電気スイッチ(4)が、特に、パルス幅変調で制御することが可能であり、継電器コイル(20)を流れる制御電流を制御することが可能であるように構成されてなる電流制御装置(60)とを含み、
回路構成(1)は、少なくとも1つのセンサ手段であって、継電器(2)に作用する振動、衝撃、または振動を検出するように構成されてなるセンサ手段と、センサ手段(8)によって検出されたセンサデータの評価のための評価ユニット(62)とを含み、かかる評価ユニットにおいて、電流制御装置(60)が、評価ユニット(62)によって評価されたセンサデータに基づいて制御電流を調整するように構成されてなることを特徴とする回路構成(1)である。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの継電器(2)を作動させるための回路構成(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの継電器(2)に、作動電圧(3)を供給することが可能である電力供給装置であって、作動電圧(3)とグランド(GND)との間には、電気スイッチ(4)と、少なくとも1つの継電器の継電器コイル(20)と、シャント抵抗(5)とが、電気的に直列に接続される、電力供給装置と、
電気スイッチ(4)が、特に、パルス幅変調で制御することが可能であり、継電器コイル(20)を流れる制御電流を制御することが可能であるように構成されてなる電流制御装置(60)とを含み、
回路構成(1)は、少なくとも1つのセンサ手段であって、継電器(2)に作用する振動、衝撃、または振動を検出するように構成されてなるセンサ手段と、センサ手段(8)によって検出されたセンサデータの評価のための評価ユニット(62)とを含み、
センサ手段は、加速度センサ手段(8)として構成され、該加速度センサ手段(8)は、少なくとも1つの継電器(2)に作用する加速度を、少なくとも1つの空間方向において検出するように構成されてなり、
評価ユニット(62)は、測定された加速度値の時間微分によって、継電器(2)の領域内に広がるジャーク(j)を決定することが可能であるように構成されてなり、
電流制御装置(60)が、評価ユニット(62)によって決定されたジャーク(j)に基づいて制御電流を調整するように構成されてなり、
電流制御装置(60)は、j≧j krit (j krit はジャークの臨界閾値)の場合、継電器コイル(20)を流れる制御電流は高くなるように構成されてなることを特徴とする回路構成(1)。 - 加速度センサ手段(8)は、少なくとも1つの継電器(2)に作用する加速度を、少なくとも2つの空間方向において、好ましくは、3つの空間方向において検出するように構成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回路構成(1)。
- 加速度センサ手段(8)は、9軸センサとして実施され、ジャイロスコープおよび磁力計を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の回路構成(1)。
- 加速度センサ手段(8)は、少なくとも1kHz、好ましくは少なくとも3kHz、特に、少なくとも5kHzに達するサンプリングレートを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の回路構成(1)。
- 電子スイッチ(4)は、バイポーラトランジスタであることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の回路構成(1)。
- 電流制御装置(60)は、j<jkritの場合、継電器コイルを流れる制御電流は減衰して低下するように構成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の回路構成(1)。
- 継電器コイル(20)は、電力供給装置によって供給される作動電圧(3)の半分未満のコイル電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の回路構成(1)。
