Claims (8)
- 電気油圧式ブレーキシステムであって、
メインハウジング(25)を含み、前記メインハウジング(25)内には油圧ユニットのブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)が設けられており、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)のピストンロッドの外端は出力押付ロッド(19)に接続されており、出力押付ロッド(19)の他端には入力ロッド(23)が設けられており、入力ロッド(23)は、自身の長さ方向にのみ摺動するようメインハウジング(25)内に接続されており、入力ロッド(23)の他端には、ブレーキペダル力を伝達するためのプッシュロッド(2)が設けられており、
前記メインハウジング(25)内には、更に、プッシュロッド(2)をブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)から離間する方向へ位置復帰させる位置復帰部材と、プッシュロッド(2)の変位を感知する変位センサが設けられており、入力ロッド(23)と出力押付ロッド(19)は隙間状態及び当接状態を有し、隙間状態において、システムは、車両の駆動モータの逆トルク駆動発電によって制動を行い、当接状態において、システムは、車両の駆動モータの逆トルク駆動発電を主な制動力としつつ、出力押付ロッド(19)がブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)のピストンロッドを押し動かすことで発生する油圧制動を補助制動力とし、
前記変位センサは磁性部材(7)及びホールセンサ(8)を含み、ホールセンサ(8)は磁性部材(7)の相対的な変位を感知するために用いられ、
前記磁性部材(7)は、プッシュロッド(2)の移動方向に沿って分布するいくつかの横方向磁性片及び縦方向磁性片を含み、全ての横方向磁性片のうちの2つの磁性片は同一直線上に位置し、且つ、N極の向きが同じであり、隣り合う横方向磁性片の間に縦方向磁性片が設けられており、縦方向磁性片の両端の磁性片接続線方向は、横方向磁性片の接続線方向と垂直であり、且つ、隣り合う縦方向磁性片はN極の向きが反対となっていることを特徴とする電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。 - 前記入力ロッド(23)の外周にはネジ山が設けられており、且つ、その外側にネジ山に組み合わされるインサートネジ(11)が配設されており、前記インサートネジ(11)は回動のみが可能なようにメインハウジング(25)内に接続され、前記メインハウジング(25)内には、インサートネジ(11)を回転駆動させるパワーユニットが更に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。
- 前記パワーユニットはアシストモータ(15)を含み、前記アシストモータ(15)の出力端にはピニオン(14)が同軸に設けられており、メインハウジング(25)内にはアイドルギヤ(13)及び出力ギヤ(12)が回動するよう接続されており、前記アイドルギヤ(13)は、2段接続ヘリカルギヤであり、一方がピニオン(14)と外接し、他方が出力ギヤ(12)と外接し、出力ギヤ(12)は、インサートネジ(11)の外側に覆設されて、インサートネジ(11)を回転駆動させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。
- 前記インサートネジ(11)の外側にはアウタースプラインが設けられており、出力ギヤ(12)の内周は、アウタースプラインと係合するインナースプラインとなっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。
- 前記入力ロッド(23)とプッシュロッド(2)はボールジョイント方式で接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。
- 前記入力ロッド(23)は、出力押付ロッド(19)寄りの一端に取り外し可能に接続される調整パッドを含み、前記調整パッドと出力押付ロッド(19)の間に隙間が保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキシステムのブレーキ方法であって、
車両に制動要求がある場合には、制動エネルギーの回収を行い、そのステップとして、
S1:ブレーキペダルが踏まれると、ペダル力がプッシュロッド(2)を通じて入力ロッド(23)を前方へ押し動かすことで、入力ロッド(23)が先に前方に向かって出力押付ロッド(19)に近接し、
S2:このとき、トラベルセンサによって現在のプッシュロッド(2)の変位及びプッシュロッド(2)の変位速度を感知して、運転者の制動要求を推測するとともに、所望の制動力を演算し、車両の駆動モータの逆トルク駆動発電によって制動を行い、
S3:入力ロッド(23)が出力押付ロッド(19)との隙間をなくして当接状態になると、駆動モータの能力<制動要求であることを意味し、この場合には、ペダル力及びパワーユニットが出力押付ロッド(19)を前進させ続けることで、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)のピストンロッドが押し動かされて油圧制動力が発生し、制動要求は、車両の駆動モータの逆トルク駆動発電を主な制動力源としつつ、油圧制動力を制動力の不足を補うものとする、とのステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ブレーキ・バイ・ワイヤの場合には、アシストモータ(15)による制動でブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)のピストンロッドに対する全押動力を発生させて、油圧制動を形成し、
アシストモータ(15)又は電子制御システムが機能を喪失した場合には、安全バックアップ制動を実施し、ブレーキペダル力でブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)を直接押し動かすことで、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(17)のピストンロッドに対する全押動力を担って油圧制動を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気油圧式ブレーキ方法。
