Claims (3)
- 内視鏡レンズの表面にフッ素系ガスによるドライエッチング処理を行い、当該表面に微細な凹凸を付与する内視鏡レンズの表面処理方法であって、
前記内視鏡レンズの表面は、SiO2を65~85質量%含有するケイ酸塩ガラスからなり、前記ドライエッチング処理後の内視鏡レンズ表面の算術平均粗さRa’は、ドライエッチング処理前の内視鏡レンズ表面の算術平均粗さRaの1.3倍以上であり、前記ドライエッチング処理後の内視鏡レンズ表面の算術平均粗さRa’は、5~7nmである、内視鏡レンズの表面処理方法。 - 前記ドライエッチング処理後の内視鏡レンズ表面の算術平均粗さRa’は、ドライエッチング処理前の内視鏡レンズ表面の算術平均粗さRaの2倍以上10倍以下である請求項1に記載の内視鏡レンズの表面処理方法。
- 前記ドライエッチング処理後における内視鏡レンズ表面の最大高さ粗さRzは、8~90nmである請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡レンズの表面処理方法。
