The funds payment review may include: determining information such as payment starting date, payment ending date, whether supervision is accepted or not, checking whether fund usage, amount, currency and the like are reasonable or not, and whether the states of a payment account and a collection account are normal or not. Generally, after a fund supervision contract is signed, the fund corresponding to the fund payment application needs to be supervised. And under the condition of passing the approval, the process approval system calls an interface to synchronize the issuing state of the fund payment application. And then generating corresponding fund payment information through a service supervision system. The funds payment information may typically be a business listing number. The service list number is unique and is used as a payment basis, and service personnel can inquire payment records according to the service list number. In the event of a failed approval, the funds payment application is certified as not in compliance, rejected, and not processed.
The business supervision system plays a role in recording fund supervision information and sending a payment instruction, and is connected with the process approval system and the clearing system. The generated payment instruction with the service list number as the unique identifier comprises information of the collection and payment elements, information of the payment starting and ending time, the payment path and the like. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the funds corresponding to the funds payment application may generally be loan funds, or may be other funds.
In this embodiment, before applying for funds payment, the funds payment application needs to be reviewed for funds payment, so that the funds corresponding to the funds payment application can be used reasonably, and the risk of cross-border funds payment is reduced.
In one embodiment, the funds payment information includes at least: payment date, remittance amount, receipt currency type, deduction amount, deduction currency type, deduction date, target account, deduction account and service list number. Before the processing the remittance fund information according to the standard of the international fund clearing system and obtaining the remittance message data, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a mode for sending message data according to the fund payment information;
matching information of financial institutions according to the determined mode of sending the message data, and determining a target financial system for receiving the message data and an identification code of the target financial system;
the identification Code may be a Bank Identifier Code (BIC) which is composed of eight bits or eleven english letters or arabic numerals that can be automatically interpreted by the server, and is used for clearly distinguishing different financial institutions related to financial transactions in SWIFT telegraph. The bank international Code (SWIFT Code) is a bank identification Code proposed by the SWIFT association and passed by ISO, and a specific SWIFT Code exists in every member institution of the association.
Specifically, the method for sending the message data may be determined by the amount of account deduction and the amount of remittance in the fund payment information. The method for sending the message data may include: outgoing messages and incoming messages. The outgoing message may be a message remitted to a foreign financial system, and the incoming message may be a message remitted from a foreign financial system to a domestic financial system. In this embodiment, the manner of sending the message data may typically be a remittance message to a foreign financial system. A financial system is determined that is connected to the money transfer financial system of the money transfer financial institution via SWIFT. And matching the corresponding financial system in the determined financial system according to the determined mode of sending the message data, wherein the corresponding financial system can be a target financial system. And the identification code of the target financial system is determined.
In some exemplary embodiments, the amount of money to be deducted is determined as an remittance transaction, e.g., by a debit in the funds payment information, and a remittance message is determined. A financial system connected to a remittance financial system of a remittance financial institution via SWIFT. Matching is performed in the connected financial systems, and the financial system receiving the remitted message is found. The financial system may be determined to be a target financial system. The BIC of the target financial system is obtained. If the transaction between the financial system of the remittance financial institution and the target financial system needs to be performed through the intermediary or the agent, the BIC of the intermediary and the BIC of the agent are also acquired.
Correspondingly, the sending the remittance message data to the target financial system through the international fund clearing system includes:
and sending the remittance message data to a target financial system through the identification codes of the international fund clearing system and the target financial system.
Specifically, the corresponding target financial institution is found through the identification code of the target financial system, and the remittance message data is sent to the target financial system through the international fund clearing system.
If the transaction is carried out through the intermediate bank or the agent bank, the intermediate bank or the agent bank is further determined through the BIC of the intermediate bank or the agent bank, and the remittance message data is sent to the target financial system through the intermediate bank or the agent bank and the international fund clearing system.
In this embodiment, the financial system to be remitted can be accurately determined by sending a message, and because the financial system is a target financial system determined by the identification code, which is proposed by the SWIFT association and has a certain standard, when performing a payment transaction, a service standard and a data standard are unified, which is convenient for monitoring the payment transaction subsequently.
In one embodiment, the data processing the funds payment information includes:
checking the data format of the fund payment information and the content of the fund payment information to obtain a checking result;
at least performing suspicious transaction analysis and/or blacklist query according to the target account and the payment amount to obtain an analysis result and/or a query result;
and calculating the commission charge data at least according to the remittance amount and the charge collection currency.
In some embodiments of the present application, the blacklist includes users who lose credit or users who have low credit information. Suspicious transaction analysis may generally be a method of analyzing for some violations of the transaction.
Specifically, the format of each data in the fund payment information may be checked, and whether the format of each data is accurate. Such as checking whether the withholding date and the payment date are in a format conforming to the date, such as xx minutes in xx months and xx days. And checking whether the deduction account or the target account conforms to the account of the corresponding system, if the account number of the normal financial system is 11 digits, checking whether the deduction account or the target account is 11 digits, and the like. The content of the fund payment can be whether any one of the account deduction amount, the remittance amount or other fund payment information is empty. After the inspection, an inspection result can be obtained, and the inspection result can include: the data format is accurate, the data format is not accurate, the content of the fund payment information is not empty, and the content of the fund payment information is empty. And analyzing the suspicious transaction at least according to the payment amount, and inquiring the blacklist at least according to the target account to obtain an analysis result and an inquiry result. It will be appreciated that the analysis of suspicious transactions may also be performed by a debit amount and a remittance amount. And during the blacklist query, the blacklist query can be carried out according to the target account and the deduction account. The analysis results may include: the transaction corresponding to the fund payment application is a suspicious transaction or an abnormal transaction, and the transaction corresponding to the fund payment application is a non-suspicious transaction or a normal transaction. The query results may include: and the target account number or the deduction account in the fund payment information is a blacklist, a target account number or a non-blacklist of the deduction account. And calculating the commission data at least according to the remittance amount and the receipt currency. The commission data may also be calculated based on the remittance amount, the receival currency, the deduction amount, and the deduction currency.

Remittance information is assembled based at least on the funding payment information, the commission data, and the identification code.
And under the condition that any one result is not passed, under the condition that the data format of the fund payment information is determined to be inaccurate and/or the fund payment information content is empty according to the inspection result, outputting error message data to a service supervision system. And under the condition of determining suspicious transactions and/or blacklists according to the analysis result and/or the query result, outputting suspicious message data. And when the service supervision system receives the error message data and/or the suspicious message data, stopping processing the subsequent operation corresponding to the fund payment application. And after outputting the error message data, the clearing system also stops processing the funds payment application.
In this embodiment, whether the fund payment information has a risk problem or other problems can be determined according to the inspection result, the analysis result and the query result. And when the checking result, the analysis result and the query result pass, the subsequent transaction processing can be carried out, so that the fund use, the account, the amount and the like are ensured to be free from problems, and the fund is ensured not to be used indiscriminately. And under the condition that the fund payment information is determined to have problems, outputting error message information or suspicious message information, determining that the current fund payment application has problems through the message information, stopping processing the fund payment application, avoiding risk transaction and reducing the risk of cross-border payment.
In one embodiment, after determining the target financial institution that received the message data and the identification code of the target financial institution, the method further comprises:
checking whether the time of the fund payment application is within the business hours of the target financial system and the business hours of the remittance financial system.
In particular, the business hours of the target financial system may typically be business hours of nostro. nosstro refers to an account held in a foreign corporate account that I have opened at his bank (e.g., an account opened at a destination financial system by a remittance financial system). The business hours of the remittance financial system may be the business hours of vostro, which refers to the same industry deposit, who opens an account with my bank (e.g., an account set by the destination financial system in the remittance financial system). And judging whether the fund payment application time is in the business time of the target financial system and the business time of the remittance financial system, if so, processing the fund payment application, and ensuring the success of the fund payment application. If not, the processing of the fund payment application is stopped, and the fund payment application is continued to be processed within the business hours of entering the target financial system and the business hours of the remittance financial system.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the money transfer financial system and the clearing system are typically systems at the same financial institution. The same financial institution may be a money transfer financial institution in some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, by determining whether the time of the fund payment application is the business time of the target financial system and the business time of the remittance financial system, the successful payment transaction can be ensured, and if any one of the target financial system and the remittance financial system has passed the business time, the payment transaction cannot be processed. The payment transaction can be processed a first time while waiting for both the destination financial system and the remittance financial system to enter business hours.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and receiving the payment result information output by the target financial system through the international fund clearing system, and carrying out bookkeeping according to the payment result information and the remitted fund information.
The payment result information may generally include information on success in processing the fund payment application or information on failure in processing the fund payment application.
Specifically, the target financial system outputs payment result information to the international fund clearing system after processing the fund payment application according to the remittance message data. And after receiving the payment result information fed back by the target financial system, the international fund clearing system can feed back the payment result information to the clearing system through the message system, and the clearing system sends the payment result information to the business supervision system. After receiving the payment result information, the clearing system can carry out accounting according to the payment result information and the remitted fund information.

And synchronizing the successful payment issuing information to a service monitoring system, and the service monitoring system inquires and matches according to the serial number of the service list and updates the issuing state of the fund payment application. In this embodiment, data synchronization between different systems is usually required. The complete flow must include data synchronization, data post-processing. In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
performing data conversion on the transaction flow data to convert the transaction flow data into a data format which is in accordance with the storage of a storage database;
performing data cleaning on the transaction flow data subjected to data conversion, wherein the data cleaning at least comprises the following steps: sensitive information processing, duplicate removal and invalid information removal, and transaction flow data after data cleaning is stored.
Specifically, a data warehouse (storage database) usually has its own data storage format, and data transmitted by other systems (such as transaction flow data) needs to be converted and then stored. Therefore, data conversion of transaction flow data into a data format conforming to data warehouse storage is required. And then, performing data cleaning on the transaction flow data after data conversion. In some example embodiments, the GMPS puts the transaction flow data into a designated path through NFT transmission, the data warehouse acquires the transaction flow data from the path at regular time, and performs data storage after data conversion and data cleaning, and the ntf (network Files transfer) pushes a network file.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-9. The embodiment of the disclosure also provides another data processing method for cross-border fund payment, which includes: four parts, respectively: fund approval, data processing, payment application processing and data storage.
The fund approval comprises the following steps: s602, the user initiates a fund payment application to a bank through a counter or overseas bank, and the process approval system receives the fund payment application. The fund payment application usually includes information such as payment date, remittance amount, receipt currency, account deduction amount, account deduction currency, account deduction date, target account, and debit account.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a data processing method for cross-border fund payment, where the method specifically includes: the data processing process of the cross-border fund payment can be regarded as a data processing flow among the user, the flow approval system, the business supervision system, the clearing system, the international fund clearing system and the target financial system.
The user establishes a loan account in the process approval system and initiates a fund payment application. And the process approval system carries out fund payment examination. And after the examination is passed, the service supervision system is notified, and generates a service list number. And sending the fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application to the clearing system. And the clearing system receives the fund payment information and then performs data processing. The money transfer message data is then assembled according to the standards of the international funds clearing system. And forwarded to the international funds clearing system via the messaging system. The international funds clearing system forwards the remittance message data to the target financial system. And the target financial system processes the fund payment application and outputs payment result information to the international fund clearing system. And the international fund clearing system forwards the payment result information to the clearing system through the message system. And under the condition that the settlement system determines that the payment result information is successful, synchronizing the payment result information to the service supervision system. And the service supervision system updates the issuing state of the fund payment application. The clearing system performs billing processing on the information related to the fund payment application. And after accounting processing, the data are converted and cleaned and then stored in a designated path.

The various modules in the data processing apparatus for cross-border fund payment may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 12. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing fund payment information, remittance message data, remittance fund information and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a data processing method for cross-border fund payment.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 12 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps in the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that the fund payment information (including payment date, remittance amount, receipt currency, deduction amount, deduction currency, deduction date, destination account, deduction account, etc.), remittance fund information, identification code, etc. related to the present disclosure are information authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, databases, or other media used in the embodiments provided by the present disclosure may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases involved in embodiments provided by the present disclosure may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided in this disclosure may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic, quantum computing based data processing logic, etc., without limitation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present disclosure, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present disclosure. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present disclosure, and these changes and modifications are all within the scope of the present disclosure. Claims (22)

1. A method of data processing for cross-border funding, the method comprising:
receiving fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application;
carrying out data processing on the fund payment information to obtain remitted fund information; the data processing at least comprises: performing data check, data amount analysis and commission charge calculation on the fund payment information;
processing the remittance fund information according to the standard of the international fund clearing system to obtain remittance message data;
and sending the remittance message data to a target financial system through the international fund clearing system, wherein the remittance message data is used for instructing the target financial system to process the fund payment application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the funds payment information includes at least: payment date, remittance amount, receipt currency, deduction amount, deduction currency, deduction date, target account, deduction account and service list number; the data processing of the fund payment information comprises:
checking the data format of the fund payment information and the content of the fund payment information to obtain a checking result;
at least performing suspicious transaction analysis and/or blacklist query according to the target account and the payment amount to obtain an analysis result and/or a query result;
and calculating the handling fee data at least according to the remittance amount and the charge collection currency.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to processing the remittance funds information according to the international funds clearance system standard to obtain remittance message data, the method further comprises:
determining a mode for sending message data according to the fund payment information;
matching information of financial institutions according to the determined mode of sending the message data, and determining a target financial system for receiving the message data and an identification code of the target financial system;
correspondingly, the sending the remittance message data to the target financial system through the international fund clearing system includes:
and sending the remittance message data to the target financial system through the international fund clearing system and the identification code of the target financial system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the data processing of the funds payment information to obtain remitted funds information comprises:
and determining remitted fund information according to at least the fund payment information, the commission fee data and the identification code under the conditions that the data format of the fund payment information is determined to be accurate according to the inspection result, the content of the fund payment information is not empty, and non-suspicious transactions and non-blacklists are determined according to the analysis result and/or the query result.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
under the condition that the data format of the fund payment information is determined to be inaccurate and/or the fund payment information content is empty according to the checking result, outputting error message data;
under the condition that suspicious transactions and/or blacklists are determined according to the analysis results and/or the query results, suspicious message data are output;
wherein the error message data and the suspicious message data are used to instruct to stop processing the fund payment application.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein after determining the target financial institution that received the message data and the identification code of the target financial institution, the method further comprises:
checking whether the time of the fund payment application is within the business hours of the target financial system and the business hours of the remittance financial system.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to receiving the fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application, the method comprises:
receiving a fund payment application;
and performing fund payment examination on the information corresponding to the fund payment application, wherein the fund payment examination at least comprises the following steps: determining a payment date and a withholding date; determining whether the usage, payment amount, receipt currency, account deduction amount and account deduction currency of remittance funds in the fund payment application are reasonable; determining whether the states of the target account and the deduction account are normal;
and generating the fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application under the condition that the fund payment examination is passed.
8. The method of claim 2, further comprising: and receiving the payment result information output by the target financial system through the international fund clearing system, and carrying out bookkeeping according to the payment result information and the remitted fund information.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving the payment result information via the international funds clearing system, and billing based on the payment result information and the remitted funds information comprises:
under the condition that the payment result information is successful, updating the issuing state of the fund payment application according to the payment result information and the service list number;
determining transaction flow data at least according to the payment amount, the deduction amount, the target account and the deduction account in the remitted fund information;
accounting is carried out according to the transaction flow data;
and under the condition that the payment result information is failed, feeding back first information to the target financial system, wherein the first information is used for instructing the target financial system to reprocess the fund payment application.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
performing data conversion on the transaction flow data to convert the transaction flow data into a data format which is in accordance with the storage of a storage database;
performing data cleaning on the transaction flow data subjected to data conversion, and storing the transaction flow data subjected to data cleaning, wherein the data cleaning at least comprises the following steps: sensitive information processing, deduplication and invalid information removal.
11. A data processing apparatus for cross-border funding, the apparatus comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application;
the data processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the fund payment information to obtain remitted fund information; the data processing at least comprises: performing data check, data amount analysis and commission charge calculation on the fund payment information;
the standard processing module is used for processing the remittance fund information according to the standard of the international fund clearing system to obtain remittance message data;
and the data sending module is used for sending the remittance message data to a target financial system through the international fund clearing system, and the remittance message data is used for indicating the target financial system to process the fund payment application.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the funds payment information comprises at least: payment date, remittance amount, receipt currency, deduction amount, deduction currency, deduction date, target account, deduction account and service list number; the data processing module comprises:
the data checking module is used for checking the data format of the fund payment information and the content of the fund payment information to obtain a checking result;
the analysis query module is used for performing suspicious transaction analysis and/or blacklist query at least according to the target account and the payment amount to obtain an analysis result and/or a query result;
and the calculation module is used for calculating the commission charge data at least according to the remittance amount and the charge collection currency.

The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising: the target financial institution determination module is used for determining a mode for sending message data according to the fund payment information; matching the information of the financial institution according to the determined mode of sending the message data, and determining a target financial system for receiving the message data and an identification code of the target financial system; correspondingly, the data sending module is further configured to send the remittance message data to the target financial system through the identification codes of the international fund clearing system and the target financial system.

The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the data processing module is further configured to determine remittance information according to at least the funding information, the commission data, and the identification code, in case that it is determined that the data format of the funding information is accurate according to the inspection result, the content of the funding information is not empty, and it is determined that the funding information is not suspicious transaction and is not blacklisted according to the analysis result and/or the query result.

The apparatus of claim 11 or 14, wherein the data processing module further comprises: the first data output module is used for outputting error message data under the condition that the data format of the fund payment information is determined to be inaccurate and/or the fund payment information content is empty according to the check result;
the second data output module is used for outputting suspicious message data under the condition that suspicious transactions and/or blacklists are determined according to the analysis result and/or the query result;
wherein the error message data and the suspicious message data are used to instruct to stop processing the fund payment application.
16. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising: the application receiving module is used for receiving a fund payment application;
a fund review module, configured to perform fund payment review on information corresponding to the fund payment application, where the fund payment review at least includes: determining a payment date and a withholding date; determining whether the usage, payment amount, receipt currency, account deduction amount and account deduction currency of remittance funds in the fund payment application are reasonable; determining whether the states of the target account and the deduction account are normal;
and the information generation module is used for generating the fund payment information corresponding to the fund payment application under the condition that the fund payment examination is passed.

The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising: and the accounting processing module is used for receiving the payment result information output by the target financial system through the international fund clearing system and accounting according to the payment result information and the remitted fund information.

The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the billing processing module comprises: the state updating module is used for updating the issuing state of the fund payment application according to the payment result information and the service list number under the condition that the payment result information is successful;
the flow data accounting module is used for determining transaction flow data at least according to the payment amount, the deduction amount, the target account and the deduction account in the remitted fund information and accounting according to the transaction flow data;
and the feedback module is used for feeding back first information to the target financial system under the condition that the payment result information is failure, wherein the first information is used for indicating the target financial system to reprocess the fund payment application.

The apparatus of claim 18, further comprising: the conversion cleaning module is used for carrying out data conversion on the transaction flow data to convert the transaction flow data into a data format which is in accordance with the storage of a storage database; performing data cleaning on the transaction flow data subjected to data conversion, and storing the transaction flow data subjected to data cleaning, wherein the data cleaning at least comprises the following steps: sensitive information processing, deduplication and invalid information removal.
20. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executing the computer program.
21. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
22. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 when executed by a processor.
