Description

- 第1の基板と少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層との間に配置された導電性手段であって、機能的要素に接続され、かつ積層アセンブリの外側に延びる導電性手段
を含む積層アセンブリに関する。
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層4によって共に積層された第1の基板2および第2の基板3、
- 2つの基板間に配置された少なくとも機能的要素5、
- 第1の基板2と少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層4との間に配置された導電性手段6
を含み、前記導電性手段6は、機能的要素5に接続され、かつ積層アセンブリ1の外側に延びる。
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層4によって共に積層された第1の基板2および第2の基板3、
- 2つの基板2、3間に配置された少なくとも機能的要素5、
- 第1の基板2と少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層4との間に配置された導電性手段6であって、機能的要素5に接続され、かつ積層アセンブリの外側に延びる前記導電性手段6
を含む積層アセンブリ1に空気、湿気および水が入ることを防ぐ方法は、薄い熱可塑性パッチ7が、空気、湿気および水がアセンブリに入ることを防ぐために導電性手段6と第1の基板2との間に配置されることを含む。
Claims (10)
- 積層アセンブリ(1)であって、
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)によって共に積層された第1の基板(2)および第2の基板(3)、
- 前記2つの基板(2、3)間に配置された少なくとも機能的要素(5)、
- 前記第1の基板(2)と前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)との間に配置された導電性手段(6)であって、前記機能的要素(5)に接続され、かつ前記積層アセンブリ(1)の外側(10)に延びる導電性手段(6)
を含む積層アセンブリ(1)において、
薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、空気、湿気および水が前記アセンブリに入ることを防ぐために前記導電性手段(6)と前記第1の基板(2)との間に配置されること、薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、平坦であり、かつポリビニルブチラール、エチレン-酢酸ビニルまたは環状オレフィンコポリマーからなること、前記熱可塑性中間層(4)および前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、同じ材料特性を有すること、及び前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、前記導電性手段(6)よりも少なくとも2mm大きいことを特徴とする、積層アセンブリ(1)。 - 前記2つの基板(2、3)の少なくとも一方は、透明な基板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記透明な基板(2、3)は、ガラス基板であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 自動車の積層アセンブリであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- フロントガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)は、前記積層アセンブリを加熱することができるワイヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)は、前記積層アセンブリを加熱することができる被覆要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)の厚さは、45μm超および300μm未満、好ましくは100μm超および250μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(1)。
- 積層アセンブリ(1)であって、
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)によって共に積層された第1の基板(2)および第2の基板(3)、
- 前記2つの基板(2、3)間に配置された少なくとも機能的要素(5)、
- 前記第1の基板(2)と前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)との間に配置された導電性手段(6)であって、前記機能的要素(5)に接続され、かつ前記積層アセンブリの外側に延びる導電性手段(6)
を含む積層アセンブリ(1)に空気、湿気および水が入ることを防ぐ方法において、
薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、空気、湿気および水が前記アセンブリに入ることを防ぐために前記導電性手段(6)と前記第1の基板(2)との間に配置されること、薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、平坦であり、かつポリビニルブチラール、エチレン-酢酸ビニルまたは環状オレフィンコポリマーからなること、前記熱可塑性中間層(4)および前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、同じ材料特性を有すること、及び前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、前記導電性手段(6)よりも少なくとも2mm大きいことを特徴とする、方法。 - 積層アセンブリ(1)であって、
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)によって共に積層された第1の基板(2)および第2の基板(3)、
- 前記2つの基板(2、3)間に配置された少なくとも機能的要素(5)、
- 前記第1の基板(2)と前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(4)との間に配置された導電性手段(6)であって、前記機能的要素(5)に接続され、かつ前記積層アセンブリ(1)の外側に延びる導電性手段(6)
を含む積層アセンブリ(1)に空気、湿気および水が入ることを防ぐための薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)の使用において、
薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、空気、湿気および水が前記アセンブリに入ることを防ぐために前記導電性手段(6)と前記第1の基板(2)との間に配置されること、薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)が、平坦であり、かつポリビニルブチラール、エチレン-酢酸ビニルまたは環状オレフィンコポリマーからなること、前記熱可塑性中間層(4)および前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、同じ材料特性を有すること、及び前記薄い熱可塑性パッチ(7)は、前記導電性手段(6)よりも少なくとも2mm大きいことを特徴とする、使用。
