Description
Claims (16)
- 構築場所から付加製造部品を放出するためのシステムであって、
フォトポリマー樹脂の一部を硬化させることによって部品の部品層を形成した後、前記形成された部品層が硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層上に載るように、前記付加製造部品が構築される前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層に硬化抑制剤を再供給するための硬化抑制剤輸送システムを含み、前記硬化抑制剤輸送システムは、
未硬化フォトポリマー樹脂からなる前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層の下に積層され、前記硬化抑制剤を最初に保持するフィルムからなる硬化抑制剤リザーバと、
前記硬化抑制剤リザーバに隣接し、かつその上に積層され、前記硬化抑制剤が前記硬化抑制剤リザーバの前記フィルムを介して前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層を自由に通過し、前記未硬化フォトポリマー樹脂に前記硬化抑制剤を含浸させて前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層を形成する硬化抑制剤分散層と、
光学的に透明であり、かつ前記硬化抑制剤リザーバの下に配置され、かつ積層された関係で取り付けられている基準プレートと、を含む、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記基準プレートの少なくとも一部は、前記基準プレートを通過し、前記基準プレートの下から照射される、硬化源からの照明を提供する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化抑制剤分散層は、前記硬化抑制剤が通過して前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層に到達する複数のチャネルを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化抑制剤リザーバは、ショア00 0からショアA43の間のデュロメータを有し、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバの下に、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバのデュロメータよりも小さいデュロメータを有する変形可能層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化抑制剤分散層は、前記硬化抑制剤が通過して前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層に到達する複数のチャネルを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化抑制剤分散層は、テフロン(登録商標)AF2400を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬化抑制剤は、ガスを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 三次元部品を構築するためのシステムであって、
基準プレートを提供する表面と、
前記表面に隣接してその上に積層される変形可能層と、
前記変形可能層に隣接してその上に積層され、フィルムを含み、最初に硬化抑制剤を保持するように構成された硬化抑制剤リザーバと、
前記硬化抑制剤リザーバに隣接してその上に積層される硬化抑制剤分散層であって、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバ内の前記硬化抑制剤で含浸されるように構成された未硬化フォトポリマー樹脂の下に積層され、硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層を形成する、硬化抑制剤分散層と、
前記変形可能層と、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバと、前記硬化抑制剤分散層とを前記表面に保持するフレームと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記変形可能層は、ショアA45未満のデュロメータを有するゲルを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記変形可能層は、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバのデュロメータおよび前記硬化抑制剤分散層のデュロメータよりも小さいデュロメータを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層は、前記硬化抑制剤分散層に隣接してその上に積層され、
形成後の成形部品層が、それに隣接する前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層の上に載置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記表面、前記表面に隣接する前記変形可能層、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバ、および前記硬化抑制剤分散層は、各々、硬化源の照明を通過させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記硬化抑制剤リザーバは、ショア00 0とショアA43との間のデュロメータを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記硬化抑制剤輸送システムと前記基準プレートとの少なくとも1つのエッジに沿って配置され、前記硬化抑制剤輸送システムと前記基準プレートとを互いに対して所定の位置に固定するフレームをさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記硬化抑制剤分散層は、前記硬化抑制剤が通過して前記硬化抑制フォトポリマー樹脂層に到達する複数のチャネルを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記フレームは、前記変形可能層、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバ、前記硬化抑制剤分散層、および前記表面の少なくとも1つのエッジに沿って、前記表面に前記変形可能層、前記硬化抑制剤リザーバ、および前記硬化抑制剤分散層を保持する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
