Claims (20)
- ポリウレタン構造に金具を接着する方法であって、
金具の表面を研磨材で研削する工程;
削摩された金具を溶剤で洗浄する工程;
ポリウレタン構造の表面をアルコールで洗浄する工程;
金具の削摩され洗浄された表面にプライマーを塗布する工程であって、プライマーは第1の樹脂と第1の反応剤を1.1対1の比率で含む工程;
金具の削摩され、洗浄され、プライマーを塗布された表面とポリウレタン構造の洗浄された表面に接着剤を塗布する工程であって、接着剤は第2の樹脂と第2の反応剤を3対1の比率で含む工程;
金具の接着剤を塗布された表面とポリウレタン構造の接着剤を塗布された表面に液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布する工程であって、液体ポリウレタン化合物は第3の樹脂と第3の反応剤を10対1の比率で含む工程;及び、
金具の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された表面をポリウレタン構造の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された表面に押圧して組立体を形成する工程
を含み、第1の樹脂は、
40重量%~70重量%のメチルエチルケトン;
10重量%~30重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;
10重量%~30重量%のビス(オルトリン酸)三亜鉛;
1重量%~5重量%のフェノール;及び
1重量%~5重量%のメタノールを含み、
第1の反応剤は、
40重量%~70重量%の酢酸エチル;
10重量%~30重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;及び
1重量%~5重量%のリン酸を含み、
第2の樹脂は、
50重量%~60重量%のメチルエチルケトン;及び
15重量%~40重量%のビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルを含み、
第2の反応剤は、
70重量%~80重量%のメチルエチルケトン;及び
1重量%~5重量%の4,4-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含み、
第3の樹脂は、0.1重量%~1重量%のトルエンジイソシアネートを含み、
第3の反応剤は、
65重量%~85重量%のジ(メチルチオ)トルエンジアミン;及び
15重量%~35重量%のグリコールエーテルを含む方法。 - 金具はミリングされたアルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金具は、取付ポート、ハッチフレーム、及びリングからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記押圧する工程は、ポリウレタン構造の前記表面を金具の前記表面上に位置合わせし、ポリウレタン構造の打抜き穴の内径を金具の内径と一致させ、金具の前記表面をポリウレタン構造の前記表面に押圧することを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン構造に金具を接着する方法であって、
第1の金具の第1の表面及び第2の金具の第2の表面を研磨材で研削する工程;
削摩された第1及び第2の金具を溶剤で洗浄する工程;
ポリウレタン構造の第1の表面とポリウレタン構造の第2の表面をアルコールで洗浄する工程;
第1の金具の削摩され洗浄された第1の表面及び第2の金具の削摩され洗浄された第2の表面にプライマーを塗布する工程であって、プライマーは第1の樹脂と第1の反応剤を1.1対1の比率で含む工程;
第1の金具の削摩され、洗浄され、プライマーを塗布された第1の表面、第2の金具の削摩され、洗浄され、プライマーを塗布された第2の表面、ならびにポリウレタン構造の洗浄された第1及び第2の表面に接着剤を塗布する工程であって、接着剤は第2の樹脂と第2の反応剤を3対1の比率で含む工程;
第1の金具の接着剤を塗布された第1の表面、第2の金具の接着剤を塗布された第2の表面、ならびにポリウレタン構造の接着剤を塗布された第1及び第2の表面に液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布する工程であって、液体ポリウレタン化合物は第3の樹脂と第3の反応剤を10対1の比率で含む工程;及び
ポリウレタン構造の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された第1の表面に対して第1の金具の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された第1の表面を、ポリウレタン構造の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された第2の表面に対して第2の金具の液体ポリウレタン化合物を塗布された第2の表面を押圧して組立体を形成する工程
を含み、第1の樹脂は、
40重量%~70重量%のメチルエチルケトン;
10重量%~30重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;
10重量%~30重量%のビス(オルトリン酸)三亜鉛;
1重量%~5重量%のフェノール;及び
1重量%~5重量%のメタノールを含み、
第1の反応剤は、
40重量%~70重量%の酢酸エチル;
10重量%~30重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;及び
1重量%~5重量%のリン酸を含み、
第2の樹脂は、
50重量%~60重量%のメチルエチルケトン;及び
15重量%~40重量%のビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテルを含み、
第2の反応剤は、
70重量%~80重量%のメチルエチルケトン;及び
1重量%~5重量%の4,4-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含み、
第3の樹脂は、0.1重量%~1重量%のトルエンジイソシアネートを含み、
第3の反応剤は、
65重量%~85重量%のジ(メチルチオ)トルエンジアミン;及び
15重量%~35重量%のグリコールエーテルを含む方法。 - 第1及び第2の金具は、ミリングされたアルミニウムを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2の金具は、取付ポート、ハッチフレーム、及びリングからなる群から選択される、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記押圧する工程は、第1の金具の前記第1の表面をポリウレタン構造の前記第1の表面上に位置合わせし、ポリウレタン構造の打抜き穴の内径を第1の金具の内径と一致させ、第1の金具の前記第1の表面をポリウレタン構造の前記第1の表面に押圧することを含む、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記押圧する工程は、第2の金具の前記第2の表面をポリウレタン構造の前記第2の表面上に位置合わせし、ポリウレタン構造の打抜き穴の内径を第2の金具の内径と一致させ、第2の金具の前記第2の表面をポリウレタン構造の前記第2の表面に押圧することをさらに含む、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組立体の外周に接着剤を塗布する工程をさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組立体の外周の周りに液体ポリウレタン化合物のビードを塗布する工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ビードは、空圧式流体ディスペンサを用いて塗布される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン構造はパッチであり、前記方法は、パッチを熱溶着してブラダーにする工程をさらに含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン構造はブラダーである、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブラダーは燃料ブラダーである、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記研削する工程は研磨材ブラストを含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 研磨材は24グリットの酸化アルミニウムを含む、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶剤はメチルエチルケトンを含む、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プライマーを少なくとも10分間乾燥させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤を10分以下の間乾燥させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
