Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記バッテリーセル積層体を囲むケーシングと、
前記バッテリーセル積層体のうちいずれか一つのバッテリーセルと前記いずれか一つのバッテリーセルに隣接する他のバッテリーセルとの間に配置され、前記バッテリーセルを冷却または加熱する熱伝達部材と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は、
相異なる熱膨張係数を有する複数の金属が互いに結合されたバイメタルと、
前記バイメタルの両端部の少なくとも一方に結合された熱電素子と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は、前記バッテリーセルから離隔するように設けられ、
前記バイメタルは、外部気温によって、又は前記バッテリーセルで発生した熱の対流によって、前記バッテリーセルに向かって反るように構成され、前記熱伝達部材は、前記バイメタルの変形により、前記バッテリーセルを冷却または加熱するために前記バッテリーセルに接触する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルで発生した熱の対流によって前記バイメタルが前記バッテリーセル側に反るように設けられた、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バイメタルの一端部にはペルティエ素子である第1熱電素子が結合され、
前記バイメタルの他端部にはペルティエ素子である第2熱電素子が結合される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1熱電素子は、発熱部及び吸熱部を含み、
前記第1熱電素子の発熱部が前記バイメタルに結合され、前記第1熱電素子の吸熱部が前記バッテリーセルから離隔して、前記バッテリーセルの温度が上昇したとき、前記バッテリーセルに接触するように設けられ、
前記第2熱電素子は、発熱部及び吸熱部を含み、
前記第2熱電素子の吸熱部が前記バイメタルに結合され、前記第2熱電素子の発熱部が前記バッテリーセルから離隔して、前記バッテリーセルの温度が低下したとき、前記バッテリーセルに接触するように設けられる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バイメタルの両端部のうちいずれか一方の端部のみにペルティエ素子である第3熱電素子または第4熱電素子が結合される、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第3熱電素子は、発熱部及び吸熱部を含み、
前記第3熱電素子の発熱部が前記バイメタルに結合され、前記第3熱電素子の吸熱部が前記バッテリーセルから離隔して、前記バッテリーセルの温度が上昇したとき、前記バッテリーセルに接触するように設けられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第4熱電素子は、発熱部及び吸熱部を含み、
前記第4熱電素子の吸熱部が前記バイメタルに結合され、前記第4熱電素子の発熱部が前記バッテリーセルから離隔して、前記バッテリーセルの温度が低下したとき、前記バッテリーセルに接触するように設けられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第3熱電素子が結合されたバイメタルが複数個設けられ、それぞれの前記バッテリーセルの間に配置されて、前記バッテリーセルの温度が上昇したとき、前記第3熱電素子の吸熱部が前記バッテリーセルに接触し、前記バッテリーセルの温度が低下したとき、前記バイメタルが前記バッテリーセルに接触することで、前記第3熱電素子の発熱部で発生した熱が前記バイメタルを通じて前記バッテリーセルに伝達される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体、及び前記バッテリーセル積層体を囲むケーシングを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールが複数個設けられ、複数の前記バッテリーモジュールのうちいずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールと前記いずれか一つのバッテリーモジュールに隣接する他のバッテリーモジュールとの間に配置され、前記バッテリーモジュールを冷却または加熱する熱伝達部材と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は、
相異なる熱膨張係数を有する複数の金属が互いに結合されたバイメタルと、
前記バイメタルの両端部の少なくとも一方に結合された熱電素子と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達部材は、前記バッテリーモジュールから離隔するように設けられ、
前記バイメタルは、外部気温によって、又は前記バッテリーセルで発生した熱の対流によって、前記バッテリーセルに向かって反るように構成され、前記熱伝達部材は、前記バイメタルの変形により、前記バッテリーモジュールを冷却または加熱するために前記バッテリーモジュールに接触する、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項1~8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
