Description
The present invention relates to a message processing system for financial transactions.
例えば、外為業務では、SWIFT(Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication)電文、日銀電文等(以下、電文として総称する)を用いて金融機関の間でメッセージが交換されている。 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, with the development of computer networking technology, there are increasing opportunities for various types of information to be exchanged on networks in the form of telegrams. Against this background, exchanges of telegrams are increasing in various operations in financial institutions. For example, in the foreign exchange business, messages are exchanged between financial institutions using SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) telegrams, Bank of Japan telegrams, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as telegrams).
There are multiple types of telegrams, and usage differs depending on the types of telegrams. In addition, the content that should be entered in each field is defined in the message, and in the case of overseas remittance, based on the information such as the sender, the sending bank, the receiving bank, the recipient, the currency, the amount, etc. , transfer of funds and transmission of telegrams to other financial institutions. On the other hand, in SWIFT, a certain degree of freedom is allowed for the description in electronic messages, which increases the availability and flexibility of electronic messages and contributes to user convenience.
MT (message type) 103, which is one of the messages, is a message handled as customer remittance. However, in a foreign exchange transaction chain in which the final recipient is addressed to a customer, when receiving the message as an intermediary bank, the message must be sent to the next bank in the chain. In other words, the MT 103 that is received as deposit to the account of the customer in the bank and the MT 103 that is to be transferred to the next bank as an intermediary bank are handled by different business divisions within the bank.
The final receiving bank and account information are the focus when determining in which business department the message should be processed. In other words, if the final receiving bank and account information of the message indicates the deposit account of another bank, the message will be handled by the intermediary bank business, and if it indicates the account of the customer of our bank, it will be judged that the customer remittance business will be in charge. Distribution to these business departments is automatically executed by the distribution system, and the distribution system executes the determination based on the content of the electronic message.
However, there are cases where it cannot be delivered to the correct business department due to the following factors. As a first factor, there are cases where the name and address of the bank are vaguely described, making it impossible to determine whether it is the name of the person or the name of the bank. In addition, as a second factor, although the name of our branch is listed, there are cases where other banks have branches with the same name, and the remittance destination cannot be specified. Furthermore, as a third factor, there are cases where the customer's account number and the account number of another bank overlap, making it impossible to specify the remittance destination.
If a message is assigned to the wrong business department due to the degree of freedom of description, the message must be manually checked by the assigned business department and re-distributed to the correct business department, reducing the administrative burden. It takes. Therefore, correctly judging the business department handling the electronic message leads to the efficiency of the bank business and the shortening of the settlement time.
Further, according to the conventional technology, it is checked sequentially whether the content of the message corresponds to a predetermined rule, and if even one of the conditions of the rule is met, the destination is determined. For this reason, the basic rule was to distribute jobs according to rules that ensured judgment of jobs. For this reason, the destination is determined not from the entire telegram, but from the detection of an input item corresponding to one rule. Furthermore, since the delivery destination is determined by one applicable rule, only deterministic rules with considerable reliability are registered. rules were eliminated.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a message processing technique for improving the accuracy of distributing messages in which a degree of freedom in description is allowed.
In order to solve the above-described problems, one aspect of the present invention provides an evaluation unit that evaluates destination candidates of the message based on evaluation information from information input to the message, and transmission of the message according to evaluation results of the destination candidates. and a determining unit for determining a destination.
According to the present invention, it is possible to distribute telegrams that allow freedom of description to correct telegram recipients.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
In the following embodiments, a message processing device for processing financial transaction messages such as SWIFT messages and Bank of Japan messages is disclosed. In electronic messages for financial transactions, while the content to be entered is defined for each field in the message, the specific description of the input content is left to each user, and the specific description method differs for each user. sell. The electronic message processing apparatus according to the present invention scores electronic message destination candidates for each business department, etc. from the input contents of the received electronic message based on the input values in the electronic message fields and the evaluation information indicating the points of the corresponding transmission destination candidates. , determine the destination of the telegram according to the scoring result. As a result, depending on the input values in the fields in the message, points indicating the relationship between the input values recorded in the evaluation information and the business are added or subtracted to determine which business features the message has. Based on the total score of each task, the destination is determined based on the "probability" of the message as a task.
According to the conventional technology, whether or not the content of the electronic message corresponds to a predetermined rule is checked in sequence, and if even one of the rule conditions is met, the destination is determined. For this reason, the basic rule was to distribute jobs according to rules that ensured judgment of jobs. By using the scoring method as described above, the destination is scored based on the entire message instead of determining the destination based on one rule, so the accuracy of determination of messages that allow ambiguous descriptions is improved. be able to. In addition, compared to the conventional technology, it is possible to register not only deterministic rules but also ambiguous rules. To make a decision, it becomes possible to specify the destination from other fields.
First, referring to FIG. 1, a message processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of a message processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1 , the
The
The determining
However, the present invention is not limited to this. It may be determined that the delivery destination of the electronic message is unknown instead of being a candidate for the transmission destination, and may be reported to the administrator or the like as an unknown electronic message. Alternatively, if there are a plurality of destination candidates having the maximum total points, the
Telegram processing according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to FIGS. In the illustrated message processing, the
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing distribution destination determination processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, it is assumed that the
In step S101, the
In step S102, the
In step S103, the
In step S104, the determining
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing distribution destination determination processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the
In step S201, the
In step S202, the
In step S203, the
In step S204, the determining
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing distribution destination determination processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the illustrated embodiment, the
In step S301, the
In step S302, the determining
In addition, for messages that have been erroneously transmitted by the
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the evaluation information learning process according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing evaluation information learning processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the illustrated embodiment, the
In step S401, the
In step S402, the
Note that the score X may be set to a predetermined initial value at the time of generation, and then the score X may be increased each time the determination condition is used and the determination result indicates a correct destination. On the other hand, each time the determination condition is used and the determination result indicates an erroneous destination, the score X may be decreased and the score of the correct destination (for example, Person B) may be increased. In this manner, the determination conditions and determination results may be updated according to the success or failure result of the destination.
