、より好ましくは6~15%減少させる量である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
