Description

Claims (13)
- 非一時的媒体に記憶されて機械可読指令を備えて通信プラットフォームを介して実行可能なアプリケーションであって、
前記アプリケーションは、埋込可能な医療装置(IMD)に関する情報を受信して表示し、前記埋込可能な医療装置と認証局サービスプロバイダとの間の第1の保護された通信を可能とするように通信プラットフォームを実行させ、
前記第1の保護された通信によって、前記アプリケーションによる少なくとも前記第1の保護された通信の内容へのアクセス、および、前記通信プラットフォームによる少なくとも前記第1の保護された通信の内容へのアクセスを防止する、アプリケーション。 - 前記第1の保護された通信は前記埋込可能な医療装置に関する利用情報を含む、請求項1に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記指令は前記アプリケーションと前記認証局サービスプロバイダとの間の第2の保護された通信を可能とし、前記第2の保護された通信は前記埋込可能な医療装置に関連する情報に関する、請求項1に記載のアプリケーション。
- 少なくともいくつかの前記第2の保護された通信は前記第1の保護された通信からのデータを備え、前記第1の保護された通信は前記第2の保護された通信から分離しており、かつ、独立している、請求項3に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記指令は入力機構を含むユーザインターフェイスを形成し、前記入力機構は、前記IMDの少なくとも特定な動作を修正して前記IMDに対して少なくとも部分的なユーザ制御を可能とするようなユーザ入力を受信する、請求項3に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記ユーザインターフェイスによって、前記アプリケーションが表示されて前記ユーザインターフェイスを介して前記IMDに対する直接的な制御を提供するような前記第2の保護された通信のユーザ認識を防止する、請求項5に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記アプリケーションから前記認証局サービスプロバイダへの前記第2の保護された通信を介して少なくとも部分的な制御が実行され、当該認証局サービスプロバイダは、前記認証局サービスプロバイダから前記埋込可能な医療装置への第1の保護された通信に前記少なくとも部分的なユーザ制御を実行させることをもたらす可能性がある、請求項5に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記指令は、前記認証局サービスプロバイダから受信した委任権限を介して、少なくとも所定時間期間に渡って前記通信プラットフォームを介する、前記埋込可能な医療装置の少なくとも特定な操作を直接的に制御する、請求項1に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記指令は入力機構を含むユーザインターフェイスを形成し、前記入力機構は、前記アプリケーションと前記埋込可能な医療装置との間の直接的な通信を介して前記IMDに対して少なくとも部分的なユーザ制御を実施するようなユーザ入力を受信する、請求項8に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記指令は状態機能を含むユーザインターフェイスを形成し、前記状態機能は前記第1の保護された通信に関する少なくとも1つの通信リンクが活動中であることを表す、請求項1に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通信リンクは、
前記埋込可能な医療装置と前記通信プラットフォームとの間の第1リンクと、
前記通信プラットフォームと前記認証局サービスプロバイダとの間の第2リンクとの少なくとも1つと、
前記アプリケーションと前記認証局サービスプロバイダとの間の第3リンクと、
を備える、請求項10に記載のアプリケーション。 - 前記アプリケーションは非IMD専用の装置にインストールされるようにフォーマットされている、請求項1に記載のアプリケーション。
- 前記非IMD専用の装置はスマートフォンである、請求項12に記載のアプリケーション。
