Claims (8)
- 反応剤調量システム(10)内に組み込まれた品質センサ(24)が提供する品質信号(26)を診断するための方法であって、前記反応剤調量システム(10)が、タンク(12)内に貯蔵された尿素水溶液(14)をSCR触媒(20)の上流で調量し、前記尿素水溶液(14)の品質が前記品質センサ(24)により検査される方法において、
前記品質センサ(24)が、クロック信号(38)を提供するクロック発振器(36)を備えた信号処理装置(34)を有しており、前記品質センサ(24)が前記品質信号(26)を、時間基準の測定に基づいて算出し、前記品質信号(26)を、インターフェース(40,42)を介して前記クロック信号(38)の周期に依存して制御装置(28)に伝送し、前記制御装置(28)で前記クロック信号(38)の周期のための値(52,56,68)を算出し、前記周期のための前記値(52,56,58)を少なくとも1つの周期閾値(46,48)と比較し、前記クロック信号(38)の周期のための前記値(52,56,58)が前記周期閾値(46,48)からずれたときに、誤信号(50)が提供され、
前記品質センサ(24)が前記尿素水溶液(14)内を通過する超音波信号(30)の到達時間を評価し、この到達時間のための値を、前記インターフェース(40,42)を介して伝送することを特徴とする、品質信号を診断するための方法。 - 2つの周期閾値(46,48)を設け、周期のための前記値(52,56,58)が上側の周期閾値(46)を上回るかまたは下側の周期閾値(48)を下回ると、前記誤信号(50)が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記品質信号(26)がSENTインターフェース(40,42)を介して伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 周期のための前記値(52,56,58)を、前記インターフェース(40,42)の同期パルス(54)の時間長さ(52)から算出することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記周期のための前記値(52,56,58)を、前記インターフェース(40,42)の2つの同期パルス(54)間の時間間隔(56,58)から算出することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 反応剤調量システム(10)のタンク(12)内に組み込まれた品質センサ(24)を診断するための装置において、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の診断方法を実施するために特別に整えられた制御装置(28)が設けられていることを特徴とする、品質センサを診断するための装置。 - 品質信号(26)を診断するための、請求項6に記載された制御装置(26)内に記憶された制御装置プログラム。
- プログラムが制御装置(28)において実行されるときに、前記品質信号(26)を診断するための、請求項6に記載した制御装置(26)用の、機械読み取り可能な担体に記憶されたプログラムコードを有している、制御装置プログラム製品。
