Description

The present invention relates to a guidance display device suspended from, for example, a platform of a station.

As shown in the prior art of Patent Document 1, a guidance display device in which a display body and a drive control circuit are housed in a box is suspended from a platform of a station or the like. A ventilator is attached to the upper surface of the opening hole formed in the ceiling plate of the box body, and an exhaust fan is attached to the lower surface of the opening. The air inside the box whose temperature has risen due to the heat generated by the display body and the drive control circuit is discharged upward by the exhaust fan, and the internal electronic devices are cooled.

Further, in Patent Document 1, an opening hole is formed in the ceiling plate of the box body, an elongated hole is formed at a position facing the opening hole of the bottom plate of the box body, and a natural convection type is formed on the inner surface of the opening hole and the elongated hole. A guidance display device is disclosed in which a cooling means, for example, an aluminum square tube member is arranged, and a ventilator is arranged so as to cover an opening hole. If there is a temperature difference between the inside of the box and the outside air, the outside air will rise in the communication hole of the square tube member due to the chimney effect, and heat will be taken from the temperature-raised air inside the box and naturally discharged to the outside. , The inside of the box can be cooled.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-149237

When operating a guidance display device on the platform of a station, it is often hung from the inside of the roof provided outdoors. Therefore, when rain, snow, or the like accompanied by a strong wind occurs, in the conventional guidance display device of Patent Document 1, even if a ventilator is provided, the box is opened from the opening formed in the ceiling plate of the box. Rainwater, snow and ice may invade the body.

Then, due to rainwater or snow ice that has entered the inside of the box, there is a problem that display elements such as LEDs of the display body and circuit elements such as ICs and LSIs of the drive control circuit are short-circuited and damaged.

Further, in the guidance display device of Patent Document 1, since the outside air does not enter the inside of the box body having a closed structure, the power supply unit of the built-in article, the element of the LED module, etc. are short-circuited due to the intruder. Although it will not be damaged, dust, rainwater, snow and ice, etc. will enter the communication hole of the square tube member, which will obstruct the flow of outside air in the communication hole, resulting in insufficient heat exhaust as in the conventional guidance display device. , It causes failure and shortening of life due to high temperature.

In recent years, the temperature has risen significantly in the summer, and the temperature inside the housing often reaches 70 to 80 ° C. In such a situation, the heat exhaust mechanism by natural convection of the guidance display device of Patent Document 1 cannot sufficiently cool the inside of the box body even if there is no intruder in the communication hole, and accumulates in the box body. There is also a problem that the heat generated causes damage to the elements of the power supply unit and the LED module.

The present invention is to provide a guidance display device that efficiently exhausts heat from the inside of the housing by a fan without invading dust, rainwater, snow and ice, etc. from the upper part into the housing.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated examples in FIGS. 1 to 3.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view when viewed from above of the guidance display device of the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a perspective view when viewed from below, and FIG. 3 is a main body portion in a state where the information providing plate portion is removed from the guidance display device. It is a perspective view of.

The size of the guidance display device is about 1200 mm in width, 415 mm in length, and 280 mm in height, and an appropriate size can be selected according to the size of the display panel, and it is hung from the roof of a platform of a station or the like. Install it by lowering it.

The guidance display device includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped main body 1 that provides various guidance information to the user via a side display panel and a speaker that outputs voice, and a pair that enables the main body 1 to be suspended. It is composed of a hanging portion 2 and a pillar portion 3 in which a power supply line, an electric signal line, an optical fiber, etc. connected to the main body portion 1 are internally wired.

Further, as the hanging portion 2, a hanging tool having an appropriate shape may be adopted in addition to the annular metal fitting, and further, the pillar portion 3 is formed of a pair of metal or resin pipes and suspended. It can also be used as a lowering part.

The main body 1 includes a box-shaped housing portion 1b having a pair of openings 1a with respect to a long side surface, various internal devices 1c installed inside the housing portion 1b, and a housing portion 1b. It is composed of a pair of information providing plate portions 1e that are openably and closably attached to the top surface portion 1d via a mounting portion (not shown) such as a hinge.

Each opening 1a of the housing portion 1b is closed by each information providing plate portion 1e, and the information providing plate portion 1e is attached to the bottom surface portion 1g of the housing portion 1b by the mounting tool 1f attached to the lower end of the information providing plate portion 1e. Fixed to. By fixing with the fixture 1f, the housing portion 1b is sealed.

A waterproof packing is provided on the back peripheral edge of the information providing plate 1e, and when the housing 1b is sealed by the information providing plate 1e, the housing 1b and the information providing plate 1e Rainwater or the like does not enter the main body 1 through the gap between the two.

Further, although the information providing plate portion 1e is arranged on both side surfaces of the housing portion 1b, it may be arranged only on one side surface. In such a case, the housing portion 1b has an opening portion 1a only on one side surface, and the other side surface is closed by a plate material or the like.

The top surface portion 1d and the bottom surface portion 1g of the housing portion 1b are parallel to each other, and the short side of the bottom surface portion 1g is slightly shorter than the short side of the top surface portion 1d. Therefore, when the opening 1a is closed by the information providing plate 1e, the display panel 1h of the information providing plate 1e is tilted downward as shown in the figure. By tilting it downward in this way, the user can easily see the display panel portion 1h. The information providing plate portion 1e does not necessarily have to be tilted, and may be vertical.

A mesh-shaped opening hole 1i is provided at both left and right ends of the bottom surface portion 1g of the housing portion 1b, and a filter portion 1j for collecting dust is installed on the upper surface of these opening holes 1i. These filter portions 1j are made of a non-woven fabric or the like, prevent dust from entering the housing portion 1b, and only air is supplied into the housing portion 1b and discharged to the outside of the housing portion 1b. Therefore, the housing portion 1b in the state where the information providing plate portion 1e is closed can be ventilated with the outside air only by the opening hole 1i provided in the bottom surface portion 1g.

A first fan portion 4 and a second fan portion 5 are attached to the two sets of opening holes 1i and the filter portion 1j, respectively. The first fan section 4 and the second fan section 5 have a built-in rotary fan such as a propeller, which is supplied with electric power of, for example, DC24V, 4.5A from a power supply section described later and has a cooling capacity of 100W. The cooling capacity of the first fan unit 4 and the second fan unit 5, that is, the air blowing capacity, is appropriately adjusted according to the environment of the installation location and the size of the main body unit 1.

In the first fan portion 4, as shown by an arrow indicating the lifting direction of the guidance display device, a rotary fan is arranged so that the generated airflow direction is from the outside to the inside of the main body portion 1. In the second fan portion 5, the rotary fan is arranged so that the generated airflow direction is from the inside to the outside of the main body portion 1 as shown by an arrow indicating the hanging direction of the guidance display device.

A pair of vertical plate portions 1k standing vertically between the bottom surface portion 1g and the top surface portion 1d in order to allow various internal devices 1c to flow smoothly in the main body portion 1, and these. A horizontal plate portion 1l is provided so as to pass between the vertical plate portions 1k of the above. Further, the pair of vertical plate portions 1k also plays the role of a partition plate that divides the space in the main body portion 1 into three subspaces, an upstream chamber 1 m, a middle flow chamber 1n, and a downstream chamber 1o in the direction along the long side surface. There is. It is not necessary to completely partition each room from 1m to 1o by the vertical plate portion 1k.

The upstream chamber 1m is partitioned by a vertical plate portion 1k so as to include the first fan portion 4 on the bottom surface portion 1g, and the middle flow chamber 1n does not have a fan that ventilates the outside of the main body portion 1 and both sides are vertical plate portions. The horizontal plate portion 1l is arranged inside the partition by 1k. The downstream chamber 1o is partitioned by a vertical plate portion 1k so as to include a second fan portion 5 on the bottom surface portion 1g.

The vertical plate portion 1k and the horizontal plate portion 1l are usually made of a lightweight material having high thermal conductivity, such as aluminum, in order to enhance heat dissipation from the installed internal equipment 1c. When installing the internal equipment 1c that does not require heat dissipation, the vertical plate portion 1k and the horizontal plate portion 1l may be made of lightweight resin.

The internal equipment 1c installed in the horizontal plate portion 1l is a receiving portion 1p to which an information communication cable 3a composed of an electric signal line or an optical fiber extending from the pillar portion 3 is connected, and information received by the receiving portion 1p. It includes a control unit 1q that generates a display signal from the signal and outputs it to the display panel unit 1h of the information providing plate unit 1e.

The control unit 1q is an arithmetic control board on which a CPU, a memory, and the like are mounted, and is connected to the display panel unit 1h from the back surface side of the information providing plate unit 1e via a connection cable (not shown). Various guidance information is output from the control unit 1q via the connection cable and displayed on the display panel unit 1h. The control unit 1q is installed substantially in the center of the middle flow chamber 1n of the main body unit 1, but can be installed at an appropriate position as long as it is between the top surface portion 1d and the bottom surface portion 1g.

The various guidance information to be displayed is managed by a central device (not shown) connected to the guidance display device via the information communication cable 3a of the pillar portion 3. Based on the output command corresponding to the current time output from the central device installed in the management room of the station, information is provided to the user via the display panel unit 1h and the speaker that outputs the voice (not shown).

Vent holes 1r are provided above each of the pair of vertical plate portions 1k, and a third fan portion 6 and a fourth fan portion 7 are attached to these vent holes 1r, respectively. As the third fan portion 6 and the fourth fan portion 7, it is preferable to use one having the same or slightly lower blowing capacity as that of the first fan portion 4 and the second fan portion 5. The airflow direction generated by the rotating fans of the third fan portion 6 and the fourth fan portion 7 is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the top surface portion 1d as shown by the arrow, and the third fan portion 6 is the main body. The upstream chamber 1m of the portion 1 is in the horizontal direction from the middle flow chamber 1n, and the fourth fan portion 7 is in the horizontal direction from the middle flow chamber 1n to the downstream chamber 1o.

The first to fourth fan units 4 to 7 installed in the main body unit 1 in this way are connected to the control unit 1q by a control signal cable (not shown), and are turned on and off by a control command signal from the control unit 1q. Alternatively, the output is controlled.

When performing output control, a temperature sensor is installed in the main body 1, and the temperature output signal from the temperature sensor is monitored by the control unit 1q. For example, when the temperature inside the main body 1 exceeds the set value, the output of the first to fourth fan units 4 to 7 is maximized, and the brightness of the LED element or the backlight of the liquid crystal display is halved. Control the output.

Further, a power supply unit 1s is attached to the surface of the vertical plate portion 1k on the downstream side on the downstream chamber 1o side, and the bottom surface of the power supply unit 1s is placed on the bottom surface portion 1g of the housing portion 1b. A power cable 3b consisting of a power supply line and an electric signal line extending from the pillar portion 3 is connected to the power supply unit 1s, and the first to fourth fan units 4 to 4 are connected to the power supply unit 1s by an electric cable (not shown). 7. Power is supplied to the control unit 1q.

The first to fourth fan units 4 to 7 are not connected to the control unit 1q via the control line, but are connected only to the power supply unit 1s, and power is supplied from the power supply unit 1s via the electric cable. Then, the rotating fan may start rotating immediately.

When power is supplied to the power supply unit 1s of the guidance display device configured in this way via the power cable 3b and an on signal instructing the start of operation is transmitted, the power supply unit 1s becomes the first to fourth fan units. 4 to 7, start supplying drive power to the control unit 1q. The control unit 1q, which has been supplied with electric power, starts operation and transmits an on signal instructing the rotation of the fan to the first to fourth fan units 4 to 7. The first to fourth fan units 4 to 7 start the rotation of the fan according to the on signal received from the control unit 1q, and as shown by the arrow shown in FIG. 3, an air flow circulating in the main body unit 1 is generated. ..

Next, an output command signal including various guidance information to be displayed is transmitted from the central device to the receiving unit 1p via the information communication cable 3a. The receiving unit 1p converts the received output command signal into a format that is easy to calculate and outputs it to the control unit 1q. The control unit 1q checks the operation of the first to fourth fan units 4 to 7, confirms that heat can be exhausted from the main body unit 1 to the outside, and then inputs the output command signal. The operation for generating the display signal may be executed.

By outputting the generated display signal to the display panel unit 1h of the information providing board unit 1e, various guidance information is displayed on the display panel unit 1h. At the same time, an audio signal is output to a speaker (not shown) or the like, and various guidance information is broadcast by audio.

Due to the operation of the power supply unit 1s and the control unit 1q, the information display of the display panel unit 1h, the audio broadcasting of a speaker (not shown), and the like, heat generation corresponding to each power consumption is generated in each place in the main body unit 1. In particular, since the control unit 1q has a portion having a high heat generation density locally, a part of the control unit 1q reaches an abnormally high temperature, and some of the circuit elements constituting the control unit 1q have low heat resistance. A situation may occur in which the upper limit temperature of the element is reached. Further, since the display panel portion 1h has an LED element, a liquid crystal backlight, or the like on the entire surface, heat is generated almost uniformly in the plane, and the temperature as a whole can be high.

Corresponding to such an assumed heat generation state, the first to fourth fan portions 4 to 7 are provided with respect to the upstream chamber 1 m, the middle flow chamber 1n, and the downstream chamber 1o divided into three in the main body portion 1. To generate an appropriate air flow for each.

The first fan portion 4 takes in outside air into the upstream chamber 1 m in the main body portion 1 through the opening hole 1i and the filter portion 1j, and the display panel portion of the information providing plate portion 1e which is the front and rear side surfaces of the upstream chamber 1 m. An air flow is uniformly generated in the portion where 1h is provided, and the heat generated is cooled from the back surface side of the display panel portion 1h. The airflow flows toward the upper right between the display panel portions 1h, which are the front and rear side surfaces facing each other, and reaches the entrance of the third fan portion 6.

The control unit 1q controls the rotation speed of the fan of the third fan unit 6 so that the airflow of substantially the same amount as the flow rate of the first fan unit 4 taking in the outside air can be sent from the upstream chamber 1 m to the middle flow chamber 1n. do. The airflow sent to the middle flow chamber 1n by the third fan portion 6 flows substantially linearly toward the opposite fourth fan portion 7.

The control unit 1q has a part where the heat generation density is locally high and a part where an element with low heat resistance is mounted, but since it is installed in the horizontal plate part 1l made of a material with high thermal conductivity, the control unit 1q The heat generated by the operation of 1q is diffused up, down, left and right by the horizontal plate portion 1l. As a result, the control unit 1q and the horizontal plate unit 1l have a substantially uniform temperature distribution in the left-right direction, although the temperature is slightly higher on the downstream side, and a substantially uniform temperature distribution is formed in the vertical direction.

The airflow from the third fan portion 6 to the fourth fan portion 7 passes through the upper side of the control unit 1q and the horizontal plate portion 1l, which have substantially uniform temperatures. Therefore, the air heated and raised by the control unit 1q and the display panel unit 1h can be effectively cooled by the air flow from the third fan unit 6 to the fourth fan unit 7.

If the control unit 1q has a portion where the local heat generation density is extremely biased or a portion where an element having extremely inferior heat resistance is mounted, the heat diffusion effect of the horizontal plate portion 1l is not necessarily the only factor. It is not necessary to make the temperature distribution of the control unit 1q uniform. In such a case, the air flow is appropriately passed through the portion where the local heat generation density bias of the control unit 1q is extremely large or the portion where the element having extremely inferior heat resistance is mounted. Appropriate cooling can also be performed by changing the position where the control unit 1q is installed on the horizontal plate unit 1l in the vertical direction.

The control unit 1q controls the rotation speed of the fan of the fourth fan unit 7 so that the airflow of substantially the same amount as the flow rate sent by the third fan unit 6 to the middle flow chamber 1n can be sent to the downstream chamber 1o. .. The airflow sent to the downstream chamber 1o by the fourth fan portion 7 is located at the lower right of the portion where the display panel portion 1h of the information providing plate portion 1e, which is the front and rear side surfaces facing the right side surface of the power supply unit 1s, is provided. It flows toward and reaches the second fan portion 5. A uniform air flow flows through the power supply unit 1s and the display panel unit 1h that generate heat, and sufficient cooling can be performed.

The control unit 1q is so that the airflow of substantially the same amount as the outside air taken into the main body 1 by the first fan 4 is discharged to the outside of the main body 1 through the filter unit 1j and the opening hole 1i. The rotation speed of the fan of the fan unit 5 of the above is controlled. The air whose temperature has risen due to heat generated by the display panel unit 1h, the control unit 1q, the power supply unit 1s, and the like is discharged from the downstream chamber 1o in the main body 1 to the outside of the main body 1 by the second fan unit 5. That is, the heat generated in the main body 1 is discharged to the outside of the main body 1 together with the air, and the main body 1 continues to maintain an operable temperature state.

As described above, by dividing the inside of the main body portion 1 into three chambers by a pair of vertical plate portions 1k, the airflow taken in from the outside air directly flows from the first fan portion 4 to the second fan portion 5. It is possible to prevent the flow and generate an air flow along the inner peripheral surface in the main body 1 with respect to the air heated by the control unit 1q or the like by the third fan portion 6 and the fourth fan portion 7. .. As a result, the display panel unit 1h, the control unit 1q, and the power supply unit 1s, which are the main heat generation sources in the main body unit 1, can be effectively cooled by the air flow, and are discharged to the outside of the main body unit 1 together with the high temperature air flow. Can be heated.

Further, in this embodiment, the inside of the main body portion 1 is divided into three chambers by a pair of vertical plate portions 1k, but one or three or more vertical plate portions 1k are arranged to form a plurality of the inside of the main body portion 1. It may be divided into rooms. By installing at least one vertical plate portion 1k in which a fan for generating an air flow in the horizontal direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the top surface portion 1d of the main body portion 1, is arranged in the main body portion 1, the main body portion 1 is similarly provided in the present embodiment. It is possible to generate an air flow along the inner peripheral surface in the main body 1.
