Claims (6)
- 藻類バイオマスを介して、CO 2 からポリアクリロニトリルを生成するためのプロセスであって、
- 炭素繊維の生成に必要とされるポリアクリロニトリルが、藻類バイオマストリグリセリドから得られ、それからグリセロールを介して、メタノールが得られ、次いで、プロピレンが前記メタノールから得られ、次いで、前記プロピレンから、アクリロニトリルがソハイオ法を介して得られ、最後にポリアクリロニトリルが得られるプロセス、
- または前記ポリアクリロニトリルが、CO 2 からメタノールを合成し、メタノールから、プロペンが得られ、かつ前記ソハイオ法を介してプロペンからアクリロニトリルを形成し、続いてポリアクリロニトリルに重合するプロセス、

- 前記ポリアクリロニトリル合成に必要とされる前記CO2が、化石燃料パワープラントからの煙道ガスから、鋼、セメント、およびアルミニウム生成からのプロセス関連CO2排出から、または空気などの天然源から生じることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記ポリアクリロニトリル合成に必要とされる前記CO2が、再生可能バイオディーゼルパワープラントの煙道ガスから生じ、したがって100%天然源からのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記ポリアクリロニトリルの合成に必要とされる前記CO2が、天然バイオマスベースの発電からの煙道ガスから生じることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
- 前記CO 2 からメタノールの合成のために必要とされる電気が、発電のために使用されるバイオマス、または風力などの他の再生可能電力源から生じることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の炭素繊維の製造方法。
