Claims (4)
- セルホルダに保持された複数の電池セルを有するバッテリコアパックと、前記バッテリコアパックを収容するケースとを備えるバッテリパックであって、
前記セルホルダは、該セルホルダの外部に前記電池セルの端子を露出させる露出部を有し、
前記端子同士は、前記露出部を介して該端子に接触するバスバープレートにより電気的に接続され、
前記バスバープレートが配置された前記バッテリコアパックの側面と、前記ケースとの間には、前記電池セルの熱を放熱する放熱シートと、前記ケースの内面との間に生じる摩擦力が前記放熱シートよりも小さい摩擦低減シートとが収容され、
前記放熱シートは、前記バスバープレートに接触し、
前記摩擦低減シートは、前記放熱シートと前記ケースの内面との間に介在することを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 請求項1記載のバッテリパックにおいて、
前記ケースは、前記バッテリコアパックの側面を覆う外殻ケースと、前記ケースに対する前記バッテリコアパックの収容口となる前記外殻ケースの開口を覆う閉塞ケースと、を有し、
前記放熱シートは、前記外殻ケースの内面に臨む前記摩擦低減シートと前記バッテリコアパックの側面との間で厚さ方向に圧縮された状態で前記ケースに収容されることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 請求項2記載のバッテリパックにおいて、
前記露出部は、前記セルホルダに形成された貫通孔であり、
前記バスバープレートは、前記露出部内に進入して前記端子と接触する突出部を有し、
前記突出部では、前記端子に接触する面の裏面側が、前記バスバープレートの他の部分よりも陥没した陥没部であることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 請求項2又は3記載のバッテリパックにおいて、
前記バッテリコアパックの側面には、複数の前記バスバープレートが配置され、
前記セルホルダは、前記複数のバスバープレート同士の間に介在して互いを絶縁する突条部を有し、
前記突条部は、前記セルホルダの前記露出部を有する面から前記バスバープレートの厚さ方向に突出し、
前記突条部の突出高さは、前記バスバープレートの厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とするバッテリパック。
