Claims (14)
- 少なくとも部分的に透明な基板(12)と、
直列に配置された複数の発光ダイオード(14)であって、各ダイオードが、第1の電位及び第2の電位を印加するための第1の接点(16)及び第2の接点(18)と、制御信号を受信するための第3の接点(34)とを有する、複数の発光ダイオード(14)と、
前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)に電気的に接触するための部分的に透明な導電層(20)と、
前記第1の電位及び前記第2の電位を前記導電層(20)に印加するための第1の端子(30)及び第2の端子(32)、さらに、前記制御信号を前記導電層(20)に印加するための第3の端子(36)と
を備え、
前記導電層(20)が、前記少なくとも部分的に透明な基板(12)に、定義されたパターン(22)で加えられ、それが、互いに絶縁された少なくとも3つのセグメントを有し、
第1のセグメント(24)及び第2のセグメント(26)が、第3のセグメント(28)によって互いに離間しており、
前記第1のセグメント(24)が、前記第1の端子(30)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちの1つ又は複数のダイオードの前記第1の接点(16)とに接触し、
前記第2のセグメント(26)が、前記第2の端子(32)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちの1つ又は複数のダイオードの前記第2の接点(18)とに接触し、
前記第3のセグメント(28)が、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちのダイオードの少なくとも前記第3の接点(34)に接触しており、
前記第1のセグメント(24)及び前記第2のセグメント(26)が実質的に、同一サイズの領域を備え、
前記第1のセグメント(24)が、前記第1の端子(30)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちの少なくとも2つのダイオード(14a、14c)の前記第1の接点(16)とに接触し、
前記第2のセグメント(26)が、前記第2の端子(32)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちの少なくとも2つのさらなるダイオード(14b、14d)の前記第2の接点(18)とに接触し、
いずれの場合にも、前記少なくとも2つのダイオード(14a、14c)の第1のダイオード(14a)と、前記少なくとも2つのさらなるダイオード(14b、14d)の第1のダイオード(14b)とが、第1の群を定義し、その中で、前記第1のダイオード(14a、14b)が直列に接続されており、
前記少なくとも2つのダイオード(14a、14c)の第2のダイオード(14c)と、前記少なくとも2つのさらなるダイオード(14b、14d)の第2のダイオード(14d)とが、第2の群を定義し、その中で、前記第2のダイオード(14c、14d)が直列に接続されており、
前記複数の発光ダイオード間の前記第3のセグメント(28)が、さらなるセグメント(28’)に分割されており、
前記第1のダイオード(14a、14b)と前記第2のダイオード(14c、14d)との直列接続が、前記さらなるセグメント(28’)を介して形成されている、

前記第2の群が、さらなる第3のダイオード(14f)を有し、前記さらなる第3のダイオード(14f)が、前記第2の群の前記第2のダイオード(14c、14d)と直列に接続されている、
請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1のセグメント(24)が、前記第1の端子(30)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちのすべてのダイオードの前記第1の接点(16)に接触しており、
前記第2のセグメント(26)が、前記第2の端子(32)と、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)のうちのすべてのダイオードの前記第2の接点(18)に接触している、
請求項1又は2に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1のセグメント(24)が、各発光ダイオード(14)のために、いずれの場合にも、第1の電位への前記それぞれの第1の接点(16)の導電性の第1の接続を備え、
前記第2のセグメント(26)が、各発光ダイオード(14)のために、いずれの場合にも、第2の電位への前記それぞれの第2の接点(18)の導電性の第2の接続を備え、
前記第1の導電性接続及び前記第2の導電性接続のそれぞれが、いずれの場合にも、前記導電層に関して定義されたシート抵抗を有し、
各ダイオードの前記それぞれの第1の接続及び第2の接続の前記シート抵抗の比率が、直列に配置された前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)に関して、定義された許容範囲で同一の大きさであるように、前記定義されたパターン(22)が具現化されている、
請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第3のセグメント(28)が、前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)の前記ダイオードを接続する導体ラインを形成する、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第3のセグメント(28)が、複数のセグメントに分割されており、
前記複数の発光ダイオード(14)の前記ダイオードが、いずれの場合にも、前記制御信号を変更するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記導体ラインが、直列の少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(54)を有する、請求項5又は6のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ装置。
- それぞれの電圧レギュレータが、前記複数のダイオードの前記第1の接点(16)と前記第2の接点(18)との間に配置されている、
