Claims (12)
- 経腸チューブを位置決めするための案内システムであって、
被験者の胴体の外部に配置されるように構成された電磁場発生器であって、治療領域を覆う電磁場を発生するように構成された電磁場発生器と、
電磁センサを備える経腸チューブであって、前記電磁センサは電磁場に対する当該電磁センサの位置および/または向きを感知するように構成された、経腸チューブと、
治療領域内で被験者の胴体上に配置されるように構成された基準センサであって、電磁場発生器に対する被験者の胴体の位置および向きを表す基準座標系を画定するように構成され、経腸チューブの挿入とは独立して配置されるように構成される、基準センサと、
被験者の胴体上の少なくとも第1および第2の解剖学的位置および/または向きをマーキングするように構成された位置合わせセンサと、
処理回路と、を含み、
前記処理回路は、
前記基準センサおよび位置合わせセンサから得られた信号を読み取り、前記信号に基づいて、電磁場発生器に対する被験者の向きを計算し、
被験者の処置前外部画像を選択し、ディスプレイにロードした後に、
処置前外部画像上の第1および第2の解剖学的位置の位置をマークし、
処置前外部画像上に、第1および第2の解剖学的位置に対する経腸チューブ挿入の経路であって、経腸チューブの挿入中に先端センサによって感知される電磁場の強度の変化に従って生成される経路を示すよう構成されている、
案内システム。 - 前記処理回路はさらに、胴体を表す所定の解剖学的マップをロードし、前記処置前外部画像の前記選択およびロードの前に、前記位置合わせセンサによってマークされた前記第1および第2の解剖学的位置と、前記被験者の前記計算された向きとに基づいて、前記マップを位置合わせするように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 被験者の向きを規定する位置において治療領域内に配置されるように構成されたプレートセンサをさらに含み、前記プレートセンサは前記経腸チューブの挿入とは独立して配置されるように構成され、前記処理回路は前記被験者から取得された信号を読み取るようにさらに構成され、前記被験者の向きを計算することは前記プレートセンサから受信する信号にさらに基づいている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートセンサは、前記被験者の胴体および/または首の下または上に配置されるように構成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準センサは、前記被験者の胴体の側面に配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記解剖学的マップは、前記被験者の正面上面ビュー、前記被験者の側面ビュー、前記被験者の軸方向ビュー、またはそれらの組み合わせを示す、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記処置前外部画像を表示するように構成されたモニタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置合わせセンサは、手動で操作されるように構成されたスタイラスの先端に組み込まれる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の解剖学的位置は胸骨上切痕であり、前記第2の解剖学的位置は剣状突起であり、前記第1および第2の解剖学的位置に対する前記経腸チューブの経路表示は、挿入の成功を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記経腸チューブが栄養チューブである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁センサは、前記経腸チューブの遠位先端に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電磁センサは、前記経腸チューブ内に取り外し可能に配置されるように構成された別個のユニットである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
