Description
Claims (10)
- 心臓画像データ及びデバイスモデルを使用して、心臓弁デバイスの移植が冠動脈又は頸動脈の流量及び圧力に及ぼす影響をシミュレートする生物物理学的シミュレータを含むコンピュータ実行可能命令を有するコンピュータ可読記憶媒体と、
前記心臓画像データ及び前記デバイスモデルを用いて、前記心臓弁デバイスの移植が前記冠動脈又は前記頸動脈の前記流量及び前記圧力に及ぼす影響をシミュレートする前記生物物理学的シミュレータを実行するプロセッサと、
シミュレーションの結果を表示するディスプレイと、
を含む、コンピューティングシステムであって、
前記生物物理学的シミュレータは、前記心臓画像データをセグメント化して、心臓の関心解剖学的構造の形状を決定し、前記セグメント化に基づいて境界条件を決定し、前記境界条件及び前記セグメント化を用いて移植前の状態メトリックをシミュレートし、
前記生物物理学的シミュレータは、前記デバイスモデルをセグメント化された前記心臓画像データに仮想的に移植し、仮想的な移植を有する当該セグメント化に基づいて境界条件を決定し、当該境界条件及び前記仮想的な移植を有する当該セグメント化を用いて、移植後の状態メトリックをシミュレートし、
前記移植前の状態メトリック及び前記移植後の状態メトリックは、冠血流予備量比、瞬時血流予備量比及び冠流血予備能のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、コンピューティングシステム。 - 前記生物物理学的シミュレータは更に、侵襲的手段による流量及び/又は圧力測定値に基づいて前記境界条件を決定する、請求項1に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記移植前の状態メトリック及び前記移植後の状態メトリックを視覚的に提示する、請求項1に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記移植前の状態メトリックと前記移植後の状態メトリックとの差を決定する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記心臓弁デバイスの移植が前記流量及び前記圧力に及ぼす影響を予測する前記差を視覚的に提示する、請求項4に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記デバイスモデルは、経カテーテル大動脈弁移植デバイスのモデルである、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- コンピューティングシステムのプロセッサによって実行されると、前記プロセッサに、
心臓画像データを受信させ、
心臓弁デバイスインプラントのデバイスモデルを取得させ、
前記心臓画像データ及び前記デバイスモデルを用いて、前記心臓弁デバイスインプラントが冠動脈又は頸動脈の流量及び圧力に及ぼす影響をシミュレートさせ、
前記シミュレートの結果を表示させる、
コンピュータ可読命令でコード化された、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、
前記プロセッサは、前記心臓画像データをセグメント化して、心臓の関心解剖学的構造の形状を決定し、前記セグメント化に基づいて境界条件を決定し、前記境界条件及び前記セグメント化を用いて移植前の状態メトリックをシミュレートし、
前記プロセッサは、前記デバイスモデルをセグメント化された前記心臓画像データに仮想的に移植し、仮想的な移植を有する当該セグメント化に基づいて境界条件を決定し、当該境界条件及び前記仮想的な移植を有する当該セグメント化を用いて、移植後の状態メトリックをシミュレートし、
前記移植前の状態メトリック及び前記移植後の状態メトリックは、冠血流予備量比、瞬時血流予備量比及び冠流血予備能のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記プロセッサは、侵襲的手段による流量及び/又は圧力測定値に基づいて前記境界条件を決定する、請求項7に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記移植前の状態メトリックと前記移植後の状態メトリックとの差を決定する、請求項8に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記移植前の状態メトリック及び前記移植後の状態メトリックか、前記移植前の状態メトリックと前記移植後の状態メトリックとの差か、又は、前記移植前の状態メトリック及び前記移植後の状態メトリック並びに前記移植前の状態メトリックと前記移植後の状態メトリックとの差を視覚的に提示する、請求項9に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
