BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cleaning brush, and more particularly to a cleaning brush suitable for cleaning or washing bent portions such as the inner surface of beverage containers.

2. Description of the Related Art As a cleaning brush for cleaning or washing a bent portion of a toilet bowl, a sink, or the like, there is known one having a large number of bristles (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The cleaning brush described in Patent Document 1 includes an elongated handle (20) and a brush portion (10) supported at the tip of the handle. The brush portion has a structure in which a plurality of block-shaped bases (1) are interconnected by a bridge portion (3). A plurality of brush bristles are planted on each base (1). The bridge portion is thinner than the base, and can be elastically deformed.

When a cleaning brush having such a configuration is used, a large number of brush bristles are pressed against the bent portion to be cleaned, so that the bridge portion is appropriately elastically deformed and the plurality of bases are bent to clean the tips of the large number of brush bristles. The surface can be made to conform to the curved part to be cleaned.

On the other hand, in the cleaning brush described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 3 of the same document, in a state in which a plurality of bases are bent, the bristles are planted at the adjacent bases. interval becomes larger. In such a state, the cleaning surface of the tip of the brush bristles cannot be made to follow a relatively large degree of curvature or bending, such as the bottom of a beverage container. Therefore, in the above-described conventional structure, it is impossible to clean or wash the bent portion having a relatively large degree of bending, and there is room for improvement.

The present invention has been devised under such circumstances, and the main object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning brush suitable for efficiently cleaning or washing a bent portion having a relatively large degree of bending. Make it an issue.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical measures.

A cleaning brush provided by the present invention includes an elongated handle and a brush member attached to the tip of the handle, the brush member having a first surface and a first surface facing opposite to each other in the thickness direction. A plate-shaped base portion having two surfaces and a large number of brush bristles protruding from the first surface of the base portion are provided, and the base portion has a smaller thickness than other portions. A thin portion is included, and the large number of brush bristles are provided across the thin portion and the other portion of the base portion.

In a preferred embodiment, the brush member is fixed to the handle with the second surface of the base portion wound around the longitudinal axis of the handle.

In a preferred embodiment, the thin portion extends across the longitudinal axis with a predetermined width.

In a preferred embodiment, the thin portion curves away from the longitudinal axis on both sides of the longitudinal axis as it moves away from the tip of the handle along the longitudinal axis.

In a preferred embodiment, the thin portion has a tip corresponding portion shaped to correspond to the tip of the handle.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.

1 to 6 show an example of a cleaning brush according to the invention. A cleaning brush A<b>1 of this embodiment includes a handle 1 and a brush member 2 .

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the handle 1 is shaped like a long rod extending along the longitudinal axis Ox. A base end (upper portion in the figure) of the handle 1 is provided with a through hole 11 for suspending the cleaning brush A1. A mounting portion 12 for mounting the brush member 2 is provided at the tip of the handle 1 . Details of the mounting portion 12 will be described later.

The brush member 2 has a plate-shaped base portion 21 and a large number of brush bristles 22 and is attached to the tip of the handle 1 (attachment portion 12). As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the base portion 21 has a flat plate shape in its natural state, and has a first surface 21a and a second surface 21b facing opposite to each other in the thickness direction. The first surface 21a is entirely flat. The outer peripheral edge of the base portion 21 is mostly arc-shaped. A pair of through-holes 211 are provided in a portion of the base portion 21 to be attached to the handle 1 (upper portion in FIGS. 6 and 7).

3, 5, and 7, the base portion 21 includes a thin portion 212 having a smaller thickness than other portions. The thin portion 212 is formed by recessing a predetermined portion of the second surface 21b. As shown in FIG. 7, the thin portion 212 extends with a predetermined width and has a substantially arc shape when viewed from the front of the second surface 21b. More specifically, the thin portion 212 is mostly curved upward in FIG.

The thin portion 212 has a tip corresponding portion 213 at an intermediate position in its longitudinal direction (horizontal direction in FIG. 7). Unlike other portions of the thin portion 212, the tip corresponding portion 213 is curved in a generally arcuate shape so as to protrude downward in FIG. The base portion 21 is also provided with a central projection 214 and a pair of strip-shaped projections 215 . The significance of the tip corresponding portion 213, the central projection 214 and the pair of strip-like projections 215 will be described later.

A large number of brush bristles 22 each protrude from the first surface 21 a of the base portion 21 . These brush bristles 22 have a substantially uniform length from the base end (the end on the base portion 21 side) to the tip, and are tapered so that the area of the cross section decreases toward the tip. A large number of brush bristles 22 are provided evenly over substantially the entire area of the first surface 21 a except for the vicinity of the outer periphery of the base portion 21 and the vicinity of the pair of through holes 211 . Therefore, a large number of brush bristles 22 are provided across the thin portion 212 and other portions of the base portion 21 .

The brush member 2 configured as described above is integrally formed of a relatively soft resin material such as polyethylene. To give an example of the dimensions of each part of the brush member 2, the thickness of the base part 21 (other parts other than the thin part 212) is about 1 to 2 mm, and the thickness of the thin part 212 is about 0.6 to 1.6 mm. , the ratio of the thickness of the thin portion 212 to the thickness of the base portion 21 is about 50 to 80%, and the length of the brush bristles 22 is about 10 to 20 mm.

Next, attachment of the brush member 2 to the handle 1 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the brush member 2 is fixed to the handle 1 with the second surface 21b of the base portion 21 wound around the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1. As shown in FIGS. Specifically, a through hole 121 extending in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis Ox is formed in the mounting portion 12 at the tip of the handle 1, and a pair of through holes 211 of the base portion 21 (brush member 2) are formed in the above through holes. The base portion 21 is curved so as to communicate with 121 . Then, the pair of pins 122 are fitted from the outside of the pair of through holes 211 . The pair of pins 122 are coupled, for example, by male-female fitting to prevent separation. Further, a recess 123 is provided at an appropriate position of the mounting portion 12 , and the central projection 214 of the brush member 2 is fitted in the recess 123 . Also, the pair of strip-shaped projections 215 are in surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of the handle 1 . In this manner, the state in which the second surface 21b of the base portion 21 is wound around the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 is maintained.

Here, as well shown in FIG. 3, the thin portion 212 extends crosswise with respect to the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 . More specifically, the thin portions 212 curve away from the longitudinal axis Ox on both sides of the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 as they move away from the tip of the handle 1 along the longitudinal axis Ox.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the brush member 2 is viewed from the rear side, the tip of the handle 1 has a substantially arc shape, and the tip corresponding portion 213 has a shape corresponding to the tip of the handle 1. It is almost along the tip of the handle 1.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. FIG.

In this embodiment, the plate-shaped base portion 21 of the brush member 2 includes a thin portion 212 . Also in this embodiment, a large number of brush bristles 22 protruding from the first surface 21 a of the base portion 21 are provided across the thin portion 212 and other portions of the base portion 21 . According to such a configuration, due to the presence of the brush bristles 22 provided on the bending thin-walled portion 212, the tips of the brush bristles 22 are applied to the bending portion of the cleaning object (beverage container B) having a relatively large bending degree. You can follow the cleaning surface. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to efficiently clean or wash a bent portion having a relatively large degree of bending.

The brush member 2 is fixed to the handle 1 with the second surface 21 b of the base portion 21 wound around the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 . According to such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the tip cleaning surfaces of the many brush bristles 22 are curved in a substantially arc shape when viewed from the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 . As a result, when cleaning the beverage container B, the tip cleaning surfaces of the many brush bristles 22 fit the cylindrical inner surface of the beverage container B, and the beverage container B can be cleaned efficiently.

The thin portion 212 extends across the longitudinal axis Ox of the handle 1 with a predetermined width. It curves away from the longitudinal axis Ox as it goes away. According to such a configuration, as can be understood by referring to FIGS. 3 to 5 and 10, when the thin portion 212 is bent, the tip cleaning surfaces of the numerous brush bristles 22 become substantially spherical. Therefore, when cleaning the curved portion of the bottom of the beverage container B, the tip cleaning surfaces of the numerous brush bristles 22 fit into the curved portion, and the beverage container B can be cleaned more efficiently.

In this embodiment, the thin portion 212 has a tip corresponding portion 213 shaped to correspond to the tip of the handle 1 . According to such a configuration, for example, when cleaning the curved portion of the bottom of the beverage container B, the pressing force is easily transmitted to the brush member 2 (a large number of brush bristles 22) via the handle 1. FIG. Therefore, the bent portion of the beverage container B can be strongly rubbed, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved.

Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. The specific configuration of each part of the cleaning brush according to the present invention can be changed in various ways.

In the above embodiment, the case of cleaning the beverage container B using the cleaning brush A1 has been described. It can also be used on occasion.
