Description
Claims (21)
- 基材におけるサンプル処置用のサンプル処理組立体であって、
a.基材用の据付面と、
b.蓋部材を着脱可能に保持するクロージャー・ボディーで、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能であるクロージャー・ボディーと、
c.力配分部材と、
d.クロージャー・ボディーへ閉鎖力を印加してクロージャー・ボディーを閉位置へ移動する閉鎖手段と、
e.クロージャー・ボディーへ開放力を印加する開放手段と、
を含み、
基材が組立体に置かれ、クロージャー・ボディーが蓋部材を保持しながら閉位置にある状態において、サンプルを処理する反応室が形成され、
閉位置において、蓋部材と基材との間の接合部分で密閉が形成されるように、力配分部材は、クロージャー・ボディーに印加された閉鎖力を配分し、
当該サンプル処理組立体は、さらに、クロージャー・ボディーに蓋部材を着脱可能に取り付ける連結手段を含み、該連結手段は、蓋部材及びクロージャー・ボディーを滑動的に連結する走路あるいはガイド溝を含む、
サンプル処理組立体。 - 力配分部材は、クロージャー・ボディーに連結される、あるいは一体である、請求項1に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 力配分部材は、閉位置において基材に垂直な平面において力配分部材の揺動を許容する形態でクロージャー・ボディーと連結される、請求項1又は2に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 力配分部材は、基材対向面の全てあるいは一部、又は力配分部材の別の面にわたり分配された、波状の表面、隆起した部分、起伏、あるいは他の隆起したポイントの一もしくは複数を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 開放手段は、クロージャー・ボディーを開位置へ駆動するように構成されたモーターを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 閉鎖手段は、クロージャー・ボディーを閉位置へ駆動するように構成されたモーターを含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- モーターは、ネジ駆動モーターを含む、請求項5又は6に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 閉鎖手段は、開放力よりも大きい閉鎖力を印加するように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- クロージャー・ボディーを閉位置に留置するようにクロージャー・ボディーにおける凹部と協働するように配列された戻り止めを有する留置アーム、及び、留置アームの一端側に配置された負重面を含み、その結果、開放力が負重面に加えられる状態において、戻り止めがクロージャー・ボディーにおける凹部から解放され、クロージャー・ボディーが開位置へ移動する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- サンプル処理組立体における基材配置の間、少なくとも第1方向における基材の移動を制限する少なくとも一つの第1ガイドを含む、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 少なくとも一つの第1ガイドは、据付面における突出部である、請求項10に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 第1方向とは異なる第2方向に基材の移動を制限するために据付面において少なくとも一つの第2ガイドを含む、請求項10又は11に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 少なくとも一つの第2ガイドは、蓋部材における対応の切欠きと協働するように形作られた突出部であり、少なくとも一つの第2ガイド及び対応する切欠きは、基材あるいは据付面と共に反応室を形成するため蓋部材の最適な配置に協働する、請求項12に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- クロージャー・ボディーは、クロージャー・ボディーによって保持された蓋部材における流体ポートと流体連通するように構成された第1流体流路経路を含み、第1流体流路経路は、使用において反応室とサンプル処理組立体につながる流体源との間で流体の移転を許可する、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- クロージャー・ボディー内の第1流体流路経路の一部を形成する配管を配向するように構成された、クロージャー・ボディーにおける着脱可能なハウジングをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 連結手段は、クロージャー・ボディー及び蓋部材の一方に、クロージャー・ボディー及び蓋部材の他方における面と係合する一もしくは複数の突出部を含み、クロージャー・ボディーと蓋部材との間に着脱可能な連結を形成する、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- クロージャー・ボディー及び蓋部材の一方は、連結を解放する解放タブを含み、それによってクロージャー・ボディーからの蓋部材の解放を可能にする、請求項1から16のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 据付面と連結されたサーモモジュールを含み、このサーモモジュールは、反応室内の温度を変更するように操作可能である、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 閉位置においてクロージャー・ボディーによって保持された状態において蓋部材の内壁の少なくとも一部と同一直線上に配列された、据付面における一もしくは複数の凹部を含み、この一もしくは複数の凹部は、蓋部材壁の少なくとも一部から試薬の清浄を容易にする、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 据付面は、開口を含み、この開口は、流体源との間の流体移送を容易にする第2流体流路経路と連結される、請求項1から19のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
- 基材からの蓋部材の分離を支援する、クロージャー・ボディーにおける解放部材をさらに含む、請求項1から20のいずれかに記載のサンプル処理組立体。
