Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態によるバイタルサイン検出システム100(以下、検出システムと略称する)を示したブロック図である。本実施例では、検出システム100はRFレーダー11を備え、送信アンテナ111から複数の既定周波数のRF信号を送信させる。検出システム100は、被験者13にそれぞれ取り付けられ(例えば被験者13の胸元に装着される)、(相異する)既定周波数のRF信号に基づいて対応する入射高調波(RF)信号をそれぞれ生成させる複数の高調波RFタグ(harmonic RF tag)12(以下、タグと略称する)を含む。例えば、送信アンテナ111から送信されたRF信号F1をタグ1(12)が受信させると、対応する入射高調波信号FH1を生成させ、例えば、第二次高調波信号を発生させる(FH1の周波数はF1の2倍)。
入射高調波信号FH1が被験者13に投射されると反射高調波(RF)信号FN1が生成され、RFレーダー11の受信アンテナ112により受信される。被験者13の身体が移動(motion)すると入射高調波信号が変調されてその位相が改変され、これによりRFレーダー11が反射高調波信号を復調させることで被験者13の呼吸数や心拍数等のバイタルサインを取得させる。各タグ12が検知させるRF信号の周波数は同じではなく、生成される入射高調波信号の周波数も同じではない。これにより、RFレーダー11が受信させた反射高調波信号に対応する被験者13を識別可能となる。
前記高周波成分の除去操作は前記デジタル信号プロセッサにより実行され、これは呼吸に関する不要な高調波の除去、ノイズの除去等を含むがこれらに限られない。本実施形態に係るRFレーダー11は、周波数可変トランスミッタ113、高調波受信機114、高調波復調器115、及びプロセッサ116の操作の制御を行うためのコントローラ117を具備する。本実施形態では、図2に示されるように、周波数可変トランスミッタ113は送信アンテナ111に接続されてRF信号Fxを送信させ、高調波受信機114は受信アンテナ112に接続されて反射高調波信号FNxを受信させ、高調波復調器115は高調波受信機114に接続されて反射高調波信号FNxを復調させ、プロセッサ116は高調波復調器115に接続されてベースバンド信号の処理を行う。
ステップ31では、時間T1において、RFレーダー11の周波数可変トランスミッタ113が送信アンテナ111によりタグ12に対して既定周波数のRF信号F1を送信させる。タグ1(12)の高調波送信アンテナユニット121はRF信号F1との共振反応を生成させることで、対応する被験者13に対して対応する入射高調波信号FH1を生成させる(ステップ32)。ちなみに、他のタグ(12)の高調波送信アンテナユニット121はRF信号F1との共振反応を生成させず、対応する被験者13に対する対応する入射高調波信号FHxも生成させない。
図7は本発明の第2実施形態によるバイタルサイン検出システム700(以下、検出システムと略称する)を示したブロック図である。第2実施形態は第1実施形態に類似し、以下では相異点について説明する。
ステップ71において、これら前記タグ12は対応する被験者13に対して(相異する)既定周波数の入射RF信号FHx(xは1乃至n)をそれぞれ送信させる。ステップ72において、RFレーダー11は何れか1つのタグ12の周波数を選択させる。被験者13の身体の移動によって入射RF信号FHxが変調することによりその位相が改変され、これにより反射RF信号FNx(xは1乃至n)が生成される。

Claims (3)
- 被験者にそれぞれ取り付けられ、相異する既定周波数の入射RF信号を生成させて対応する被験者に投射させ、対応する反射RF信号を生成させる複数のRFタグと、
前記反射RF信号を復調させて対応する被験者のバイタルサインを取得させ、且つ前記反射RF信号の対応する周波数に基づいて被験者を識別させるための少なくとも1つのRFレーダーと、を備え、
前記RFレーダーは、前記RFタグに送信されるRF信号を生成しないことを特徴とする、
バイタルサイン検出システム。 - 前記RFレーダーは、既定周波数範囲内の周波数を有する前記反射RF信号を受信させる周波数可変受信機と、前記反射RF信号を復調させてベースバンド信号を取得させるための周波数可変復調器と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイタルサイン検出システム。
- 複数のRFタグのうち何れか1つのRFタグから複数の相異する既定周波数のうちの1つの入射RF信号を生成させるステップと、
前記入射RF信号を対応する被験者に投射させて対応する反射RF信号を生成させるステップと、
少なくとも1つのRFレーダーにより、前記反射RF信号を復調させて対応する被験者のバイタルサインを取得させるステップと、
前記反射RF信号の対応する周波数に基づいて被験者を識別させるステップと、を含み、
前記RFレーダーは、前記RFタグに送信されるRF信号を生成しないことを特徴とする、
