Description
作電圧が高く、使用温度範囲が広く、メモリー効果がなく、長寿命であり、複数回の充放電に耐え得る等の利点を有する。また、例えば、携帯電話、ノートパソコン、デジタルカメラ等のポータブル式電子製品に幅広く使用されており、近年では更に自動車分野にも利用されている。
部の第1の面131が溶接部12を介して第1導電部11に接続されることで、電池の導電性フレーム10の本体構造が形成される。例えば、溶接(welding)によって第1導電部11と第2導電部13を接続すればよい。
部151及びセル17のハウジング171を流れる際に、突出溶接部151及びこれと接触するセル17のハウジング171の温度が上昇する。
さ及び/又は面積を小さくすることができる。これにより、電池の導電性フレーム10とセル17の接続過程でセル17のハウジング171の構造が破壊されるとの事態を回避可能となる。例えば、セル17のハウジング171における金属の亀裂を防止可能となるため、セル17の耐用性及び信頼性が向上する。
1の断面積A1よりも小さい。第2導電部23は第1導電部21と完全に重なり合うとともに、第1導電部21の表面に突起を形成する。例えば、第1導電部21と第2導電部23の第1の面231及び/又は第2の面233が完全に重なり合う。第2導電部23が溶接部22を介して第1導電部21に接続されると、第2導電部23が、第1導電部21の表面(例えば下面)に突出した導電部を形成する。

Claims (7)
- 第1導電部、
第1の面及び第2の面を含み、前記第1の面が溶接部を介して前記第1導電部に接続される複数の第2導電部、及び
前記第2導電部の前記第2の面に設置されてセルとの接続に用いられる少なくとも1つの突出溶接部、を含み、
前記第1導電部及び前記第2導電部は異なる材質からなり、且つ、前記第2導電部の抵抗は前記第1導電部の抵抗よりも大きく、
前記第2導電部は、前記第1導電部と完全に重なり合うとともに、前記第1導電部とこれに接続される前記セルとの間に隙間が備わるよう、前記第1導電部の表面に突起を形成する、電池の導電性フレーム。 - 前記第2導電部は、前記第2導電部の前記第1の面に位置する少なくとも1つの凹部を含み、前記凹部の位置は前記突出溶接部に対応している、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
- 前記セルの正極と負極を隔離するための絶縁リングを含み、前記絶縁リングは囲繞領域を有し、前記セルの前記正極は前記囲繞領域内に位置し、且つ、前記第2導電部の断面積は前記絶縁リングの前記囲繞領域又は前記正極の断面積以下である、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
- 前記第2導電部は、前記第2導電部の前記第1の面に位置する少なくとも1つの凹部を含み、前記凹部の位置は前記突出溶接部に対応しており、前記溶接部は、前記第2導電部の前記第1の面と前記凹部に接続される、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
- 前記第1導電部は、各前記第2導電部にそれぞれ接続される複数の分岐を含む、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
- 前記第1導電部は、複数のサブ分岐が接続される複数の分岐を含み、前記サブ分岐を介して前記第2導電部に接続される、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
- 前記第2導電部の厚さ又は断面積は、前記第1導電部の厚さ又は断面積よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の電池の導電性フレーム。
