Claims (10)
- 読み取りヘッド(2)と、前記読み取りヘッド(2)に対して相対的に移動しかつトランスポンダ(4)を有するアクチュエータ(3)と、を備えた安全スイッチ(1)であって、
前記読み取りヘッド(2)を用いて、前記トランスポンダ(4)の符号化された信号が検出可能である、安全スイッチ(1)において、
符号化された信号を検出するための検出手段として、前記読み取りヘッド(2)は、計算器ユニットによって制御された共振回路(6)を有しており、
前記共振回路(6)によって検出された、前記トランスポンダ(4)の信号の振幅評価によって、前記アクチュエータ(3)と前記読み取りヘッド(2)との間の距離が求められ、
そのように求められた距離信号に依存して制御信号が生成され、
前記計算器ユニット内で、前記求められた距離信号と比較される、スイッチオン距離とスイッチオフ距離とが、コンフィグレーション可能な変数として設定され、
前記距離信号の距離値が前記スイッチオン距離よりも小さい場合、および、前記トランスポンダ(4)のコードが認識されている場合に、前記計算器ユニット内で、スイッチオン制御信号が生成され、
前記スイッチオン距離は、前記スイッチオフ距離よりも小さく、
前記共振回路(6)内で生成された信号は、減結合回路を介して前記計算器ユニットに供給される、
安全スイッチ。 - 前記距離信号の距離値が前記スイッチオフ距離よりも大きい場合、または、前記トランスポンダ(4)のコードが認識されていない場合に、前記計算器ユニット内で、スイッチオフ制御信号が生成される、
請求項1記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記トランスポンダ(4)の信号は、1つのコードに対応する振幅変調を有している、
請求項1または2記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記トランスポンダ(4)の信号の振幅評価は、前記信号の変調度が決定されるように行われる、
請求項3記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記計算器ユニット内で、前記共振回路(6)を励振するための励振信号が生成される、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の安全スイッチ。 - 励磁コイルを用いた励振信号により、電磁場が生成され、前記電磁場は、前記共振回路(6)の影響領域内に存在するトランスポンダ(4)の信号によって影響される、
請求項5記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記計算器ユニット内で、前記共振回路(6)のためのコントロール信号が生成される、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記計算器ユニットは、冗長的構造を有している、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記計算器ユニットは、2つのマイクロコントローラ(5a,5b)または2つのASICを有している、
請求項8記載の安全スイッチ。 - 前記安全スイッチは、タンブラを有している、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の安全スイッチ。
