Description

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and an air conditioner including the outdoor unit.

The air conditioner includes an indoor unit that supplies conditioned air into the room and an outdoor unit that is connected to the indoor unit. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit constitute a refrigeration cycle in which the refrigerant repeatedly evaporates and condenses and circulates. The housing of the outdoor unit has a heat exchanger for heat exchange between the refrigerant and the outside air, a fan for exhausting the outside air after heat exchange, and compression for compressing the refrigerant after heat exchange with the heat exchanger. The machine is mainly housed.

As described above, since the outdoor unit is provided with various devices, the weight is heavy and it takes time and effort to transport the outdoor unit. Therefore, in the outdoor unit described in Patent Document 1, the handle portion of the handle for transportation is provided at a height of 600 mm or more and 700 mm or less from the installation floor surface, thereby facilitating the transportation of the outdoor unit.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-85155

However, when all the handles are provided at almost the same height as in Patent Document 1, for example, when two workers use the stairs to carry the outdoor unit, the burden on one worker is borne. Becomes larger. This is because if you try to transport the outdoor unit while keeping the floor of the outdoor unit almost horizontal, the worker on the upper side of the stairs will carry it with his hips bent down, or the worker on the lower side of the stairs will carry it. It will be necessary to either carry it with the hands lifted high or to adopt one of the carrying methods. As described above, the outdoor unit is heavy, and the operator has to carry the outdoor unit in an unreasonable posture, which causes a problem that the transportability is not good. Similar problems can occur not only when transporting outdoor units using stairs, but also when transporting outdoor units on steep slopes.

Therefore, the present invention provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner that can be easily transported regardless of the place of transportation, and an air conditioner equipped with the outdoor unit.

The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
The outdoor unit according to one aspect of the present invention is provided close to a heat exchanger through which refrigerant from the indoor unit flows and a fan that is provided close to the heat exchanger and exhausts air after heat exchange with the heat exchanger. And the housing accommodating the heat exchanger and the fan, one end in the width direction of the housing, and the other end in the width direction intersect each other in the width direction. A plurality of handles provided in pairs apart from each other in the depth direction of the housing, and a first handle provided at one end of the handles in the width direction is provided in the width direction and in the width direction. A plurality of pairs are provided at positions separated in the height direction intersecting the depth direction, and the second handle provided at the other end of the handles in the width direction is located at the uppermost portion in the height direction. Only a pair is provided at the height position between the first handle provided and the first handle provided at the lowermost part in the height direction, and is provided in the width direction as compared with the fan. A control box housed in the housing is further provided on the other side, and the second handle is provided at a position in the width direction corresponding to the position of the control box.

According to such an outdoor unit, on at least one of one side in the width direction and the other side in the width direction of the housing, handles provided in pairs in the depth direction are separated in the height direction. There are multiple pairs. Therefore, for example, when the outdoor unit is transported (carried in and out) using the stairs, the worker on the upper stage side of the stairs can grasp the handle provided on the upper part. Alternatively, the worker on the lower side of the stairs can grip the handle provided at the lower part. As a result, the worker is not forced to take an unreasonable posture when transporting the outdoor unit.
Further, by providing only a pair of second handles on the other side in the width direction between a plurality of pairs of first handles, the cost of installing the handles can be reduced as compared with the case where a plurality of pairs of second handles are provided. ..
Further, since the control box has an electronic device, it is difficult to secure a space for providing a handle at the position where the control box is provided. By providing only a pair of second handles, it is possible to solve the problem of securing the installation space for such handles. Further, if a large number of handles are provided at the position where the control box is provided, the possibility that rainwater or the like infiltrates into the housing from the position of the handles increases. Therefore, by reducing the number of second handles installed, the possibility of water entering the housing can be reduced. In addition, the control box is heavier than the fans. Therefore, by providing the second handle at a position higher than the first handle provided at the bottom, it is necessary for the operator to lift the other side in the width direction of the housing on which the control box is installed to a higher position. Is gone. Therefore, the outdoor unit can be easily transported without forcing the worker to take an unreasonable posture.

Further, in the above aspect, the dimension of the distance between the handles provided in a plurality of pairs at the positions separated in the height direction in the height direction may be one half or more of the maximum diameter of the fan. ..

Multiple pairs of handles are provided at such positions, and when the outdoor unit is transported using the stairs, the worker on the upper side of the stairs grips the handle on the upper side, and the worker on the lower side of the stairs holds the handle on the lower side. By grasping the stairs, the operator can easily carry the outdoor unit without being forced into an unreasonable posture.

Further, in the above aspect, the handles provided in a plurality of pairs at positions separated in the height direction are above and below the virtual line so as to sandwich the virtual line extending in the width direction through the rotation center of the fan. It may be provided in and.

By providing a plurality of pairs of handles at such positions, it is possible to secure an installation space for the handles without interfering with the fan. In addition, when transporting the outdoor unit using the stairs, the worker on the upper stage of the stairs grips the handle on the upper stage, and the worker on the lower stage of the stairs grips the handle on the lower stage, which makes it impossible for the worker. The outdoor unit can be easily transported without being forced to take a proper posture.

The air conditioner according to one aspect of the present invention includes the above-mentioned outdoor unit and an indoor unit in which a refrigerant circulates between the outdoor units.

According to such an air conditioner, a plurality of pairs of handles are provided in the housing of the outdoor unit at positions separated in the height direction, so that, for example, when the outdoor unit is transported using a staircase. The worker will not be forced into an unreasonable posture.

In the above-mentioned outdoor unit and air conditioner, by providing a plurality of pairs of handles on the housing at positions separated in the height direction, transportation can be easily performed regardless of the transportation location.

Further, at the left end of the front surface 12, two handles 6 (first handles 6A) are provided apart from each other in the height direction Z. Here, among the first handles 6A on the front surface 12, the handle 6 provided at the upper part is referred to as the first handle 6Ac. Further, among the first handles 6A on the front surface 12, the handle 6 provided at the lower part is referred to as the first handle 6Ad. The upper first handle 6Aa on the left side surface 14 and the upper first handle 6Ac on the front surface 12 are provided at the same height, and the lower first handle 6Ab on the left side surface 14 and the lower first handle on the front surface 12 are provided at the same height. It is provided at the same height as 6Ad.

Hereinafter, "provided at the same height position" means that the portion for touching the handle 6 is provided at the same height position. In the present embodiment, since the upper bottom surface (the surface facing downward) 8 (see FIG. 3) of the handles 6 which is the recess is the portion to be touched, the handles 6 provided at the same height are on the upper side. The height of the bottom surface 8 is the same.

As described above, the pair of first handles 6Aa and 6Ac separated from each other in the depth direction Y at the upper portion of the height direction Z at the left end of the housing 5, and the height direction at the left end of the housing 5. Since a pair of first handles 6Ab and 6Ad are provided at the lower portion of Z apart from each other in the depth direction Y, a plurality of pairs of first handles 6A arranged in pairs in the depth direction Y are provided in the height direction Z. ing.

As shown in FIG. 3, as a first handle 6A provided at the end of the front surface 12 near the left side surface 14, a virtual structure that passes through the rotation center of the fan 2, is orthogonal to (crosses) the rotation axis O, and extends in the width direction X. A pair of first handles 6Aa and 6Ac are provided on the upper portion of the wire VL, and a pair of first handles 6Ab and 6Ad are provided on the lower portion. Further, the upper bottom surface 8 of the upper first handles 6a and 6Ac and the upper bottom surface 8 of the lower first handles 6Ab and 6Ad are more than half of the maximum diameter R of the fan 2 and the height of the housing 5. Less than the dimension in direction Z, far apart.

At the right end of the front surface 12, one handle 6 (second handle 6B) is provided below the center of the housing 5 in the height direction Z. More specifically, the second handle 6B is provided at the position of the width direction X corresponding to the position of the width direction X where the control box 4 is provided, and is provided at the left end portion of the front surface 12. It is provided at a height position between the upper first handle 6Ac and the lower first handle 6Ad. Hereinafter, the second handle 6B on the front surface 12 is referred to as the second handle 6Ba.

Further, at the right end of the rear surface 13 (position on the left side when facing the paper surface in FIG. 2), one handle 6 (second handle 6B) is provided below the center of the height direction Z of the housing 5. Has been done. More specifically, the second handle 6B is provided at the position of the width direction X corresponding to the position of the control box 4 provided in the width direction X. Hereinafter, the second handle 6B of the rear surface 13 is referred to as a second handle 6Bb. The second handle 6Bb is provided at the same height as the second handle 6Ba provided on the front surface 12. Therefore, at the right end of the housing 5, only a pair of second handles 6Ba and 6Bb arranged in pairs in the depth direction Y is provided.

Here, even if the first handles 6Aa, 6Ac, the first handles 6Ab, 6Ad, and the second handles 6Ba, 6Bb, which are paired in the depth direction Y, are not provided at exactly the same height, respectively. good. That is, the handles 6 arranged in the depth direction Y may be provided at positions slightly offset in the height direction Z.

In the air conditioner 100 of the present embodiment described above, the outdoor unit 1 is provided at the left end of the housing 5 in pairs with the depth direction Y, and the first handles 6A are separated from each other in the height direction Z. It has multiple pairs (two pairs).

Here, it is preferable that the outdoor unit 1 is transported so that the bottom surface 11 of the housing 5 is along the horizontal direction. When transporting the outdoor unit 1, the bottom surface 11 of the housing 5 of the outdoor unit 1 is kept along the horizontal direction, and the outdoor unit 1 is transported (carried in and out) using the stairs ST, for example, as shown in FIG. ), The worker H1 on the upper side of the stairs ST can grip the first handles 6Aa and 6Ac provided at the upper part. At this time, the housing 5 can be supported at a higher position than when the first handles 6Ab and 6Ad provided at the lower part are gripped, and the worker H1 takes an unreasonable posture such as a posture of bending the waist. You will not be forced.

Since the second handles 6Ba and 6Bb provided at the right end are provided below the upper first handles 6Aa and 6Ac provided at the left end, the work on the lower side of the stairs ST If the person H2 grips the second handles 6Ba and 6Bb, the worker H2 will not be forced into an unreasonable posture when keeping the outdoor unit 1 horizontal. That is, both the worker H1 on the upper side of the stairs ST and the worker H2 on the lower side can maintain a comfortable posture during transportation. Therefore, the outdoor unit 1 can be easily transported regardless of the transport location.

Contrary to the case of FIG. 4, the worker H2 on the lower stage of the stairs ST grips the first handles 6Ab and 6Ad on the lower left side of the housing 5, and the worker H1 on the upper stage of the stairs ST holds the housing. The outdoor unit 1 may be carried by grasping the second handles 6Ba and 6Bb on the right side of the body 5.

By providing only one pair of second handles 6B in the depth direction Y on the right side of the width direction X between the two pairs of first handles 6A, a plurality of pairs of handles 6 are provided on the right side of the width direction X as well as on the left side. Compared with the case, the cost of installing the handle 6 can be reduced.

Further, at the position where the control box 4 is provided, it is difficult to secure a space for providing the handle 6 in the housing 5. Therefore, by providing only a pair of second handles 6B at the right end of the housing 5, such a problem of securing space can be solved. Further, when many handles 6 are provided at the positions where the control boxes 4 are provided, rainwater or the like may infiltrate into the housing 5 from the positions of the handles 6. Therefore, by reducing the number of handles 6 provided at the positions where the control box 4 is provided, the possibility of water entering the housing 5 can be reduced.

Further, the control box 4 is heavier than the fan 2. Therefore, by providing the second handles 6Ba and 6Bb at the right end of the housing 5 at a position higher than the first handles 6Ab and 6Ad provided at the lower part of the left end of the housing 5, the control box 4 It is not necessary for the worker H2 to lift the right side of the housing 5 in which the is installed in the width direction X to a high position.

Further, the distance L in the height direction Z between the first handles 6A provided in a plurality of pairs at positions separated in the height direction Z is more than half the maximum diameter R of the fan 2. Therefore, when the outdoor unit 1 is transported using the stairs ST, the worker H1 is not forced into an unreasonable posture, and the outdoor unit 1 can be easily transported.

Further, a plurality of pairs of first handles 6A provided at positions separated from each other in the height direction Z sandwich a virtual line VL extending in the width direction X through the rotation center of the fan 2 and above and below the virtual line VL. It is provided. Therefore, the outdoor unit 1 can be easily transported while the installation space of the first handle 6A is secured without the first handle 6A interfering with the fan 2.

At the same time, duplicate explanations will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the first handles 6Aa, 6Ab, 6Ac, and 6Ad at the left end are provided in a plurality of pairs (two pairs) apart from each other in the height direction Z as in the first embodiment. Further, in the present embodiment, two pairs of second handles 6B at the right end are also provided apart from each other in the height direction Z. Hereinafter, the handle 6 provided on the front surface 12 of the upper second handle 6B is referred to as the second handle 6Ba, and as shown in FIG. 6, the handle provided on the rear surface 13 of the upper second handle 6B is shown. 6 is referred to as a second handle 6Bc. Further, among the lower second handles 6B, the handle 6 provided on the front surface 12 is referred to as the second handle 6Bb, and among the upper second handles 6B, the handle 6 provided on the rear surface 13 is referred to as the second handle 6Bd. write.

The upper first handles 6Aa, 6Ac and the upper second handles 6Ba, 6Bc are provided at the same height, and the lower first handles 6Ab, 6Ad and the lower second handles 6Bb, 6Bd are at the same height. It is provided at the position of.

Of the upper pair of second handles 6Ba and 6Bc, the second handle 6Ba is provided on the front surface 12 at the end near the right side surface 15, and the second handle 6Bc is provided on the rear surface 13 at the end near the right side surface 15. Has been done. Of the lower pair of second handles 6Bb and 6Bd, the second handle 6Bb is provided on the front surface 12 at the end near the right side surface 15, and the second handle 6Bd is provided on the rear surface 13 at the end near the right side surface 15. Has been done.

In the air conditioner 200 of the present embodiment described above, a plurality of pairs of first handles 6A and second handles 6B are provided on both sides of the housing 5 of the outdoor unit 71 in the width direction X apart from each other in the height direction Z. .. Therefore, when the outdoor unit 71 is transported using the stairs ST, the workers H1 and H2 (see FIG. 4) do not care which of the width direction X of the housing 5 is arranged on the upper side of the stairs ST. You will not be forced into an unreasonable posture. That is, the worker H1 grips the first handles 6Aa, 6Ac or the second handles 6Ba, 6Bc provided at a high position on the upper stage side, and the second handles 6Bb, 6Bd or the first handle provided at a lower position on the lower stage side. If the worker H2 grips the 6Ab and 6Ad, the outdoor unit 71 can be easily transported regardless of the direction of the housing 5 during transportation.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, the air conditioner 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the third embodiment described below, since the installation positions of the first embodiment and the first handle 6A are different only, the same parts as those of the first embodiment are described with the same reference numerals, and duplicate explanations are given. Is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 7, the first handle 6Ac of the upper first handles 6Aa and 6Ac paired in the depth direction Y is provided at the end of the front surface 12 near the left side surface 14 as in the first embodiment. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the first handle 6Ab of the lower first handles 6Ab and 6Ad paired in the depth direction Y is provided at the end of the front surface 12 near the left side surface 14, and the first handle 6Ab is shown in FIG. As shown in 8, the rear surface 13 is provided at the end portion closer to the left side surface 14. In this embodiment, all the handles 6 are provided on the front surface 12 and the rear surface 13.

In the air conditioner 300 of the present embodiment described above, the handle 6 of the outdoor unit 81 is not provided on the right side surface 15 and the left side surface 14.
