Description
本実施形態に示す車両用バッテリ装置1は、図1及び図2に示すように、一つのインターフェースボックス2(以下、I/Fボックス2という。)と、二つのバッテリセル搭載部3、3と、を備える。なお、本明細書の各図中の矢印で示す方向において、D1方向に沿う方向は、車両用バッテリ装置1の長さ方向を示す。D2方向に沿う方向は、車両用バッテリ装置1の幅方向を示す。D3方向に沿う方向は、車両用バッテリ装置1の高さ方向を示す。D3方向が車両用バッテリ装置1の「上」を示し、その反対方向が車両用バッテリ装置1の「下」を示す。
バッテリセル搭載部3は、主として、外装体30と、外装体30内に収容されるバッテリセル群6と、を有する。これにより、バッテリセル群6を構成する後述の複数のバッテリセル60が、I/Fボックス2を挟んでその両側に配置されるため、数多くのバッテリセル60を効率的に配置させることができる。本実施形態に示すバッテリセル搭載部3は、外装体30内に並列に配置された二つのバッテリセル群6、6を有する。しかし、一つの外装体30内に配置されるバッテリセル群6は一つだけでもよい。

- 複数積層されたバッテリセルにより構成されるバッテリセル群を収容するバッテリセル搭載部と、前記バッテリセル搭載部と外部との接続機能を集約するインターフェースボックスと、を備える車両用バッテリ装置であって、
前記バッテリセル搭載部は、前記インターフェースボックスの外面のうちの相対峙する二つの側面の少なくとも一方に接続され、
前記インターフェースボックスは、前記バッテリセル搭載部と接続される前記側面以外のいずれかの前記外面に、前記インターフェースボックス同士を相互に連結可能な連結部である外部との接続のためのインターフェース部を有するとともに、前記バッテリセル搭載部と接続される前記側面以外のいずれかの前記外面に、前記インターフェース部とは別体に、前記インターフェースボックス同士の位置決めのための位置決め機構を有し、
前記位置決め機構は、前記インターフェースボックスにおける前記バッテリセル搭載部と接続される側面以外のいずれか一つの外面から、前記インターフェースボックス同士の連結方向に沿って突出する突出部に前記連結方向に沿って凹設された凹溝部と、前記いずれか一つの外面と相反する外面から突出して前記凹溝部に嵌合可能な突部と、によって構成される、車両用バッテリ装置。 - 前記バッテリセル搭載部は、前記バッテリセルの積層方向に沿って温調液が流通する温調液流路を有し、

- 前記インターフェースボックスは、前記相対峙する二つの側面の間に、外部から一定以上の荷重が作用した際に前記バッテリセル搭載部よりも優先的に破壊される又は変形する脆弱部を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の車両用バッテリ装置。
- 前記脆弱部は、車両用の配線又は配管を挿通可能な凹部である、請求項12に記載の車両用バッテリ装置。
- 前記バッテリセル搭載部は、前記インターフェースボックスの前記相対峙する二つの側面にそれぞれ接続される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の車両用バッテリ装置。
- 複数積層されたバッテリセルにより構成されるバッテリセル群を収容するバッテリセル搭載部と、前記バッテリセル搭載部と外部との接続機能を集約するインターフェースボックスと、を備える車両用バッテリ装置であって、
前記バッテリセル搭載部は、前記インターフェースボックスの外面のうちの相対峙する二つの側面の少なくとも一方に接続され、
前記インターフェースボックスは、前記バッテリセル搭載部と接続される前記側面以外のいずれかの前記外面に、前記インターフェースボックス同士を相互に連結可能な連結部を有するとともに、前記相対峙する二つの側面の間に、外部から一定以上の荷重が作用した際に前記バッテリセル搭載部よりも優先的に破壊される又は変形する脆弱部を有する、車両用バッテリ装置。
