Description
Claims (10)
- 血液処理装置の体外回路を構成する複数の構成要素のうちの少なくとも1つ、具体的には、ダイアライザー、フィルタ及び吸着器のうち少なくとも1つを加熱する装置であって、
前記複数の構成要素の少なくとも1つを保持する少なくとも1つの保持部を有すると共に、該保持部内に保持された前記構成要素を加熱する少なくとも1つの発熱体をも有する加熱装置において、
複数の層を有し、該複数の層のうち少なくとも1つの層が可撓性層であるか、又は弾性変形可能層であり、
前記加熱装置は、前記ダイアライザー、フィルタ及び吸着器の保持具としても機能し、さらに、
前記加熱装置の外側面を構成する少なくとも1つの剛性層と、
前記剛性層に隣接した少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能層と、
前記弾性変形可能層の内側に設けられ前記構成要素に接触する少なくとも1つの内側可撓性層と、を備え、
前記発熱体は、前記内側可撓性層によって構成され、
前記弾性変形可能層は、25%圧縮時における圧縮力が0.01N/mm 2 ~0.7N/mm 2 の範囲内にあり、
前記可撓性層は、厚さに対する最大曲げ抵抗が6.75Nmm 2 /mm以下である、
ことを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記剛性層は、700N/mm2以上のヤング率を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記弾性変形可能層は、
前記剛性層と、前記可撓性層との間に配置される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記弾性変形可能層は、前記剛性層及び/又は前記可撓性層よりも大きな厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記可撓性層はシリコーン、ポリイミド、炭素、若しくは典型的にはアルミニウム膜として実現されるアルミニウムからなるか、又はこれらの材料を複数含む、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記弾性変形可能層はゴム若しくは典型的にはシリコーン発泡体として実現される発泡体からなるか、又はこれらの材料の一方若しくは両方を含む、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の加熱装置。 - 前記剛性層は、プラスチック具体的にはPP、PET、アルミニウム、若しくは硬質発泡体からなるか、又はこれらの材料を複数含む、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記保持部の壁が、前記可撓性層、前記剛性層、又は前記弾性変形可能層により形成されている、
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記構成要素の外寸が前記保持部の内寸と一致するか、又は該内寸を上回る、
請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置を少なくとも1つ備え、
具体的には透析装置として実現されることを特徴とする血液処理装置。
