Description
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a resin product to which an elastic member is attached.
As shown in FIG. 7, a product
Examples of the
When the
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to attach an elastic member to an adherend without having to manually push the elastic member in manufacturing a resin product. It is an object of the present invention to provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for a resin product capable of producing the same.
A method for manufacturing a resin product that solves the above problems includes at least a first component and a second component that are each formed of a resin material and are joined to each other at a joint provided in each of the second components. Has a product main body portion provided with an adhered portion having an insertion hole, a tubular shape made of an elastic material, and an annular groove on the outer periphery, and the peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole is fitted into the annular groove. This is a method for manufacturing a resin product including an elastic member mounted on the adherend portion, wherein a vibration welding machine is used as a manufacturing apparatus for the resin product, and the vibration welding machine is used. The first step of setting the elastic member on one of the fixing jig and the movable jig, and the second component with the insertion hole facing the elastic member, the fixing jig and the movable jig. Among the second steps, the second step of setting the elastic member is set, and the first component is attached to the fixing jig and the movable jig to which the elastic member is not set. By bringing the fixing jig and the movable jig closer to each other in the three steps, one of the first constituent member and the second constituent member pressed toward the side approaching each other in the joint portion is pressed in the pressing direction. A fourth step of inserting the elastic member into the insertion hole by vibrating it in a direction orthogonal to each other with the movable jig, fitting the peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole into the annular groove, and welding both joint portions. And prepare.
According to the above manufacturing method, in the first step, the elastic member is set on one of the fixing jig and the movable jig in the vibration welding machine.
In the second step, the insertion hole of the adherend is made to face the elastic member, and in this state, the second constituent member is set in the fixing jig and the movable jig in which the elastic member is set. ..
In the third step, the first constituent member is attached to the fixing jig and the movable jig to which the elastic member is not set.
In the fourth step, the fixing jig and the movable jig are brought close to each other. Due to this approach, one of the first constituent member and the second constituent member pressed toward the side approaching each other in the joint portion is vibrated in the direction orthogonal to the pressing direction by the movable jig. At this time, the elastic member and the adherend are pressed toward the side close to each other. Further, the vibration is transmitted to this elastic member. The elastic member smoothly enters the insertion hole while bending to both sides in the vibration direction. When the elastic member enters the insertion hole to a position where the annular groove faces the insertion hole, the peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole is fitted into the annular groove. By this fitting, the elastic member is attached to the adherend. Further, both joints are welded by the vibration in the pressed state described above. That is, both joints pressed toward the sides approaching each other are rubbed against each other, and the frictional heat generated at that time melts and joins both joints at the contact portion.
As described above, since the elastic member is attached to the adhered portion by utilizing the pressure and vibration at the time of vibration welding, it is not necessary to manually push the elastic member with a large force to attach the elastic member to the adhered portion.
The resin product manufacturing apparatus that solves the above problems is used in the resin product manufacturing method, and the fixing jig and the movable jig to which the elastic member is set are described. A mounting portion on which the elastic member is mounted and a holding portion for holding the elastic member mounted on the previously described mounting portion at the mounting position are provided.
According to the above manufacturing apparatus, when the elastic member is set in the vibration welder, the elastic member is placed on the mounting portion provided on the fixing jig and the movable jig to be set. Placed.
Here, if the elastic member is displaced with respect to the mounting portion due to vibration during vibration welding, the elastic member may not be inserted into the insertion hole. In this respect, according to the above configuration, the elastic member mounted on the mounting portion is held at the mounting position by the holding portion. Therefore, when one of the first constituent member and the second constituent member pressed against each other is vibrated by the movable jig, the elastic member is restricted from moving (shifting) with respect to the mounting portion. Therefore, the elastic member is accurately inserted into the insertion hole.
Further, if the elastic member slides with respect to the mounting portion due to the vibration, frictional heat is generated, and the boundary portion of the elastic member with the mounting portion may be affected by the heat. However, since the movement of the elastic member is regulated by the holding portion as described above, the generation of frictional heat is suppressed, and the elastic member is less susceptible to heat.
According to the above-mentioned manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus for a resin product, the elastic member can be attached to the adherend portion without pushing the elastic member by hand when manufacturing the resin product.
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which a method for manufacturing a resin product and a manufacturing apparatus are embodied will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.
First, the manufacturing method of the present embodiment and the schematic configuration of the resin product manufactured by the manufacturing apparatus will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The second
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, the
The
The fixing
As shown in FIG. 4, a mounting
Next, as the operation of the present embodiment, a method of manufacturing the
This manufacturing method includes first to fourth steps. Next, each step will be described.
<第1工程>
<First step>
In the first step, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Further, when the
<第2工程>
Further, since the

In the second step, the posture of the second
<第3工程>
As described above, when the

<第4工程>
<4th step>
In the fourth step, the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the
As described above, the vibration is transmitted to the
In this way, since the
Further, a full-time worker who manually attaches the
According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained in addition to the above.
-Generally, vibration welding of the first
-The
Here, if the
If the
If the receiving
A
As shown in FIG. 6, the place where the tip end (upper end) of the holding
It should be noted that the above embodiment can also be implemented as a modified example in which this is modified as follows.
