水分検知ブリーダー材料を曝露するためバギングフィルムを取り除く段階と、
色変化が生じたか否かを決定するために曝露された水分検知ブリーダー材料を評価する段階と、

色変化が生じたことを決定した後、硬化工程を実施する段階をさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。
色変化が生じなかったことを決定した後、第2の水分除去工程を実施する段階をさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。

水分検知ブリーダー材料と複合材料補修領域との間の多孔質剥離フィルム層と、
水分検知ブリーダー材料の上の通気層と、をさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。

水分吸収標識材料が、ハロゲン化金属材料を含む、条項1に記載の方法。

複合材料補修配合物を適用した後、複合材料補修領域に複数の層を適用する段階であって、複数の層が、水分吸収標識材料を含む水分検知ブリーダー材料を含み、水分吸収標識材料の第1の色から第2の色への色変化が、水分吸収標識材料による水分吸収の表示である、段階と、
複合材料補修領域にバギングフィルムを適用する段階と、
複合材料補修配合物を加熱する段階を含む硬化工程を実施する段階と、
水分検知ブリーダー材料を曝露するためにバギングフィルムを取り除く段階と、
色変化が起こったか否かを決定するために、曝露された水分検知ブリーダー材料を評価する段階と、
を含む方法。
色変化が生じたとき、硬化工程の間水分の侵入が起こったことを決定する段階をさらに含む、条項10に記載の方法。
複合材料補修配合物が、1つまたは複数の揮発性成分を含み、1つまたは複数の揮発成分に対する水分吸収標識材料の曝露が、第1の色から第2の色への色変化をもたらさない、条項10に記載の方法。

Claims (14)
- 水分吸収標識材料を含むガラス繊維材料であって、水分吸収標識材料が、水分に曝露されたとき、第1の色から第2の色への色変化を生じ、色変化は、温度450°F(232℃)未満において熱的に不可逆である、ガラス繊維材料と、
ガラス繊維材料に直接連結された多孔質剥離フィルム層と、
ガラス繊維材料の上の通気層と、を含み、
水分吸収標識材料が、ハロゲン化金属材料を含み、
ハロゲン化金属材料が、シリカゲルの構成成分である、水分検知ブリーダー材料システム。 - ハロゲン化金属材料が、塩化物材料、臭化物材料、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の水分検知ブリーダー材料システム。
- ハロゲン化金属材料が、ニッケル、コバルト、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の水分検知ブリーダー材料システム。
- 水分吸収標識材料の領域が、意図される複合材料補修領域よりも広いか、または同一の広がりを持つ、請求項1に記載の水分検知ブリーダー材料システム。
- 水分吸収標識材料を含む水分検知ブリーダー材料であって、水分吸収標識材料が、水分に曝露されたとき、第1の色から第2の色への色変化を生じ、色変化は、温度450°F(232℃)未満において熱的に不可逆である、水分検知ブリーダー材料と、
水分検知ブリーダー材料に直接連結された多孔質剥離フィルム層と、
