Description

The present invention relates to a fitting provided with a screen door.

Conventionally, as a fitting equipped with a screen door, for example, an external shoji and an internal shoji are slidably housed in a frame fixed to the frame of a building, and a screen door is found on the outdoor side of the external shoji in the left-right direction in the surface. Joinery that is slidable is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The frame of such fittings is formed in a rectangular shape by the upper frame, the lower frame, and the left and right vertical frames, and the upper frame and the lower frame are passed through rails that guide the screen door to the outer end of the room, and are left and right. A vertical frame piece is formed in the vertical frame at the same position as the rail in the prospective direction, so as to project toward the inner peripheral side in the finding surface and form a fin shape. On the other hand, a concave groove is formed at the outer end of the left and right vertical frames of the screen door to receive the vertical frame piece when the screen door is brought into contact with the vertical frame.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-224433

Screen doors are not required to have high rigidity and strength like shoji screens equipped with heavy glass and the like. Therefore, when it is fanned by a strong wind or the like, the central portion in the vertical direction may move in the prospective direction and bend. In particular, in recent years, as the size of windows has increased, the height of fittings has also increased and the length of the vertical stile has become longer. There is a problem that there is a possibility that an unpleasant sound may be generated due to contact with the frame piece.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fitting that does not easily generate sound even when a screen door is blown by a strong wind.

Corresponds to the wall.

The frame upper member 6 of the present embodiment has a sliding member 60 having a sliding surface 6a and a sliding resistance adding member that presses the upper rail 22a from below in order to add sliding resistance when the screen door 5 moves. 61 is provided integrally. In the stile upper member 6, the sliding member 60 is inserted into the vertical stile recess 512, the sliding resistance adding member 61 integrally with the sliding member 60 is provided in the upper stile 52, and the upper rail 22a is inserted. It is arranged in the rail recess 52a.

The sliding member 60 has a U-shaped recess 60a forming a sliding surface 6a that is arranged at the upper end of the vertical frame 51 and is slid when the screen door 5 slides and the upper rail 22a is inserted. A through hole 60b provided under the character recess 60a and penetrating in the left-right direction, and an insertion protrusion 60c inserted between two facing recessed protrusions 512c provided in the recess outer wall portion 512a and the recess inner wall portion 512b. It has a vertical frame contact portion 60d to which the protruding piece 21a included in the left vertical frame 21 abuts when the screen door 5 is closed.

In the stile upper member 6, the insertion protrusion 60c is inserted from above the vertical stile 51 between the two facing concave protrusions 512c of the concave outer wall portion 512a and the concave inner wall portion 512b, and the vertical stile recess 512 is opened. The screw 62 inserted from the outer peripheral side is inserted into the through hole 60b and screwed into the outer peripheral wall portion 510c to be fixed. At this time, since the through hole 60b is larger than the diameter of the screw head 62a, the screw head 62a is accommodated in the through hole 60b, and the vertical movement of the stile top member 6 is restricted.

The engaging member 7 has an upper portion 70 and a lower portion 71 provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and a portion on the inner peripheral side and a lower portion of the upper portion 70 in a state of being arranged in the vertical frame recess 512. It has a connecting portion 72 that connects the portions on the inner peripheral side of the 71.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the upper portion 70 and the lower portion 71 each have an engaging recess 7a having an outer peripheral end open and recessed toward the connecting portion 72. The engaging recesses 7a of the upper portion 70 and the lower portion 71 are arranged at the same positions so as to be biased toward the indoor side from the center in the prospective direction. Further, the engaging recesses 7a have facing surfaces 7b forming slits S at intervals in the prospective direction, and the open side of the engaging recesses 7a is spaced toward the tip, that is, the outer peripheral side. Has a wide slope 7c. Here, the engaging member 7 corresponds to a slit-forming member in which a protruding piece is inserted into the insertion recess to form a slit narrower than the expected width of the insertion recess.

The width of the slit S included in the engaging recess 7a, that is, the distance L1 between the facing surfaces 7b is the expected width of the vertical frame recess 512, more specifically, the outer peripheral end of the recess outer wall portion 512a and the recess inner wall portion 512b. It is formed narrower than the expected width L2.

The portions located above and below the connecting portion 72 of the upper portion 70 and the lower portion 71, and the portions on the inner peripheral side from about half in the left-right direction have a width L3 in the prospective direction, that is, the recess outer wall portion 512a and the recess inner wall portion 512b. It is formed to be slightly narrower than the distance L4 between the tips in the prospective direction of the facing concave protrusions 512c provided in the above. The upper half to the outer peripheral side of the upper portion 70 and the lower portion 71 have a wider width in the prospective direction than the inner peripheral side portion, and the inner surface of the concave outer wall portion 512a and the inner surface of the concave inner wall portion 512b. It has widening portions 7d and 7e having a width slightly narrower than the interval L5.

When the engaging member 7 is arranged in the vertical frame recess 512, the widening portion 7d located on the indoor side is located on the outdoor side so as not to interfere with the recess projecting piece 512d provided in the recess inner wall portion 512b. It is formed smaller than the widened portion 7e. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the engaging member 7, which should have the engaging recess 7a biased toward the indoor side from the center in the prospective direction, from being attached so that the engaging recess 7a is biased toward the outdoor side from the center. It is possible.

The connecting portion 72 has a width L6 in the prospective direction wider than the portions located above and below the connecting portion 72 in the upper portion 70 and the lower portion 71, and has a width L6 with the inner surface of the concave outer wall portion 512a provided with the facing concave protrusion 512c. It has a prospective overhanging portion 72a formed so as to be slightly narrower than the distance L5 from the inner surface of the recessed inner wall portion 512b. The prospective overhanging portion 72a is divided into two in the left-right direction, and a prospective recess 72b as an engaging portion that can engage with the facing recessed protrusion 512c is provided in the center in the left-right direction.

The width L7 in the left-right direction of the prospective overhanging portion 72a divided into two is located at the distance L8 between the two facing concave protrusions 512c adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and on the inner peripheral side with the outer peripheral wall portion 510c, respectively. It is formed to be slightly narrower than the distance L9 from the facing concave protrusion 512c. Therefore, in the engaging member 7, the prospective overhanging portion 72a divided into two is located between the two facing concave protrusions 512c adjacent to each other in the left-right direction and on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral wall portion 510c. The position to be inserted between the recessed protrusion 512c and one of the two prospective overhanging portions 72a are inserted between the two facing recessed protrusions 512c adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and the other. Can be inserted at a position arranged on the outer peripheral side of the two facing concave protrusions 512c.

Further, the connecting portion 72 has an accommodating recess 72d that is recessed toward the outer periphery on the surface 72c facing the outer peripheral wall portion 510c to rotatably accommodate the plate nut 73, and the accommodating recess 72d and the outer peripheral side of the connecting portion 72. There is an insertion hole 72e through which the screw 74 is inserted in the left-right direction.

The engaging member 7 is inserted into the vertical stile 51 from above in a state where the screw 74 inserted into the insertion hole 72e of the connecting portion 72 is screwed into the plate nut 73 accommodated in the accommodating recess 72d. At this time, the tip 74a of the screw 74 does not protrude from the inner peripheral side surface 72c of the connecting portion 72 toward the outer peripheral wall portion 510c. At this time, for example, the prospective overhanging portion 72a divided into two is located between the two facing concave protrusions 512c adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, the outer peripheral wall portion 510c, and the facing concave protrusions located on the inner peripheral side. It is inserted between and between 512c and left and right movement is restricted. That is, the movement to the outer peripheral side where the vertical stile recess 512 is open is also restricted. Here, the facing concave protrusion 512c corresponds to the movement restricting portion.

Since the vertical stile recess 512 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the vertical stile 51, it can be moved to any position in the vertical direction. Then, by tightening the screw 74 screwed to the plate nut 73 at a desired position, the tip 74a of the screw 74 is projected toward the inner peripheral side, and the outer peripheral wall portion 510c is pressed from the outer peripheral side to the inner peripheral side. At this time, by pressing the prospective overhanging portion 72a against the facing concave protrusion piece 512c, the engaging member 7 is held by being stretched between the outer peripheral wall portion 510c and the facing concave portion projecting piece 512c. That is, by pressing the outer peripheral wall portion 510c as the prospective wall portion in the slide direction, the engaging member 7 is pressed against the facing concave protrusion piece 512c as the movement restricting portion, and the engaging member 7 is held by the vertical stile 51. ing. Here, the engaging member 7, the screw 74 penetrating the engaging member 7, and the plate nut 73 to which the screw 74 penetrating the engaging member 7 is screwed and stopped by the engaging member 7 are the prospective walls. It corresponds to a pressing mechanism that presses the slit forming member against the movement restricting portion by pressing the portion in the slide direction.

After attaching the engaging member 7, the screen door 5 is built into the frame 2 after the stile member 6 is attached from above the vertical stile 51. When the built-in screen door 5 is moved toward the vertical frame 21 on the left side, the protruding piece 21a of the vertical frame 21 is inserted into the engaging recess 7a of the engaging member 7 provided in the vertical frame 51. That is, the projecting piece 21a is inserted between the facing surfaces 7b forming the slit S at intervals in the prospective direction.

According to the fitting 1 of the above embodiment, a slit narrower than the expected width L2 of the vertical stile recess 512 and into which the protruding piece 21a of the vertical frame 21 can be inserted into the vertical stile recess 512 of the vertical stile 51 of the screen door 5. An engaging member 7 forming S is provided. Therefore, even if the screen door 5 is fanned by a strong wind with the protruding piece 21a inserted into the slit S of the engaging member 7 arranged in the vertical frame recess 512, the movement of the screen door 5 in the prospective direction is still involved. It is smaller than when the mating member 7 is not provided, and it is possible to suppress the sound generated by the contact between the screen door 5 and the vertical frame 21 and the like. Therefore, it is possible to provide the fitting 1 in which the screen door 5 is less likely to generate sound even if it is blown by a strong wind.

Since the screen door 5 does not have a heavy glass or the like like the sliding door shoji 4, the rigidity and strength of the frame 50 of the screen door 5 is lower than that of the sliding door shoji 4, and it is easily bent when it is blown by a strong wind. .. At this time, it is possible to increase the rigidity by increasing the wall thickness in order to increase the strength of the frame 50 of the screen door 5, but the weight of the entire fitting and the cost increase. Therefore, as in the fitting 1 of the present invention, by attaching the engaging member 7 to the vertical frame 51, it is possible to provide the fitting 1 which is less likely to generate sound even if the screen door 5 is fanned by a strong wind while suppressing the weight and cost. It is possible to do.
Further, since the engaging member 7 is in contact with the protruding piece 21a together with the vertical frame contact portion 60d or the like when the screen door 5 is closed, it is possible to disperse the force acting on the vertical frame contact portion 60d or the like. Is.

Further, the sound generated when the protruding piece 21a inserted into the slit S formed by the engaging member 7 comes into contact with the synthetic resin engaging member 7 is lower and smaller than the sound generated when the metals come into contact with each other. .. Therefore, it is possible to provide the fitting 1 in which the screen door 5 is less likely to generate sound even if it is blown by a strong wind.

Further, since the slit S is provided in the engaging member 7, by providing the engaging member 7 in the vertical frame recess 512, a slit S narrower than the expected width L2 of the vertical frame recess 512 is provided in the vertical frame recess 512. It can be surely provided.

Further, in the engaging member 7 inserted into the vertical frame recess 512, the screw 74 penetrating in the slide direction from the open outer peripheral side is screwed into the plate nut 73 which is prevented from rotating, so that the screw 74 is screwed. When tightened, it protrudes to the side opposite to the open side, that is, to the outer peripheral wall portion 510c side, and the tip 74a abuts on the outer peripheral wall portion 510c. At this time, since the engaging member 7 is restricted from moving from the vertical frame recess 512 to the open side by the facing concave protrusion 512c, the engaging member 7 and the screw 74 face each other by tightening the screw 74. By stretching between the concave protrusion piece 512c and the outer peripheral wall portion 510c, it is possible to hold the vertical stile 51 in the vertical stile recess 512.

Therefore, if the engaging member 7 is a vertical stile 51 provided with a stile upper member 6 required for the screen door 5 that slides in the left-right direction, the vertical stile 51 does not need to be newly processed. The engaging member 7 can be easily provided in the vertical frame recess 512 simply by inserting the engaging member 7 from above and tightening the screw 74. Further, since the vertical stile recess 512 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the vertical stile 51, the engaging member 7 can be arranged at a desired position in the longitudinal direction of the vertical stile 51.

Further, since the facing recess projecting pieces 512c are provided at two positions different from each other in the sliding direction in the vertical frame recess 512, the engaging member 7 can be arranged at different positions in the sliding direction. Therefore, even if the distance between the vertical frame 51 and the vertical frame 21 of the screen door 5 is widened due to the distortion of the screen door 5 or the frame body 2, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, the engaging member 7 of the engaging member 7. The position of engagement with the facing concave protrusion 512c is changed, and the prospective overhanging portion 72a of the engaging member 7 is placed between the two facing concave protrusions 512c adjacent to each other in the left-right direction and from the two facing concave protrusions 512c. By arranging the screen on the outer peripheral side, the engaging member 7 can be arranged on the outer peripheral side and the protruding piece 21a can be inserted into the slit S. Further, by changing the mounting position of the engaging member 7 in the left-right direction, it is possible to suppress the rattling of the screen door 5 in the in-plane direction caused by the installation adjustment or the like.

In the above embodiment, an example in which the slit S is provided in the engaging member 7 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the engaging member may be attached to the vertical stile recess, and a slit narrower than the expected width of the vertical stile recess may be formed in the vertical stile recess together with the concave outer wall portion or the concave inner wall portion. ..

In the above embodiment, an example in which the pressing mechanism is composed of the engaging member 7, the screw 74, and the plate nut 73 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the engaging member may be provided with a screw hole through which the screw enters in the sliding direction. Further, the engaging member is provided with a through hole penetrating in the slide direction, and the pin inserted into the through hole in the slide direction and fitted into the through hole presses the outer peripheral wall portion in the slide direction. The engaging member may be held in the vertical frame by pressing the engaging member against the facing recessed piece.

Further, the above-described embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and is not for limiting the interpretation of the present invention. It goes without saying that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the spirit thereof, and the present invention includes an equivalent thereof.

The present embodiment includes at least the following inventions.
It has a screen door having a vertical frame and a frame body having a pair of vertical frames facing the vertical frame and supporting the screen door so as to be slidable, and the pair of vertical frames are in the sliding direction of the screen door. The vertical frame has an insertion recess in which the side facing the vertical frame is opened in the sliding direction of the screen door and the projecting pieces are inserted. The screen door is a fitting in which the protrusion is inserted and a slit forming member for forming a slit narrower than the expected width of the insertion recess in the insertion recess is provided in the insertion recess.

According to such fittings, a slit forming member is provided in the insertion recess of the vertical frame of the screen door to form a slit narrower than the expected width of the insertion recess and into which a protruding piece of the vertical frame can be inserted. .. Therefore, even if the screen door is blown by a strong wind with the protruding piece inserted into the slit formed by the slit forming member in the insertion recess, the screen door can be moved in the prospective direction when the slit forming member is not provided. It is possible to suppress the sound generated by the contact between the screen door and the building frame and the like. Therefore, it is possible to provide fittings that do not easily generate sound even if the screen door is blown by a strong wind.

The slit-forming member of the fitting is made of synthetic resin.
According to such fittings, the sound generated by the protrusion inserted into the slit formed by the slit forming member in contact with the slit forming member made of synthetic resin is higher than the sound generated by contacting the metals. Low and small. Therefore, it is possible to provide fittings that are less likely to generate noise even if the screen door is blown by a strong wind.

The fitting is characterized in that the slit is provided in the slit forming member.
According to such a fitting, since the slit is provided in the slit forming member, by providing the slit forming member in the insertion recess, it is possible to surely provide the slit narrower than the expected width of the insertion recess in the insertion recess. It is possible.

In such a fitting, the insertion recess is provided along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame, and the pair of finding wall portions facing each other at intervals in the prospective direction and the pair of finding wall portions facing each other in the prospective direction. It has a prospective wall portion connected to the slit forming member and a movement restricting portion that engages with the slit forming member and restricts the movement of the slit forming member from the insertion recess to the open side in the slide direction. The slit-forming member is characterized in that it is held by the vertical stile by a pressing mechanism that presses the slit-forming member against the movement restricting portion by pressing the prospective wall portion in the slide direction.

According to such a fitting, the slit forming member inserted into the insertion recess is held by the pressing mechanism that presses the slit forming member against the movement restricting portion by pressing the prospective wall portion in the slide direction. It is possible to stretch the slit forming member between the movement restricting portion and the prospective wall portion by the pressing mechanism and hold the slit forming member in the insertion recess of the vertical stile. Therefore, the slit forming portion can be easily provided in the insertion recess only by tightening the screw. Further, since the insertion recess is provided along the longitudinal direction of the vertical stile, it is possible to arrange the slit forming member at a desired position in the longitudinal direction of the vertical stile.

The fitting is characterized in that a plurality of movement restricting portions are provided at different positions in the sliding direction in the insertion recess.
According to such a fitting, since a plurality of movement restricting portions are provided at different positions in the slide direction in the insertion recess, the slit forming member can be arranged at different positions in the slide direction. Therefore, even if the distance between the vertical frame of the screen door and the vertical frame is widened due to the distortion of the screen door or the frame body, the slit is formed by changing the position of the slit forming member to engage with the movement restricting portion. It is possible to insert a protrusion into the screen.
