Claims (7)
- データの送受信の性能の目標値がそれぞれに設定された複数の記憶領域と、
前記記憶領域に対するデータの送受信の性能の実測値と前記目標値との差分の情報を格納する格納部と、
前記記憶領域のうちの所定の記憶領域の性能が前記目標値を未達成の場合、前記所定の記憶領域に対する第1差分を算出し、算出した前記第1差分と前記格納部に格納された前記記憶領域のそれぞれの前記差分とを比較して、各前記差分及び前記第1差分のうち前記目標値を達成することが最も困難であることを示すいずれかを有する記憶領域を前記記憶領域の中から除外対象として選択し、前記除外対象の前記目標値を除外して帯域配分の調整を行う帯域幅管理部と
を備えたことを特徴とするストレージ管理装置。 - 前記帯域幅管理部は、前記所定の記憶領域が前記除外対象でない場合、前記所定の記憶領域のデータ送受信の性能が前記目標値を達成するように帯域配分の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストレージ管理装置。
- 前記帯域幅管理部は、前記所定の記憶領域が前記除外対象でない場合、算出した前記第1差分の情報を前記格納部に格納させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストレージ管理装置。
- 前記格納部は、過去の差分の情報を保持し、
前記帯域幅管理部は、前記所定の記憶領域の性能が前記目標値を未達成となった時点での複数の前記記憶領域の性能の実測値をそれぞれ取得して各前記記憶領域に設定された各前記目標値との差分を求め前記格納部に新たに格納し、前記格納部に新たに格納した各前記差分を基に、前記除外対象を選択することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のストレージ管理装置。 - 前記帯域幅管理部は、前記差分の大きさを基に前記除外対象を選択することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載のストレージ管理装置。
- 複数の記憶領域のそれぞれにデータの送受信の性能の目標値を設定し、
前記記憶領域に対するデータの送受信の性能の実測値と前記目標値との差分の情報を情報格納装置に格納し、
前記記憶領域のうちの所定の記憶領域の性能が前記目標値を未達成の場合、前記所定の記憶領域に対するデータの送受信の性能の実測値と前記目標値との第1差分を算出し、
算出された前記第1差分と前記情報格納装置に格納された前記記憶領域のそれぞれの前記差分とを比較して、各前記差分及び前記第1差分のうち前記目標値を達成することが最も困難であることを示すいずれかを有する記憶領域を前記記憶領域の中から除外対象として選択し、
前記除外対象の前記目標値を除外して帯域配分の調整を行う
処理をコンピュータが実行することを特徴とする性能調整方法。 - 複数の記憶領域のそれぞれにデータの送受信の性能の目標値を設定し、
前記記憶領域に対するデータの送受信の性能の実測値と前記目標値との差分の情報を情報格納装置に格納し、
前記記憶領域のうちの所定の記憶領域の性能が前記目標値を未達成の場合、前記所定の記憶領域に対するデータの送受信の性能の実測値と前記目標値との第1差分を算出し、
算出された前記第1差分と前記情報格納装置に格納された前記記憶領域のそれぞれの前記差分とを比較して、各前記差分及び前記第1差分のうち前記目標値を達成することが最も困難であることを示すいずれかを有する記憶領域を前記記憶領域の中から除外対象として選択し、
前記除外対象の前記目標値を除外して帯域配分の調整を行う
処理をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする性能調整プログラム。
