半導体素子(11)を内蔵した半導体モジュール(10)と、
上記半導体モジュールを制御する制御回路基板(20)と、
上記半導体モジュールと上記制御回路基板との間で電気信号(Sa,Sb,Sc)の無線通信を行う無線通信部(30,130)と、
を備え、
上記無線通信部は、上記制御回路基板に上記半導体モジュールと対向するように設けられた第1通信機(31)と、上記半導体モジュールに上記制御回路基板と対向するように設けられた第2通信機(32)と、を有し、
上記第1通信機と上記第2通信機は、これらを直線的に結ぶ経路上に遮蔽物が介在しないように配置されている、電力変換装置(1,101)、
にある。
図1に示されるように、実施形態1の電力変換装置1は、複数の半導体モジュール10と、複数の半導体モジュール10を制御する制御回路基板20と、各半導体モジュールと制御回路基板20との間で電気信号の無線通信を行う無線通信部30と、コンデンサ40と、を備えている。
図6に示されるように、実施形態2の電力変換装置101は、複数の半導体モジュール10の配置方向について、実施形態1の電力変換装置1のものと相違している。
Claims (5)
- 半導体素子(11)を内蔵した半導体モジュール(10)と、
上記半導体モジュールを制御する制御回路基板(20)と、
上記半導体モジュールと上記制御回路基板との間で電気信号(Sa,Sb,Sc)の無線通信を行う無線通信部(30,130)と、
を備え、
上記無線通信部は、上記制御回路基板に上記半導体モジュールと対向するように設けられた第1通信機(31)と、上記半導体モジュールに上記制御回路基板と対向するように設けられた第2通信機(32)と、を有し、
上記第1通信機と上記第2通信機は、これらを直線的に結ぶ経路上に遮蔽物が介在しないように配置されている、電力変換装置(1,101)。 - 上記第2通信機は、上記半導体モジュールに内蔵されている複数の上記半導体素子のそれぞれに対応するように複数設けられ、上記第1通信機は、複数の上記第2通信機のそれぞれにそれぞれが対応するように複数設けられている、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記半導体モジュールを収容するケース(3)と、上記ケースを覆うカバー(4)と、を備え、上記カバーのうち上記半導体モジュールと対向する箇所に上記制御回路基板が取付けられている、請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記半導体モジュールを冷却する冷却器(6)を備え、上記半導体素子の厚み方向(X)を上記制御回路基板の延在面(P)に沿った積層方向として上記冷却器の複数の冷却管(7)のそれぞれと上記半導体モジュールの複数のそれぞれが上記積層方向に交互に積層して配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 上記半導体素子の厚み方向(X)に対する直交方向(Y)を上記制御回路基板の延在面(P)に沿った並置方向として上記半導体モジュールの複数が上記並置方向に並んで配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
