<水素蓄圧器の構成>
以下に、図1、図2を参照して、第1の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の構成について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の断面図である。図2は、図1における領域IIの拡大図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器は、シリンダ10、蓋20、樹脂製シール部材30を備えている。本実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器は、例えば水素ステーション用の高圧水素蓄圧器である。水素蓄圧器の設計圧力は、例えば80~120MPa程度である。
図1に示すように、内部に水素が充填されるシリンダ10の両開口端に、それぞれ蓋20が開閉可能にねじ止めされている。シリンダ10の内周面と、2つの蓋20の内側端面とによって囲まれた空間に高圧水素ガスが充填される。シリンダ10の内周面と蓋20の外周面との間に設けられた円環状の樹脂製シール部材30によって、シリンダ10の内部がシールされている。
また、蓋20は、詳細には後述するように、蓋本体21とナット22とを備えている。
なお、図1の例は、シリンダ10の両方の端部が開口した構成であるが、シリンダ10の一方の端部のみが開口した構成であってもよい。また、シリンダ10の外周面は、例えば炭素繊維強化プラスチック層(不図示)などによって補強されていてもよい。
図2に示すように、シリンダ10の開口端では、内径が拡径されており、内周面がねじ切られている。すなわち、シリンダ10の開口端には、雌ねじ部10aが形成されている。シリンダ10の開口端には、蓋20のナット22が螺合されている。
図2に示すように、蓋本体21は、シリンダ10と共通な中心軸Cを有する段付き円柱状部材である。蓋本体21は、フランジ部21aを備えている。ここで、蓋本体21において、フランジ部21aよりもx軸負方向側に位置する太径の部位を太径部、フランジ部21aよりもx軸正方向側に位置する細径の部位を細径部と呼ぶ。
そのため、貫通孔41、42は、例えば、図2に示すように、隙間部Gと対向するシリンダ10の長手方向(x軸方向)の中央部に形成する。
貫通孔41、42は、それぞれ複数設けてもよい。
ここで、図3を参照して、比較例に係る水素蓄圧器の構成について説明する。図3は、比較例に係る水素蓄圧器の断面図である。図3は、図2に対応する図である。
図3に示すように、比較例に係る水素蓄圧器では、シリンダ10に、隙間部G内のガスをリリーフ配管51に排出する貫通孔41のみが形成されており、図2に示した酸素を含むガスを隙間部Gに導入する貫通孔42が形成されていない。
なお、このような水素蓄圧器における水素誘起割れは、高圧水素ガスの充填及び放出の繰り返しに伴う疲労破壊である。
次に、図4を参照して、第2の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の構成について説明する。図4は、第2の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の断面図である。図4は、第1の実施形態に係る図2に対応する図である。
次に、図5を参照して、第3の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の構成について説明する。図5は、第3の実施形態に係る水素蓄圧器の断面図である。図5は、第1の実施形態に係る図2に対応する図である。
