Description
本出願は、2014年2月27日に出願されて「Digital Deformity Fusion/Fixation Device and Related Methods」と題された米国仮出願61/945,511の、合衆国法典第35巻第119条(e)の下での利益を主張し、それにより、その全体で参照により本明細書中に援用される。

Claims (13)
- 骨固定デバイスであって、
(a)少なくとも1つのスパイン;
(b)それぞれ前記少なくとも1つのスパインの遠位端を越えて遠位に延びるように前記の少なくとも1つのスパインの遠位端から伸びる少なくとも2つの遠位アームであって、前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームのそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの遠位の骨タインを備え、ここで、前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームは、第1の骨の周りに変形可能に配置可能なように構成される、少なくとも2つの遠位アーム;
(c)それぞれ前記少なくとも1つのスパインの近位端を越えて近位に延びるように前記の少なくとも1つのスパインの近位端から伸びる少なくとも2つの近位アームであって、前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームのそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの近位の骨タインを備え、ここで、前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームは、第1および第2の骨が関節で融合するように、関節で第1の骨と連結される第2の骨の周りに変形可能に配置可能なように構成される、少なくとも2つの近位アーム;および
(d)前記の骨固定デバイスにおいて規定される少なくとも1つのツールインターフェイス開口部であって、ここで、前記開口部は、埋め込みツールの一部を受け入れるサイズおよび形状である、少なくとも1つの開口部
を含む、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記少なくとも1つの開口部は雌ネジを備え、
前記雌ネジは、前記埋め込みツールの雄ネジを受け入れるように構成される、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つの開口部は、少なくとも4つの開口部を備え、
前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームおよび前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームのそれぞれは、前記の少なくとも4つの開口部のうちの少なくとも1つを規定する、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つの開口部は、少なくとも2つの開口部を備え、
前記の少なくとも1つのスパインは、前記の少なくとも2つの開口部を規定する、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つのスパインは、関節または骨折部位の指示線を備える、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームの少なくとも1つにおいて規定された少なくとも1つの遠位アーム変形機構、および、前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームの少なくとも1つにおいて規定された少なくとも1つの近位アーム変形機構をさらに備える、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項6の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記少なくとも1つの遠位アーム変形機構は、遠位変形制御開口部またはノッチを備える、および、前記少なくとも1つの近位アーム変形機構は、近位変形制御開口部またはノッチを備える、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項6の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つの遠位アーム変形機構は、前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームの変形を、所望の方向に提供するように構成される、および、前記の少なくとも1つの近位アーム変形機構は、前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームの変形を、所望の方向に提供するように構成される、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項6の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つの遠位および近位アーム変形機構は、前記の変形機構の不存在下での前記の遠位および近位アームの局所曲げ半径とは異なる、前記の遠位および近位アームの局所曲げ半径を提供するように構成される、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項1の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも1つの遠位骨タインおよび近位骨タインのそれぞれは、前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームおよび前記の少なくとも2つの近位アーム内の曲率の半径よりも急な曲率の半径で配置される、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項6の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームおよび前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームのそれぞれは、
(a)前記の少なくとも1つの遠位および近位アーム変形機構の周りに与えられる、第一の曲げ半径;
(b)前記のアーム変形機構および骨タインの間の各アーム上に与えられる、第二の曲げ半径;および
(c)前記の骨タイン上に与えられる、第三の曲げ半径、
を有する、
骨固定デバイス。 - 請求項11の骨固定デバイスであって、
前記の第一、第二、および第三の曲げ半径は、横断面が非円形である、
骨固定デバイス。 - 骨固定キットであって、
(a)請求項1の骨固定デバイス;
(b)前記の少なくとも1つのスパイン、前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アーム、および、前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームが、支持ブロックの形状に適合するように、前記骨固定デバイスをその上に配列することができる、支持ブロック;および
(c)前記の少なくとも2つの遠位アームおよび前記の少なくとも2つの近位アームと連結可能であり、前記の骨固定デバイスを前記の支持ブロックから取り外す、埋め込みツール
を備える、
骨固定キット。
