Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to parts and wristwatches, jewelry, bags, accessories, tags, fasteners, etc. equipped with the parts.

Damage caused by counterfeit products is increasing year by year with respect to various products such as wristwatches, jewelry, bags, and accessories of famous brands. Counterfeit products can cause great damage to companies. For example, if low-priced counterfeit products become available on the market, not only will they lose sales opportunities for genuine products, but they may also destroy their business models. In addition, if bad reputation spreads due to inferior counterfeit products, the trust in the brand image that has been nurtured over many years may be lost.

Therefore, in order to prevent damage caused by counterfeit products, an anti-counterfeiting technology for distinguishing genuine products from counterfeit products has been developed.

Patent Literature 1 discloses a device for protecting symbolic information, which has a transparent plate fixed to a case part of a wristwatch, through which the symbolic information can be read. The symbolic information includes manufacturing marks and trademarks that indicate the origin of the wristwatch. By sandwiching the symbolic information between the transparent plate and the case parts of the wristwatch, the symbolic information is adhered in an unpeelable manner. Therefore, the purchaser of the wristwatch can visually confirm whether the sign information is genuine or not.

Although the protection device described in Patent Document 1 has an anti-counterfeiting effect, no consideration was given to adding the necessary decorativeness to the wristwatch.

Therefore, Patent Document 2, for example, is cited as a prior art that separately adds decorativeness to a wristwatch. Patent Literature 2 discloses a watch glass with a two-layer structure in which two transparent glass plates are laminated one above the other, as a watch glass that freely emits light from the light-emitting portion and is excellent in color and decorativeness. . The two glass plates are bonded together with a transparent adhesive, and a light-emitting portion is further provided between these glass plates. Since this light-emitting portion emits light in response to ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 350 to 420 nm or 254 to 365 nm, the watch glass is excellent in color and decorativeness.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-186429

However, in Patent Document 2, the structure is such that the light-emitting layer is provided on the entire surface of the watch glass. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the light-emitting portion separately from the watch glass, which causes a rise in manufacturing cost and hinders horizontal expansion to other products. Therefore, it has not been possible to further improve the decorativeness while securing the anti-counterfeiting effect with the minimum configuration of the light-emitting portion.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. The purpose is to provide wristwatches, jewelry, bags, accessories, tags, fasteners, etc. equipped with parts.

The above problems are solved by the present invention described below. That is, the component of the present invention is composed of at least a first member, the first member is formed of any one of sapphire single crystal, ruby single crystal, quartz glass, and diamond single crystal, and is used to form letters, figures, Any of the symbols is formed in a concave shape on the surface of the first member, and a light-emitting material is disposed inside the concave portion. The luminous material emits light, and the opening of the concave portion is covered with a gold, silver, or colored metal film or colored ink.

Further, in another embodiment of the component of the present invention, the size of characters, graphics, and symbols is preferably set within a range of less than 10 μm.

Further, a wristwatch, jewelry, bag, accessory, tag, and fastener according to the present invention are provided with the above component.

According to the component according to the present invention, it is possible to minimize the arrangement or configuration of the light-emitting material, and it is possible to improve the recognizability of identification while suppressing the manufacturing cost of the component.

Furthermore, by using a luminescent material that emits light when irradiated with light with a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less for parts, a commercially available ultraviolet lamp or ultraviolet light that emits light in the ultraviolet region with a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less called a so-called black light It is possible to easily check the presence or absence of light emission by irradiating with a light emitting diode (LED). Furthermore, this light emission can be used for authenticity determination of parts and anti-counterfeiting measures.

Furthermore, by covering the opening of the concave portion where the luminous material is arranged with a film or ink, it becomes difficult to detect the presence or absence of the luminous material as counterfeit prevention measures at a glance of the part by visual inspection. can do Therefore, it is possible to enhance the anti-counterfeiting effect of parts. Also, the film or ink can improve the decorativeness of the part.

Further, by setting the size of characters, figures, and symbols concavely formed on the surface of the first member within a range of less than 10 μm, the characters, figures, and symbols can be discovered at a glance by visual inspection. , can be difficult. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to determine where the anti-counterfeiting measures are taken in genuine products or what the anti-counterfeiting measures are based on. You can make it impossible to imitate. Therefore, it is possible to improve the prevention of counterfeiting of genuine products.

By equipping wristwatches, jewelry, bags, accessories, tags, and fasteners with parts having the above effects, what anti-counterfeiting measures are implemented in genuine products, or what are the anti-counterfeiting measures itself? can be made difficult to discriminate, making it possible to prevent counterfeit product manufacturers from easily imitating the anti-counterfeit measures themselves. Therefore, it is possible to improve the prevention of counterfeiting of genuine products.

Furthermore, by equipping wristwatches, jewelry, bags, accessories, tags, and fasteners with such parts, the parts according to the present invention can be horizontally applied to other products. In particular, by providing tags, fasteners, etc., it becomes possible to use the parts according to the present invention for other products.

According to these configurations, since the portion where the luminescent material is placed is limited to the recessed portions of the letters, figures, and symbols, the luminescent material can be placed or configured to a minimum, and the manufacturing cost of the parts can be minimized. It is possible to improve identification recognition while suppressing

In the present invention, characters, graphics, or symbols include all characters such as alphabets, hiragana, katakana, kanji, numerals, kanji numerals, symbols, and brand logos. Also, figures include basic figures such as circles, triangles, or squares, more complex geometric patterns, or trademarks that indicate brands or manufacturers.

The second feature is that the sizes of letters, figures, and symbols are set within a range of less than 10 μm.

In the present invention, characters, figures, and symbols having a size of less than 10 μm means that the length and width of each character, figure, or symbol are 10 μm when viewed with the naked eye from the plane direction of the part. It shall be set within the range of less than In the present invention, the limit at which characters, figures, and symbols can be recognized by the naked eye is defined as less than 10 μm. Therefore, in the present invention, when the size of characters, figures, and symbols is 10 μm or more, the characters, figures, and symbols can be recognized by the human eye.

According to this configuration, in addition to the effects described above, it is possible to make it difficult to find characters, figures, and symbols at a glance. In this embodiment, on the surface 2a of the member 2, the letter 4 of the alphabet A is formed in a concave shape as one form of the position where the light-emitting material 5 is arranged. FIG. 2 shows a partially enlarged side cross-sectional view of the concave portion 2b. Characters, graphics, or symbols include all characters such as alphabets, hiragana, katakana, kanji, numerals, kanji numerals, codes, and brand logos. Graphics also include basic graphics such as circles, triangles, or squares, more complex geometric patterns, or trademarks that indicate a brand or manufacturer.

Laser scanning may be used to form the recessed portions 2b of the characters 4, figures, and symbols. From the viewpoint of resistance to laser scanning, the material of the member 2 is more preferably sapphire single crystal, ruby single crystal, or diamond single crystal. As the sapphire single crystal, either a colorless sapphire single crystal or a colored sapphire single crystal such as pink may be used. The depth of the concave portion 2b can be set variously, and for example, it can be set within the range of 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, a luminous material 5 is arranged inside the concave portion 2b of the character 4 or the like. As the luminous material 5, a luminous body (phosphor), a phosphor, or a luminous glass that emits light in the ultraviolet region (wavelength of 250 nm to 400 nm) is used. Examples of phosphorescent materials include inorganic pigments of alumina-based oxides and sulfide-based pigments, and examples of phosphors include fluorescent inks.

When the component 1 thus formed is irradiated with light having a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less from the outside, the light emitter 5 emits light. Preferably, the luminescence appears more effectively when the component 1 is placed in the dark. As the light, an ultraviolet lamp or an ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED) that emits light in the ultraviolet region with a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less, which is called a so-called black light, is suitable. In response to light having a wavelength in the ultraviolet region emitted from such a light, the luminous material 5 causes the characters 4, figures or symbols to emit colored light. More specifically, the letters 4, figures or symbols emit light having a wavelength in the ultraviolet range of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less, depending on the material that constitutes the luminous material 5. FIG.

According to these configurations, since the luminescent material 5 is arranged only in the recessed portions 2b of the characters 4, figures, and symbols, the arrangement or configuration of the luminescent material 5 can be minimized. It is possible to improve identification recognition while suppressing the manufacturing cost of the component 1 .

Furthermore, by using a luminescent material 5 that emits light when irradiated with light with a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less for the part 1, a commercially available ultraviolet lamp called a black light that emits light in the ultraviolet region with a wavelength of 250 nm or more and 400 nm or less Alternatively, it is possible to easily check the presence or absence of light emission by irradiating with an ultraviolet light emitting diode (LED). Furthermore, this light emission can be used for authenticity determination of the component 1 and anti-counterfeiting measures.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the component 1 is more preferably covered with a film or ink 3 at the opening of the concave portion 2b where the luminous material 5 is arranged. The reason for this is that by covering the opening of the concave portion 2b where the luminous material 5 is arranged with a film or ink 3, the presence or absence of the luminous material 5 as anti-counterfeit measures can be discovered at a glance of the part 1 by visual inspection. can be made difficult. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the anti-counterfeiting effect of the component 1 .

The film 3 can be arbitrarily formed on the surface 2a on the side where the concave portions 2b are formed, but in this embodiment, as an example, a film by a sputtering method can be mentioned, and gold, silver, or any colored film can be used. (blue, etc.) metal films can be formed. The thickness of the metal film can be set arbitrarily, but as an example, it can be set to 50 nm or more and 200 nm or less.

Further, as the ink 3, color ink such as pigment ink or printing ink may be applied onto the surface 2a on the side where the concave portions 2b are formed. Such a film or ink 3 can improve the decorativeness of the component 1 .

The surface 2a is mirror-polished so that the surface roughness Ra is 0.1 μm or less. Ra can be measured using a surface roughness tester.

Furthermore, it is more preferable that the sizes of the characters 4, graphics and symbols are set within a range of less than 10 μm. The reason for this is that setting the sizes of the characters 4, figures, and symbols within a range of less than 10 μm makes it difficult to find the characters 4, figures, and symbols at a glance. Because it is possible. Therefore, when the component 1 is provided in an authentic wristwatch or the like, it is possible to make it difficult to determine what anti-counterfeiting measures are taken in the genuine item or what anti-counterfeiting measures are taken. It is possible to make it impossible for a counterfeit product manufacturer to easily imitate the anti-counterfeiting measures themselves. Therefore, it is possible to improve the prevention of counterfeiting of genuine products.

Note that the character 4, figure, or symbol within a range of less than 10 μm in size means that the character 4 when the component 1 is viewed with the naked eye from the plane direction (for example, the direction in which the component 1 is viewed as shown in FIG. 1) , figures, and symbols are set within a range of less than 10 μm. In the present invention, the limit at which characters 4, figures, and symbols can be recognized by the naked eye is defined as less than 10 μm. Therefore, in the present invention, when the size of characters 4, figures, and symbols is 10 μm or more, the characters 4, figures, and symbols can be recognized by the human eye.

By equipping a watch, jewelry, bag, accessory (ring, necklace, earring, bracelet, etc.), tag, or fastener with Part 1, it is possible to find out what anti-counterfeiting measures are taken in the authentic product, or what is used for counterfeiting. It is possible to make it difficult to determine whether the anti-counterfeiting measures themselves are taken, and it is possible to prevent the manufacturers of counterfeit products from easily imitating the anti-counterfeiting measures themselves. Therefore, it is possible to improve the prevention of counterfeiting of genuine products. 3 shows a ring 6 with a component 1, FIG. 4 an earring 7 with a component 1, and FIG. 5 a schematic diagram of a bag 8 with a component 1. FIG.

Furthermore, the component 1 can be horizontally expanded to other products. In particular, by providing tags, fasteners, etc., it becomes possible to use the parts according to the present invention for other products.

As an example, when the part 1 is used as a cover part to protect the dial of a wristwatch, the outer dimensions of the part 1 in FIG. good. Of course, various dimensions can be set according to the specifications of the watch, jewelry, bag, accessory, tag, and fastener that include the component 1 .

It should be noted that the above embodiment can be modified in various ways according to its technical concept, and for example, the external shape of the member 2 is not limited to a plate-like member, and may be, for example, a ring shape.
