Claims (10)
- ロケットエンジン(10)のための搭載アセンブリ(100)において、
前記搭載アセンブリ(100)は、
球面軸受基部(110)と、
前記球面軸受基部(110)と結合されておりかつ球面保持リング(130)の少なくとも一部分と前記球面軸受基部(110)の少なくとも一部分との間の空間部を形成する球面保持リング(130)と、
球状端部(122)を有するサスペンションリンク(120)であって、前記球状端部(122)は、前記球面軸受基部(110)と前記球面保持リング(130)の間の空間部内に配置されている、サスペンションリンク(120)と、
前記球面軸受基部(110)と前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)との間に配置された第1の複数の玉(115)と、
前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)と前記球面保持リング(130)との間に配置された第2の複数の玉(125)を備え、
前記球面軸受基部(110)は、前記第1の複数の玉(115)を介して前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)と面接触しており、
前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)は、前記第2の複数の玉(125)を介して前記球面保持リング(130)と面接触しており、
前記球面軸受基部(110)は、前記ロケットエンジン(10)の噴射ヘッド(20)の一部分であるか又は前記ロケットエンジン(10)の燃料を貯蔵するためのタンク(50)の一部分である、搭載アセンブリ(100)。 - 前記球面軸受基部(110)を形成する前記噴射ヘッド(20)の前記一部分は、前記ロケットエンジン(10)のノズル(30)とは反対を向いている前記噴射ヘッド(20)のドーム形状の球状端部である、請求項1に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記サスペンションリンク(120)は、前記球状端部(122)に接続された支柱(124)をさらに備え、前記球面保持リング(130)は、開口(132)を備え、前記支柱(124)は、前記開口(132)を通って到達する、請求項1又は2に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記支柱(124)の外径は、前記球面保持リング(130)の前記開口(132)の内径よりも小さい、請求項3に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記球面軸受基部(110)と前記球面保持リング(130)と前記サスペンションリンク(120)の互いに接触する複数の接触面の内の少なくとも1つが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンで被覆されている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記第1の複数の玉(115)は、好ましくは、球状ケージ(116)内に固定される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記第2の複数の玉(125)は、好ましくは、球状リングケージ(126)内に固定される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記球面保持リング(130)は、前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)の周方向外側縁部(123)の周囲に配置されておりかつ前記球面軸受基部(110)と前記球面保持リング(130)の間の前記空間部内における前記サスペンションリンク(120)の移動を制限する側壁(134)を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- 前記サスペンションリンク(120)の前記球状端部(122)の前記周方向外側縁部(123)の外径は、前記球面保持リング(130)の前記側壁(134)の内径よりも小さい、請求項8に記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)。
- ロケットエンジン(10)と、
燃料タンク(50)と、
前記ロケットエンジン(10)を搭載するための請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の搭載アセンブリ(100)とを備える、ロケット(1)。
