Description
流量センサー119は、呼気肢部121内のいずれの場所、注入モジュール107の上流等に設置することができる。また、BCG流量センサー119からの流量情報を受け取る代わりに、一酸化窒素供給システム100は、高周波人工呼吸器117からの呼吸ガスの流れを示す、高周波人工呼吸器117から直接流量情報を受け取ることができる。

Claims (9)
- 高周波人工呼吸器、又は吸気圧力若しくは流量において逆向き及び/又は振動を提供する人工呼吸器の技術を付けた患者の呼吸回路の吸気肢部における呼吸ガス内に治療ガスを供給するシステムの作動方法であって、該システムは、
一酸化窒素供給システムの少なくとも1つの制御弁を通して、患者の呼吸回路の吸気肢部における呼吸ガス内に治療ガスを注入するように構成された注入モジュールと、
少なくとも1つの制御弁における一酸化炭素(NO)流量を測定する少なくとも1つのNO流量センサーと、
前記少なくとも1つのNO流量センサーと通信を行う制御システムと
を備え、
前記NO流量センサーは、前記注入モジュールの治療ガス注入口に流体連結しており、
前記システムの作動方法は、
前記注入モジュールにNOを含む治療ガスの流れを供給するステップと、
前記制御システムが前記少なくとも1つのNO流量センサーから流量情報を受け取るステップと
を含み、
前記制御システムは、
(i)前記高周波人工呼吸器の使用を検出し、
(ii)前記高周波人工呼吸器によって生成した前記流量情報をノイズとして処理し、このノイズをフィルタリングし、及び/又は、ノイズを減らす技術を使用することによって、誤ったNO流量現象を補正し、
(iii)前記流量情報が不足していると識別し、不足した前記流量情報を付け加え、
(iv)前記流量情報を逆向き流量として識別し、前記流量情報の値を逆向きにするように作動可能である、システムの作動方法。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、前記制御システムは、ユーザー入力情報を分析し、ノイズ検出アルゴリズム及び/又は信号回復アルゴリズムを使用して、誤ったNO流量現象を検出するように作動可能である、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、前記制御システムは、前記流量情報を使用して、所望の投与量のNOを前記注入モジュール内に、次に、前記呼吸回路の吸気肢部における患者の呼吸ガス内に確実に供給するように作動可能である、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、前記制御システムは、前記流量情報を使用して、所望の投与量のNOが不足供給及び/又は不足投与とならないように作動可能である、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、誤ったNO流量に応じて逆止弁を開放又は閉塞するステップを更に含み、前記逆止弁は、(i)前記注入モジュール内の前記治療ガス注入口と流体連結する、及び(ii)前記注入モジュールに統合する、の1つ又はそれ以上を満たす、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、前記制御弁は、前記一酸化窒素供給システムにおける前記NO流量センサーの上流にある、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、前記治療ガス注入口は、導管を介して治療ガスの流れを受け取り、前記導管は、(i)約1/32インチから約1/4インチの断面の内径を有する、(ii)一酸化窒素供給システム内の内部部分及び一酸化窒素供給システムの外側の外部部分を有し、前記導管の内部部分は、前記導管の外部部分の断面の直径とほぼ同じ断面の直径を有する、の1つ又はそれ以上を満たす、システムの作動方法。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、
少なくとも1つの第2NO流量センサーを用いてNO流量を測定するステップを更に含み、前記第2NO流量センサーは、前記治療ガス注入口と流体連結し前記制御システムと通信し、
前記制御システムは前記NO流量センサーからの流量情報を受け取り、前記NO流量センサーからの前記流量情報が一致しない時に漏出を検出するように作動可能である、システムの作動方法。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムの作動方法であって、漏出が検出されると治療ガスの流量を増加させる、システムの作動方法。
