Description
Claims (13)
- 無線センサモジュールアセンブリであって、
ガスセンサであって、保護領域内に取り付け可能なセンサハウジングと、前記センサハウジング内に配置され、ガスをセンシングし、センシングされたガスを示すガスセンサ信号を生成するように構成されたガスセンシング素子とを含むガスセンサと、
無線デバイスであって、ユーザがアクセス可能な場所に取り付け可能であり、前記センサハウジングから離れて配置される無線デバイスハウジングと、前記ガスセンサ信号を受信するように構成された通信回路部と、前記無線デバイスハウジング内に配置され、プロセス産業無線標準プロトコルに従い、前記ガスセンサ信号に基づいて、無線情報を遠隔デバイスに転送するように構成された無線転送部とを含む無線デバイスと、
前記ガスセンシング素子を前記無線デバイスの前記通信回路部に物理的及び通信可能に接続する通信ケーブルと
を含む、無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記通信ケーブルがシース及び絶縁体を含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記通信ケーブルが、前記センサ及び前記無線デバイスに電力を供給するための電力線を含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 第2のセンサを更に含み、前記第2のセンサが、第2の通信ケーブルを介して前記通信回路部に連結される第2のセンシング素子を含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記無線デバイスが、ユーザインタフェース機構部を含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記ユーザインタフェース機構部が、前記ガスセンサでセンシングされた電流値を表示する表示部を含む、請求項5に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記ユーザインタフェース機構部が、作動時に前記ガスセンサをキャリブレートするユーザ作動機構部を含む、請求項5に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記無線デバイスが、前記通信ケーブルを着脱可能に接続するケーブルインタフェースを含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーブルインタフェースが工具不用のインタフェースである、請求項8に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記ガスセンサがプロセス環境のアクセス不可能な領域に配置され、無線デバイスがプロセス環境のアクセス可能な領域に配置される、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記無線転送部が2.4GHz ISMバンドでデータを転送する、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記通信ケーブルが、前記ガスセンサ信号が前記無線転送部に受信されるように、前記ガスセンシング素子を前記無線転送部に接続するシールド通信ケーブルであり、
ここで、前記シールド通信ケーブルが、前記ガスセンシング素子に接続する第1の端部と、前記無線デバイスハウジングのバスに着脱可能に接続する第2の端部とを含む、請求項1に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記無線デバイスハウジングのバスが複数のポートを含み、各ポートが、複数のセンサに通信可能に接続される複数のシールド通信ケーブルのうちの1つを受けるよう構成されている、請求項12に記載の無線センサモジュールアセンブリ。
