Description
Claims (5)
- 高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプであって、該ポンプは、
本体面(110)と、プランジャー第1端(132)を有し前記本体面(110)から突出しているプランジャー(118)と、前記プランジャー(118)が挿通するシール(116)と、前記本体面(110)と前記シール(116)との間に設けられたスプリング(122)とを有するポンプ本体(104)と;
ポンプヘッド第1側部(130)を有するポンプヘッド体(126)と、該ポンプヘッド体(126)内に設けられ、前記プランジャー第1端(132)が丁度嵌り入る内径を有し、片側の境が前記ポンプヘッド第1側部(130)近傍に接しているバレル(402)と、該バレル(402)内の内部圧力の変化に比例して前記ポンプヘッド体(126)が十分に変形・偏向するのに十分な距離(410)であって、且つ前記内部圧力に対して十分に耐え得る距離(410)だけ前記バレル(402)の内周面から離れた位置の測定面(412)と、前記本体面(110)に接触するポンプヘッド面(202)とを有し、前記本体面(110)に対して脱着自在に取り付けられるようになったポンプヘッド(106)と;
前記ポンプヘッド(106)の前記ポンプヘッド面(202)上に設けられた電気コンタクト(208)と;
前記ポンプヘッド(106)上であって前記ポンプヘッド体(126)の前記ポンプヘッド第1側部(130)上の前記測定面(412)の所に取り付けられ、前記偏向を表す信号を発し、電気的に繋がっている前記電気コンタクト(208)に送るストレインゲージ(128)と;
前記電気コンタクト(208)に電気的に繋がっており、前記偏向を表す信号を圧力値に変換するための校正値を有しているメモリ装置(406)と;
前記本体面(110)上に設けられており、前記電気コンタクト(208)と電気的に繋がるように前記電気コンタクト(208)と接続され、前記偏向を表す信号と前記校正値とを含む、前記バレル(402)内の圧力を表す信号を前記ポンプ本体(104)上の入力/出力コネクター(134)へ供給し、前記メモリ装置(406)と前記ストレインゲージ(128)とに電力を供給する電気コネクター受部(124)と、
を具備することを特徴とする高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ(100)において、前記ポンプヘッド(106)の前記ポンプヘッド面(202)に設けられた前記電気コンタクト(208)はスプリング付勢形式であることを特徴とする高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプにおいて、前記入力/出力コネクター(134)は外部プロセッサーと通信できるようになっていることを特徴とする高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプにおいて、前記ポンプヘッド体(126)は一体構成物であることを特徴とする高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプにおいて、前記バレル(402)は、その一方端に前記シール(116)に隣接した第1オリフィス(302)
と、その他方端で前記第1オリフィス(302)の反対側に、前記バレル(402)
への液体の供給口となる第2オリフィス(404)とを有することを特徴とする高速液体クロマトグラフィー用ポンプ。
