Claims (10)
- 基材層と、
前記基材層上に位置し、導電性高分子を含む導電性高分子層と、
前記導電性高分子層内に挿入されたネットワーク構造体と、を含み、
前記ネットワーク構造体が複数の金属ナノワイヤを含み、
前記導電性高分子は、陽イオン性ポリマーと陰イオン性ポリマーの複合ポリマーであり、
前記陽イオン性ポリマーは、ポリ(3、4-エチレンデオキシチオフェン)であり、
前記陰イオン性ポリマーは、デキストラン硫酸であり、
前記ネットワーク構造体は、前記複数の金属ナノワイヤのうち、隣接する2つの金属ナノワイヤが接触するジャンクション部を含み、
前記ネットワーク構造体を形成する複数の金属ナノワイヤとの間の複数の孔隙の一部に前記導電性高分子が位置する、導電フィルム。 - 前記導電性高分子は、伝導率が9000S/cm以上である、請求項1に記載の導電フィルム。
- 前記導電性高分子は、光透過率が85%以上である、請求項1に記載の導電フィルム。
- 前記金属ナノワイヤは、銀ナノワイヤである、請求項1に記載の導電フィルム。
- 前記ネットワーク構造体は、面抵抗が20Ω/□以下である、請求項1に記載の導電フィルム。
- 前記ネットワーク構造体は、光透過率が90%以上である、請求項1に記載の導電フィルム。
- 請求項1に記載の導電フィルムを含む電極を含む、表示装置。
- 前記表示装置は、有機発光素子を含み、
前記有機発光素子は、第1電極、発光層および第2電極を含み、
前記第1電極および前記第2電極のうち、1つ以上は、請求項1に記載の導電フィルムを含む、請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示装置は、多数のタッチ電極を含むタッチパネルを含み、
前記多数のタッチ電極のうち、1つ以上は、請求項1に記載の導電フィルムを含む、請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 基材層上に複数の金属ナノワイヤを含むネットワーク構造体を形成することと、
気相重合によって、導電性高分子層を形成することと
を含み、
前記導電性高分子層は、陽イオン性ポリマーとしてポリ(3、4-エチレンデオキシチオフェン)と、陰イオン性ポリマーとしてデキストラン硫酸とを含む複合ポリマーである、導電フィルムの製造方法。
