Claims (13)
- 真空膜濾過用途の濾過デバイス(10)であって、
濾過基台(12)と、
前記濾過基台(12)に着脱可能に取り付けられた注入漏斗(14)と、
前記濾過基台(12)と注入漏斗(14)との間に挟み込まれた膜フィルタ(16)と、
前記濾過基台(12)に接続された吸引デバイスと、
を備え、
前記濾過基台(12)は、前記濾過基台(12)の上側に膜支持領域(30)を有し、
前記膜支持領域(30)は、支持構造体(34)と、前記膜支持領域(30)内に設置される前記膜フィルタ(16)の為の前記支持構造体(34)を囲む支持輪郭部(32)とを備え、
前記支持輪郭部(32)は、少なくとも1つの切欠部(44)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの切欠部(44)は、前記膜支持領域(30)の底面側と流体接続しており、前記濾過基台(12)に前記注入漏斗(14)が取り付けられているときに、前記膜フィルタ(16)によって覆われるように配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの切欠部(44)は、前記注入漏斗(14)が前記濾過基台(12)から取り外され、前記膜フィルタ(16)が前記吸引デバイスによって適用される負圧によって上向きに突出するときに、前記膜フィルタ(16)によって覆われない、
濾過デバイス(10)。 - 前記切欠部(44)が、前記支持構造体(34)と前記支持輪郭部(32)との間の周縁部(46)を遮っている、請求項1に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記切欠部(44)が、前記支持輪郭部(32)の中まで延びている、請求項1又は2に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記支持輪郭部(32)が、その外側でシール面(28)と隣接しており、
前記膜フィルタ(16)の枠部が、前記濾過基台(12)の上に設置された前記注入漏斗(14)によって前記シール面(28)上に押し付けられ得る、
請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。 - 前記切欠部(44)が、前記シール面(28)の中まで延びていない、請求項4に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記支持構造体(34)は、前記シール面(28)よりも下方に配置され、
前記支持構造体(34)と前記シール面(28)との間の高低差が、前記支持輪郭部(32)によって埋められている、
請求項4又は5に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。 - 前記支持輪郭部(32)は、環状であり、
前記支持輪郭部(32)には、複数の前記切欠部(44)が円周方向に互いに間隔を空けて設けられている、
請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。 - 前記切欠部(44)の間の角度距離が、それぞれ等しいサイズである、請求項7に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記切欠部(44)が、円周方向に0.1~4mmの範囲の幅を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記切欠部(44)が、0.1~1.5mmの範囲の深さを有する、請求項7~9のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 滅菌可能なプラスチック材料から製造されている、請求項1~10のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記膜フィルタ(16)が、前記支持輪郭部(32)を囲むシール面(28)と、前記注入漏斗(14)の隆起部(48)との間に挟み込まれる、請求項1~11のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
- 前記濾過基台(12)及び/又は前記注入漏斗(14)及び/又は前記吸引デバイスが、滅菌可能なプラスチック材料から製造されている、請求項1~12のいずれか1つに記載の濾過デバイス(10)。
