Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention corrects a seam difference in a joint portion where steel plates constituting a member are butt-welded to each other when assembling a structure, and corrects the seam difference. Regarding jigs.

For example, in a steel-framed single-layer truss frame used for a roof of a building or the like, a CT-shaped cross-sectional member may be used as the truss member as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a plan showing an example of a node portion in which truss members 101, 101, ... Are aggregated in one node member 100.

The node member 100 has brackets 100a, 100a, ... For joining the truss members 101, 101, ... To be assembled. As shown in FIG. 2, which is a cross-sectional view of the eye of FIG. 1, the brackets 100a, 100a, ... Are attached to the nodal members 100, 100, ... At an angle corresponding to the member to be joined.

As a method of joining the truss members 101, 101, ... And the brackets 100a, 100a, ... At the construction site, as shown in FIG. 2A, a method of on-site welding of the plate material seam 102 and FIG. 2 (b). ), As shown in the figure, a method of bolt-joining the flange joint plates 103, 103, ... And the web joint plates 104, 104, ... Was typical.

In terms of on-site construction, the method shown in FIG. 2B is efficient, but since the flange joint plates 103, 103, ... And the web joint plates 104, 104, ... Are visually recognized, from the viewpoint of designability. The welding method shown in FIG. 2A may be adopted.

As shown in FIG. 2A, when the plate material seam 102 of the web portion is welded in-situ, there are the following problems. That is, in the case of plate joints between members having flanges at the top and bottom, such as H-shaped steel, the difference in web mesh is unlikely to be a problem if the accuracy of the flange joints is good, but CT-shaped cross-section members, especially welded assembly. The free end (without flange) side of the web of the member may be warped outside the web surface even if there is no difference in the seam of the flange due to residual strain due to welding heat, etc. For example, a method of providing an erection piece or welding an angle piece and driving a wedge to correct a misalignment has been used.

In the case of these conventional methods, it is necessary to weld the erection piece for correcting the misalignment, cut off after the welding is completed, and grind the welded part. There was a problem.

For example, the invention described in Patent Document 1 is disclosed as a technique for correcting a misalignment occurring at a seam of a plate material in the field. The invention described in Patent Document 1 has a flange-shaped vertical fixing portion that is vertically supported with respect to one flange surface of the opposing shaped steel flanges, and the shaped steel that is continuously provided below the vertical fixing portion. It is provided with a horizontal base portion arranged parallel to the flange and an interval adjusting portion screwed to the horizontal base portion and brought into contact with the lower surface of the shaped steel flange, and the horizontal base portion faces the shaped steel flange. It is a misalignment correction jig that extends to the lower surface of the other shaped steel flange and has a displacement movable portion formed of a small jack between the horizontal base and the lower surface of the other shaped steel flange. ..

Since the invention described in Patent Document 1 has such a configuration, when correcting a misalignment, one of the opposing shaped steel flanges is sandwiched between the hook-shaped portion of the vertical fixing portion and the tip of the spacing adjusting portion. By pushing up the lower surface of the other shaped steel flange with the tip of the small jack, the misalignment between the two shaped steel flanges facing each other is corrected.

However, the invention described in Patent Document 1 mainly targets plate seams such as generally horizontal beam flanges, and does not assume correction of misalignment when welding plate seams in a vertical posture. There is no description of the solution and no suggestion.

Further, the small jack of the invention described in Patent Document 1 makes it possible to adjust the positional relationship between the flanges facing each other so as to reduce the misalignment by pushing the flange (plate material) upward, but the invention described in Patent Document 1 is tentatively described. When is applied to a plate material seam in a vertical orientation (for example, a welded seam between flanges of H-shaped steel in which a web is horizontally arranged), the small jack pushes the plate material sideways (horizontally) and upwards. Since there is no resistance force equivalent to the weight of the beam as when pushing it, stability (balance of force) cannot be maintained, and separate measures for stabilization such as prevention of falling off are required.

株式会社レント、“段差調整治具(目違い合わせ治具)”、[online]、[令和4年1月13日検索]、インターネット<https://www.rent.co.jp/sanki/11data/dansa_chousei.htm>Rent Co., Ltd., "Step adjustment jig (mismatching jig)", [online], [Search on January 13, 4th year of Reiwa], Internet <https://www.rent.co.jp/sanki/ 11data / dansa_chousei.htm >

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a jig for correcting misalignment of plate material seams, which can correct misalignment of plate materials generated at the seams when welding plate materials such as webs of CT-shaped cross-sectional members in a vertical posture. Is to provide.

The means for solving the above-mentioned problems of the present invention is a jig for correcting misalignment of plate material seams having the following configuration.
1) The misalignment correction jig is a positioning portion provided near both ends of the board, a force portion provided between the positioning portions, and an end tab (hereinafter referred to as an end tab) arranged between the force portions. It is abbreviated as a tab.) And a tab holding bolt that abuts the tab on the edge of the end of the plate joint.
2) The positioning portion includes a base portion forming a J-shaped recess and a single bolt screwed inward to a long nut fixed to the base portion.
3) The applying portion is provided so as to be located on both sides of the plate material seam, and faces inward to a base forming a U-shaped recess and a pair of long nuts fixed to the base. It consists of a pair of screwed bolts.
4) The tab presser bolt is screwed into a nut fixed to the substrate (back surface or front surface) or a female screw cut on the substrate, and the tip of the tab presser bolt penetrates the substrate and the tip of the tab presser bolt ends . It comes into contact with the tab.

The tab may be made of ceramics, and may be selected according to the groove shape of the plate material seam. If the off-the-shelf tab cannot be used, a flat plate general-purpose tab may be used to provide a spacer for securing a gap between the end edge of the plate joint and the edge. Further, a handle for carrying may be attached to the substrate.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, the plate material is fixed by tightening with bolts of the positioning portion near both ends of the substrate across the plate material seam to be welded in the vertical posture, and then the plate material is fixed. If the plate material is tightened from both side surfaces with bolts of the force portion arranged so as to straddle the plate material seam until the misalignment is corrected, the misalignment of the plate material seam is easily corrected.

Further, in the second means of the present invention, one of the positioning portions provided near both ends of the substrate is fixed to the base portion forming the U-shaped recess and the base portion in the same manner as the force portion. It is replaced with a positioning portion having a pair of bolts screwed inward to a pair of long nuts.

In the second means of the present invention, since one of the positioning portions provided near both ends of the substrate has a pair of bolts like the applied portion, the thickness of the plate materials facing each other across the plate material seam. When the above is different, by adjusting the protruding dimension of the bolt according to the difference in the plate thickness of both plate materials, it is possible to position the plate material for which the misalignment is to be corrected.

In the above invention, the tab at the end edge of the plate material seam is temporarily fixed by the tab holding bolt to secure an appropriate pooling place for the welded metal, so that welding defects are unlikely to occur at this portion.

Further, since the plate material is sandwiched by bolts from both sides on both sides of the plate material seam, deformation due to welding heat is restrained, and a good finished state can be obtained. In the invention described in Patent Document 1, one of the opposing flanges is sandwiched from both sides, but the other is only pressed from one side by a small jack, so that the binding force of deformation due to welding heat is insufficient.

Further, after the present invention is removed after the welding is completed, the post-work unlike the conventional erection piece cutting is not required.

Since the present invention is the jig for correcting the misalignment of the plate material seams as described above, it has the following effects.

(1) At the site, it is easy and reliable to correct the seam of the plate material to be welded in the vertical posture.
(2) The tab is temporarily fixed to the edge of the end of the plate joint by the tab holding bolt, and an appropriate pool of welded metal is secured, so welding defects are unlikely to occur in this portion.
(3) Welding of plates with different thicknesses is also possible, and K-shaped groove welding when the plate thickness is thick can also be used by selecting an appropriate tab, which is a problem. Can be used without.
(4) Since the plate material is sandwiched by bolts from both sides on both sides of the plate material seam, deformation due to welding heat is restrained and a good finished state can be obtained.
(5) When a ceramic tab is used, the present invention is removed after welding is completed, and if necessary, finished with a grinder, and then all other work is not required and all is completed.

3A and 3B are the first embodiments of the present invention, in which FIG. 3A is an overall plan, FIG. ) Indicates a cross-sectional view of Nini.

The misalignment correction jig 1 is arranged between the positioning portions 3 and 3 and the force portions 4 and 4 between the positioning portions 3 and 3 and between the force portions 4 and 4 near both ends of the substrate 2. It is composed of a tab 5 and a tab holding bolt 7 that abuts the tab 5 on the plate material W and the end edge of the plate material seam 102 of the plate material W.

The positioning portion 3 includes a base portion 3a forming a J-shaped recess and a single bolt 6 screwed inward to a long nut 6a fixed to the base portion 3a (FIG. 3 (c)).

The force portion 4 is provided so as to be located on both sides of the plate material seam 102, and is screwed inward to the base portion 4a forming the U-shaped recess and the long nuts 6a and 6a fixed to the base portion 4a. It is composed of the combined bolts 6 and 6 (FIG. 3 (d)).

The tab presser bolt 7 is screwed into a nut 7a fixed to the back side of the substrate 2, penetrates the substrate 2, and the tip of the tab presser bolt 7 is brought into contact with the tab 5 (FIG. 3 (b)).

The tab holding bolt 7 may be screwed by cutting a female screw (not shown) on the substrate 2 without providing the nut 7a.

The tab 5 may be made of ceramics, and may be selected according to the groove shape of the plate material seam 102. If the off-the-shelf product does not necessarily correspond to the K-shaped groove of the thick plate, the tab 5 and the plate material W are used as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) by using the flat plate general-purpose tab. Spacers 5a and 5a may be provided in order to secure a gap between the W plate material seam 102 and the lower end edge of the plate material seam 102.

Further, the handles 8, 8, ... For carrying may be attached to the substrate 2.

The first embodiment has the above configuration and is used as follows. As shown in FIG. 5, the misalignment correction jig 1 is provided with the misalignment correction jig 1 according to the inclination of the truss member 101, and the end of the lower end of the plate joint 102 between the web plate W of the truss member 101 and the web plate W of the bracket 100a of the node member 100. As shown in FIG. 3A in a plan view, the tab 5 is located at the edge of the portion, and the web plates W and W having the same thickness are between the bolts 6, 6 and ... It is installed in the center of the substrate 2 so as to enter.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the positioning portions 3 and 3 are arranged so that the web plate materials W and W are in contact with the inner side surfaces 3b and 3b of the base portions 3a and 3a of the positioning portions 3 and 3. Tighten with bolts 6 and 6. At this time, since the inner side surfaces 3b and 3b of the two bases 3a and 3a are arranged so as to be in the same plane, the reference positions of the web plates W and W having the same thickness are fixed.

At this time, in the plate material seams 102 of the web plate materials W and W, there is a misalignment in the plate thickness direction, so that the web is adjusted while adjusting the entrance / exit dimensions of the bolts 6, 6, ... The misalignment is corrected by tightening the plate materials W and W from both sides (FIG. 3 (d)).

After the misalignment is corrected, the tab holding bolt 7 screwed to the nut 7a fixed to the back side of the board 2 is rotated to bring the tab 5 into contact with the end edge of the lower end of the plate material seam 102. At this time, if there is no ready-made tab for the groove shape of the plate material seam 102, a flat plate general-purpose tab is used for the tab 5 in order to secure a gap between the end edge of the lower end of the plate material seam 102 and the tab 5. Spacers 5a and 5a are sandwiched (FIG. 3 (b)).

Welding of the flange and web of the truss member 101 is performed in the state set as described above, but the flange may be completely penetration welded with a general re-shaped groove that can be operated in a downward posture. The difference may be corrected by the conventional method.

On the other hand, the web is in a vertical posture from both sides of the web plate materials W and W, but the deformation due to welding heat is restrained by the bolts 6, 6, ... Of the force portions 4, 4 and the plate material seam 102 is opened. Welding can be done without worrying about the tip shape (re-type, K-type, etc.).

In the vertical posture, the weld metal flows downward during welding, but the spacers 5a and 5a secure a gap between the tab 5 and the weld metal at the end edge of the lower end of the plate seam 102, which serves as a suitable pool for the weld metal. Therefore, welding defects that are likely to occur at the start and end of welding are less likely to occur.

In the first embodiment, the thickness of the web plate W of the truss member 101 and the web plate W of the bracket 100a of the node member 100 are the same, but for example, when the web plate W of the bracket 100a is thicker. The plate thickness cores of both web plate materials W and W cannot be matched.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, even if there is a difference in the plate thickness between the web plate material W of the truss member 101 and the web plate material W1 of the bracket 100a, the first embodiment can flexibly cope with the difference. In the embodiment, the two positioning portions 3 are replaced with one, and the other is replaced with a positioning portion 3'having the same structure as the applying portion 4.

By doing so, first, the web plate W of the truss member 101 is pressed by the positioning portion 3, and the web plate W1 of the bracket 100a has a plate thickness core that matches the plate thickness core of the web plate W of the truss member 101. In addition, the web plate material W1 can be tightened and fixed while adjusting the entrance / exit dimensions of the bolts 6 and 6 of the positioning portion 3'.

To correct the misalignment by the force portions 4 and 4, the web plate materials W and W1 may be tightened from both sides of the web plates W and W1 with bolts 6, 6, and so on, as in the first embodiment.

The above embodiment has been described in the case where the web plate of the CT-shaped cross-section member is welded in a vertical posture. However, for example, even when the web of the H-shaped cross-section member is horizontally arranged and the flange is vertical. It goes without saying that the present invention can be used for the seam of the flange in the same manner as described above.

As described above, the jig for correcting the seam of the plate material according to the present invention can easily correct the seam of the plate material in the welding in the vertical orientation and can restrain the deformation due to the welding heat.

Further, it is possible to weld plates having different thicknesses to each other, and it can be used without any problem in K-shaped groove welding when the plate thickness is thick.

For example, when welding the seams between vertical plate members of steel frame members at a construction site, it is not easy to change the direction of the members to the downward position as in the case of welding at a factory, so it is necessary to perform it in a vertical position. However, the present invention greatly contributes to ensuring the performance of the welded seam and improving the work efficiency at the site because it is easy to correct the misalignment of the plate material seam and the tab at the end edge of the plate material seam can be temporarily fixed at the same time.
