前記電圧源は、前記1つ以上のハイブリッドコンデンサの出力電圧が閾値電圧と等しいかまたはそれより大きい時に、一定の充電電流を使用して前記1つ以上のハイブリッドコンデンサを充電するように構成されており、
前記電圧源は、前記1つ以上のハイブリッドコンデンサに加えられた充電電圧が所定の最大許容電圧に達した時または前記1つ以上のハイブリッドコンデンサからの前記出力電圧が前記閾値電圧未満である時のいずれかにおいて、前記充電電流を低減させるように構成されており、
