Description
本出願は、2018年3月23日出願の「Quickset Anchor System」と題された、米国仮特許出願第62/646,954号、2018年3月23日出願の「Auto Release Spool」と題された、米国仮特許出願第62/647,255号、および2018年3月26日出願の「Auto Release Spool」と題された、米国仮特許出願第62/648034号に優先権を主張する。
本開示は一般に、軟組織の骨修復手技のための縫合糸アンカー装置に関し、より具体的には、張力機構を有する縫合糸アンカードライバーに関する。
縫合糸アンカードライバーの例として、例えば、米国特許出願公開第2005/85851号、欧州特許出願公開第2446831号に開示のものがある。
縫合糸アンカーは通常、外科手技において軟組織を骨に修復するために使用される。通常、縫合糸アンカーは最初に、ドライバーと共に予め形成された穴に挿入される。次に、保持クリートから引っ張ることで、縫合糸がドライバーから取り外される。多くの縫合糸アンカードライバーにおいて、アンカーを挿入した後に縫合糸および針を外すことは、手技中に余分な時間を必要とする追加のステップである。全縫合糸アンカーなどの配置可能なアンカーの場合、牽引力を縫合糸リムに印加して、アンカーをその最終形状に形成し、アンカーを骨穴に固定する必要がある。現在、ドライバーを取り外す工程、縫合糸を解放する工程、およびアンカーを牽引する工程は別個に実行されており、これによって外科医の効率が低下し、疲労が増大することになる。
Claims (14)
- 縫合糸アンカードライバーであって、
近位端および遠位端を有するハンドルと、
そこから中央に延在するシャフトを有する、前記ハンドル内のくぼみと、
中央開口部を有する戻り止めリングであって、前記戻り止めリングが一つ以上の突起を有する、戻り止めリングと、
中央開口部を有するスプールであって、前記スプールが、第一の構成と第二の構成との間で回転可能であり、前記スプールが第一の側面および第二の側面を有し、前記第二の側面がそこから延在する複数の突出部を有する、スプールと、を備え、
前記シャフトが、前記戻り止めリングの前記突起が前記スプールから延在する前記複数の突出部に隣接するように、前記戻り止めリングの前記中央開口部および前記スプールの前記中央開口部を通って延在し、
前記第一の構成では、前記一つ以上の突起のうちの一つが前記複数の突出部のうちの二つの間に延在し、前記第二の構成では、前記一つ以上の突起のうちの一つが前記複数の突出部のうちの一つと整列し、
前記一つ以上の突起が、前記戻り止めリングから半径方向に延在するアームであり、
前記複数の突出部が、前記スプールの前記中央開口部に向かって半径方向に延在する、縫合糸アンカードライバー。 - 前記ハンドルの前記遠位端から延在するドライバーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記一つ以上の突起が、前記戻り止めリングから前記くぼみ内の前記スプールの前記第二の側面に向かって延在する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記複数の突出部が、前記スプールの前記第二の側面から前記くぼみ内の前記戻り止めリングに向かって延在する、請求項3に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記シャフトがプロング端をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記くぼみが前記ハンドルの第一の側面に延在する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記ハンドルの外部上にスロットをさらに備え、前記スロットが前記くぼみ内に延在する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記スロットが、前記ハンドルの前記遠位端から延在するドライバーに隣接している、請求項7に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記スプールの周りに巻かれ、前記ハンドル上の前記スロットを通って延在する縫合糸をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記スプールが、前記第一の側面上に、それを通して前記縫合糸の端を受容するように構成された開口部を含む、請求項8に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- そこから中央に延在するステムを有するキャップを有する締結具をさらに備え、前記ステムが、前記シャフトの内側チャネル内に延在するように構成される、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記一つ以上の突起のうちの少なくとも一つが、所定の力の印加毎に、前記複数の前記突出部の二つの間から、前記複数の前記突出部のうちの隣接する二つに移動するように構成される、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記所定の力が、前記スプールの周りに巻かれ、前記ハンドル上の前記スロットを通って延在する縫合糸に対して付与される、請求項12に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
- 前記所定の力が、前記縫合糸に取り付けられたアンカーに対して付与される、請求項12に記載の縫合糸アンカードライバー。
