Description
Claims (1)
- 炭化水素ストリームを分解するための方法であって、
(a)ガスタービン内において圧縮空気の存在下で燃料を燃焼して煙道ガスを生成する工程であって、前記煙道ガスはタービンを駆動して接続された発電機またはワーク内において接続された回転装置に動力供給するための電気を提供する工程、
(b)前記煙道ガスの第1部分を熱交換器に供給する工程、
(c)前記煙道ガスの前記第1部分によって加熱されるべく前記熱交換器に環境空気を供給して加熱空気を提供する工程、
(d)放射部と対流部とを備えるスチームクラッキングユニットの炉の前記放射部に、燃料と前記煙道ガスの第2部分と工程(c)によって得た前記加熱空気との混合物を供給する工程、
(e)前記スチームクラッキングユニットの炉の前記対流部に、当該スチームクラッキングユニット中の前記炉の対流コイルを介して炭化水素フィードストリームを供給して、前記炭化水素フィードストリームをスチーム分解する工程、および、
(f)前記煙道ガスまたは前記煙道ガスの前記第2部分の酸素含有率を高める工程、を備え、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分との比率が40:60~60:40であり、
工程(a)で得られる前記煙道ガスは、体積比で酸素を13%~15%含有し、
前記炭化水素フィードストリームは、前記炉の前記対流部および前記炉の前記放射部の両方によって予熱され、
前記工程(a)において得られる前記煙道ガスは300℃~800℃の温度を有し、
前記混合物は300℃~800℃の温度を有する、方法。
