Description
1) 表皮のピーク温度値が、約55℃未満であり、どんな場合も45~60℃となることを確保すること。
2) 治療パルスの平均パワーを冷却システムの熱除去と釣り合わせることによって、真皮の過熱を防止すること;及び
3) 皮脂腺の治療には、55℃を上回るピーク温度など、標的発色団を選択的に加熱すること
である。
ρ、k、Cpは、それぞれ:操作者/皮膚科医によって設定される、皮膚での治療の特定の箇所(額、背中、頬など)、患者の年齢、性別及び人種に関する、定圧での密度、熱伝導率及び熱容量であり;
Qは、光ダイオード125によって測定されるレーザ照射線のパワーから分かる、レーザ照射線の吸収の結果として発生される熱量であり、Qbioは、冷却施術及び加熱施術前の、皮膚温度センサー128によって測定される組織の代謝熱であり;
Tairは、冷却センサー112によって測定される冷却作用物質の温度であり、
Tは、皮膚温度センサー128によって測定される温度である。
Claims (8)
- 患者の前記皮膚の領域の方へ向けて第1の一連のレーザパルスを放出するレーザ機器であって、前記レーザパルスが到達する標的は前記皮膚の下側にある、レーザ機器と;
冷却流体による、前記皮膚の前記領域の冷却装置と;
前記皮膚の領域の第1の温度用の第1の測定センサーと;
前記冷却流体の温度用の第2の測定センサーと;
前記第1及び第2の温度測定センサーから信号を受信するコンピュータと
を含む患者の皮膚の下側にある標的を治療するためのシステムにおいて、
前記コンピュータは、予め決められたパワー、持続時間及び間隔を有する第1の一連のレーザパルスを放出する前記レーザ機器を制御し;
前記温度測定センサーは、前記第1の一連のレーザパルスの後に、前記皮膚の領域の前記温度を測定し;
前記コンピュータは、前記予め決められたパワー、持続時間及び間隔を有する第2の一連のパルスの放出後に、前記皮膚の領域で到達する予測温度を、前記第1の測定センサーによって測定された皮膚の領域の第1の温度及び前記第2の測定センサーによって測定された冷却流体の温度に基づいて計算する、システム。 - 前記コンピュータは、第1の予め決められた温度に達するのに必要なパルス数を、前記第1の測定センサーによって測定された皮膚の領域の第1の温度及び前記第2の測定センサーによって測定された冷却流体の温度に基づいて計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の予め決められた温度は、45~60℃であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記皮膚の領域の前記第1の温度に関し、前記皮膚の領域から予め決められた深さに位置する標的の第2の温度を、前記第1の測定センサーによって測定された皮膚の領域の第1の温度及び前記第2の測定センサーによって測定された冷却流体の温度に基づいて計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記予め決められたパワー、持続時間及び間隔を有する第2の一連のパルスの放出後に、前記標的で到達する前記予測温度を計算することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記皮膚の前記領域で到達する前記予測温度の値に基づいて、前記一連のパルスの前記予め決められたパワー、持続時間及び間隔、及び/又は前記冷却流体の温度を変化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記標的で到達する前記予測温度の値に基づいて、前記一連のパルスの前記予め決められたパワー、持続時間及び間隔、及び/又は前記冷却流体の温度を変化させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記第1の一連のレーザパルス後に、前記皮膚の領域での測定される温度の包絡線を、前記第1の測定センサーによって測定された皮膚の領域の第1の温度及び前記第2の測定センサーによって測定された冷却流体の温度に基づいて予測して、前記皮膚の前記領域で到達する前記予測温度を計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
