Description

性能パラメータを測定するステップと、
性能パラメータが第1の値の範囲内にあるとき上記変色部を第1の色に色付けするステップと、
性能パラメータが第2の値の範囲内にあるとき上記変色部を第2の色に色付けするステップと、
を含み、
第1の値の範囲と第2の値の範囲とは実質的に互いに異なり、第1の色と第2の色とは実質的に互いに異なり、
上記変色部はエレクトロクロモグラフィック材料を含むことを特徴とする方法。
[実施例2]
上記性能パラメータは、履物のユーザが移動した距離と関係があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例3]
上記性能パラメータは、履物のユーザが行ったジャンプの回数と関係があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例4]
上記変色部は、エレクトロクロモグラフィック材料に基づくトランジスタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例5]
上記変色部を色付けするステップは、上記エレクトロクロモグラフィック材料にかける電圧を変化させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例6]
上記変色部を色付けするステップは、上記エレクトロクロモグラフィック材料に流れる電流を変化させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例7]
上記変色部は、第2の色を含む模様を表示するように色付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例8]
上記変色部は、第2の色を含むグラフィックを表示するように色付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例9]
上記変色部は、第2の色を含む言葉を表示するように色付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例10]
上記変色部は、第2の色を含む数を表示するように色付けされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
[実施例11]
変色部を有する履物を扱う方法であって、
ユーザの選択した色を受けるステップと、
上記変色部に関連するエレクトロクロモグラフィック材料へ電気信号を送るステップと、
これにより、上記ユーザの選択した色とは異なる初期の色から上記ユーザの選択した色へ上記変色部を変化させるステップと、
を含む方法。
[実施例12]
上記履物は、複数の変色部を有し、上記ユーザの選択した色は、上記複数の変色部に対応する複数の色に関連することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
[実施例13]
上記変色部は、上記履物のアッパーのほぼ半分以上を占めることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
[実施例14]
上記変色部は、上記履物のロゴに関連することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
[実施例15]
上記変色部は、上記履物のトリムに関連することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
[実施例16]
上記ユーザの選択した色は、上記履物に施す所定のデザインに関連することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
[実施例17]
変色部を有する履物を扱う方法であって、
履物のユーザに関連する対象物の第1の色と関係のある情報を受けるステップと、
第1の色に応じて上記変色部に施す第2の色を決定するステップと、
上記変色部に関連するエレクトロクロモグラフィック材料に電気信号を送るステップと、
これにより、上記変色部を第2の色へ変化させるステップと、
を含む方法。
[実施例18]
第1の色と第2の色とが同系色であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
[実施例19]
第1の色と第2の色とが実質的に互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
[実施例20]
第1の色と第2の色とがカラーコーディネートされていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
[実施例21]
第1の色と関係のある情報を受けるステップは、上記対象物から無線信号を受けるステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
[実施例22]
第1の色と関係のある情報を受けるステップは、上記対象物の画像を受けるステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
[実施例23]
第1の色と関係のある情報を受けるステップは、上記対象物に関連するバーコードから情報を受けるステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
[実施例24]
上記対象物が衣料品であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
Claims (16)
- フットウェア製品であって、当該フットウェア製品は、
アッパー部と、
該アッパー部に関連付けられ、且つ第1の変色部と、該第1の変色部に隣接して配置された第2の変色部とを含む変色システムと、
前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部と通信する制御装置と、を含み、
該制御装置は、前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部の少なくとも一方の色を、性能パラメータが第1の値の範囲内にあることに応答して第1の色から、前記性能パラメータが第2の値の範囲内にあることに応答して第2の色に選択的に変化させるように動作可能である、
フットウェア製品。 - 前記性能パラメータは、当該フットウェア製品のユーザが移動した距離に関連する、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記性能パラメータは、当該フットウェア製品のユーザによって達成されたジャンプの回数に関連する、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部を個別に制御するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部を単一の構成要素として制御するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1の変色部は電子ペーパーの第1のタイルであり、前記第2の変色部は電子ペーパーの第2のタイルである、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1のタイル及び前記第2のタイルの少なくとも1つが実質的に硬質である、請求項6に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1のタイル及び前記第2のタイルの少なくとも1つが実質的に柔軟性である、請求項6に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部の少なくとも1つが、エレクトロクロモグラフィック材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記制御装置は、前記エレクトロクロモグラフィック材料に電気信号を印加することにより、前記第1の変色部の色及び前記第2の変色部の色を変化させるように動作可能である、請求項9に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記変色システムは、当該フットウェア製品の前記アッパー部の実質的大部分を含む、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部は、前記アッパー部の湾曲した領域に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記湾曲した領域は、前記アッパー部の踵領域である、請求項12に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記第1の変色部及び前記第2の変色部は、前記アッパー部の内側又は前記アッパー部の外側に配置される、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記変色システムは湾曲している、請求項1に記載のフットウェア製品。
- 前記変色システムは、前記アッパー部の踵領域に配置される、請求項15に記載のフットウェア製品。
