前記ボスボディの外周面を取り囲み、前記ボス接合部の内部に延びた金属リングが備えられることを特徴とする、圧力容器用ボス。 - プラスチック素材のライナー;
通孔が形成された金属材のボスボディと;プラスチック素材またはプラスチック複合材で形成され、前記ボスボディの外面を取り囲んで半径方向の外側に延長形成され、外側面が前記ライナーの開口面に面接触して接合され、前記外側面は下面側の第1側面部分と上面側の第2側面部分と前記第1および第2側面部分の間を連結する段差面を具備した断面を有するものの、前記第1側面部分は下面側に行くほど通孔の中心線からの半径方向への距離が減少するようにテーパーがつけられ、前記第2側面部分は前記第1側面部分と反対方向にテーパーがつけられ、前記ボスボディとの物理的固定のための物理的結合部を具備し、前記ボスボディと一体に成形されるボス接合部;を含むボス;および
前記ライナーの外周面を取り囲む複合材シェルを含むことを特徴とする、圧力容器。 - 前記ライナーは、前記ボス接合部の外側面と前記ライナーの開口面が面接触して接合されるように、ブロー成形を通じて前記ボスと一体に成形されたことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第2側面部分と、前記第1側面部分と前記第2側面の間に位置する前記段差面のうち少なくともいずれか一か所はレーザー融着されることを特徴とする、請求項14または請求項15に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記ボスボディは前記ボス接合部の下面に沿って半径方向に延長形成されたフランジ部を具備し、
前記物理的結合部は、前記フランジ部に形成された複数の固定溝と;前記ボス接合部を前記ボスボディと一体に成形する時に形成され、前記固定溝を通じて突出し、端部が半径方向に拡張されて前記フランジ部に係止される固定突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の圧力容器。 - 前記フランジ部は外側端部が前記ライナーと接するように延長形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の圧力容器。
