Description

The present invention relates to a skin material cutting device capable of cutting a skin material used for an automobile interior material, for example, with a predetermined width.

Conventionally, as an interior material of an automobile, for example, a skin material provided so as to cover a cushion material, a base material, or the like has been used. Such a skin material can be obtained by preparing a large material exceeding the dimensions to be used in advance and cutting the material to a predetermined width.

On the other hand, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example, a cutter for linearly cutting a position at a predetermined distance from the end of an object to be cut such as an envelope is known. The cutter of Patent Document 1 includes a main body having a slide groove capable of inserting and sliding an end portion of an object to be cut, and a cutting edge. The cutting edge is attached to the upper wall of the slide groove of the main body. The cutting edge of the cutting edge protrudes toward the lower wall of the slide groove, and a recess is formed in the portion of the lower wall facing the cutting edge so that the cutting edge and the lower wall do not come into contact with each other. When using this cutter, by inserting the end of the object to be cut into the slide groove and sliding it toward the cutting edge while pressing it into the back of the slide groove, the end of the object to be cut is specified from the end. The position of the distance is cut by the cutting edge.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 4-331197

By the way, even when the work of cutting the skin material to a predetermined width is performed, the skin material is inserted into the slide groove and pressed against the back side of the slide groove by using a cutter having a structure as shown in Patent Document 1. It is considered that the skin material can be cut to a predetermined width by sliding it toward the cutting edge.

However, the cutting edge of the cutter of Patent Document 1 is in a so-called cantilever state because only the upper side is attached to the upper wall of the slide groove and the lower side is separated from the lower wall of the slide groove. When cutting thin and easy-to-cut objects such as envelopes, it is considered that there is no problem even if the cutting edge is cantilevered, but when trying to cut objects that are thicker and harder to cut than envelopes, such as skin materials, cutting Occasionally, when a force in the thickness direction acts on the cutting edge, the cutting edge is easily deformed so as to bend, and it may be difficult to cut accurately.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and an object of the present invention is to enable easy and accurate cutting of a skin material with a predetermined width.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a back side plate material arranged on the back surface side of the skin material and a front side plate material arranged on the front surface side of the skin material are provided, and the cutting blade is fixed to the back side plate material and the front side plate material. I tried to do it.

The first invention is a skin material cutting tool including a cutting blade for cutting a skin material used for an automobile interior material with a predetermined width and a main body portion to which the cutting blade is fixed. It has a back side plate material arranged on the back surface side of the front skin material and a front side plate material arranged on the front surface side of the front skin material, and is inserted into the main body portion between the back side plate material and the front side plate material. A guide surface is formed so that the main body portion can be moved along the end portion in the cutting direction of the skin material in a state of being in contact with the end portion of the skin material, and the cutting blade can be moved from the guide surface. It is characterized in that it is separated from the cutting direction by a predetermined distance and is fixed to the back side plate material and the front side plate material.

According to this configuration, a skin material larger than the skin material used as the interior material is prepared, and this skin material is inserted between the back side plate material and the front side plate material, and the end portion of the skin material is in contact with the guide surface. Then, the guide surface enables the main body to be guided in the direction along the end of the skin material. When the main body is moved along the end of the skin material, the main body is provided with a cutting blade at a predetermined distance from the guide surface, so that the cutting blade separates the main body from the end of the skin material by a predetermined distance. The broken part is cut off. As a result, a skin material having a predetermined width can be obtained by a simple operation of moving the skin material cutting tool along the end portion of the skin material.

Further, since the cutting blade is fixed to both the back side plate material and the front side plate material, the cutting blade is less likely to be deformed so as to bend when an external force is applied to the cutting blade in the thickness direction when cutting the skin material. As a result, the skin material is accurately cut. Further, the distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be kept constant by the cutting blade.

Further, if the thickness of the outer skin material is thin, the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be shortened, while if the outer skin material is thick, the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be increased. can. As a result, the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be changed according to the thickness of the skin material, so that the main body can be smoothly moved along the skin material.

The second invention is characterized in that, of the back side plate material and the front side plate material, the plate material located below at the time of use protrudes toward the tip end side in the moving direction of the main body portion as compared with the other plate material. do.

According to this configuration, for example, assuming that the skin material cutting device is used in a posture in which the back side plate material is located at the bottom and the front side plate material is located at the top, the back side plate material protrudes toward the tip side from the front side plate material. become. Thereby, the back side plate material can be applied to the back side of the skin material before the front side plate material, and the relative position of the main body portion with respect to the skin material can be determined to some extent. Therefore, the work of inserting the skin material between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be easily performed. When the skin material cutting tool is used in a posture in which the front side plate material is located at the bottom and the back side plate material is located at the top, the front side plate material may be projected toward the tip side of the back side plate material.

A third aspect of the invention is characterized in that the cutting blade is fixed to the back side plate material and the front side plate material so that the angle formed by the extending direction of the cutting edge and the surface of the skin material is an acute angle.

According to this configuration, the force required for cutting the skin material is small, so that the load during the cutting work of the skin material is reduced .

In a fourth aspect of the invention, the adjusting mechanism supports one of the back side plate material and the front side plate material, and has a support plate material having a long hole in the separation direction between the back side plate material and the front side plate material, and the length thereof. It is characterized by having a first fastening member that is inserted into a hole and screwed into the other plate material to fasten the support plate material to the other plate material.

According to this configuration, the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be adjusted by loosening the first fastening member. After adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material to be a desired distance, the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material is fixed at a desired distance by tightening the first fastening member.

In a fifth aspect of the invention, the cutting blade is formed with a long hole formed in the cutting blade in a direction in which the back side plate material and the front side plate material are separated from each other, and is inserted into the long hole of the cutting blade to be inserted into the long hole of the cutting blade and the back side plate material or the front side. It is characterized by having a second fastening member that is screwed into the plate material and fastens the cutting blade to the back side plate material or the front side plate material.

According to this configuration, when adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material, by loosening the second fastening member, the back side plate material and the front side plate material can be separated from each other without changing the cutting blades to different lengths. The separation distance can be adjusted. After adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material and the front side plate material, the cutting blade can be firmly fixed by tightening the second fastening member.

According to the present invention, the main body portion can be guided along the end portion of the skin material inserted between the back side plate material and the front side plate material, and the cutting blade is fixed to the back side plate material and the front side plate material of the main body portion. Therefore, the skin material can be easily and accurately cut to a predetermined width.

FIG. 1 shows an epidermis material cutting device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The skin material cutting tool 1 is a device for cutting the skin material 100 (indicated by a virtual line) used for the interior material of an automobile with a predetermined width. The skin material 100 is, for example, a resin member provided so as to cover a cushion material, a base material, or the like. The skin material 100 may have a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure including a cushion layer and a skin layer. Further, the skin material 100 may be a cloth material, a leather material, or the like, or may have a structure in which a resin layer is laminated on these materials.

The skin material 100 is cut to a predetermined width by the skin material cutting tool 1 and used, but before it is used, the width is several times or more the predetermined width as shown by virtual lines in FIGS. 1 and 4. Have. A plurality of skin materials 100 having a predetermined width can be obtained by cutting such a wide skin material 100 with the skin material cutting tool 1. The predetermined width is not particularly limited, but is, for example, several mm or more, and in this embodiment, the width is several cm or more.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the skin material cutting tool 1 includes a cutting blade 6 for cutting the skin material 100 with a predetermined width, and a main body portion A to which the cutting blade 6 is fixed. When cutting the skin material 1 using the skin material cutting tool 1, while moving the skin material cutting tool 1 with respect to the skin material 100, the cutting blade 6 positions the skin material 100 at a predetermined position on the main body A. Cut in the direction of movement. The moving direction of the skin material cutting tool 1 at this time is the direction of the arrow shown as the moving direction indicating unit 3c in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the like.

In the description of this embodiment, the direction indicated by the arrow indicated by the movement direction indicating unit 3c is the front direction of the skin material cutting tool 1, and the opposite direction is the rear direction of the skin material cutting tool 1. The user of the epidermis material cutting instrument 1 stands in front of the epidermis material cutting instrument 1 and pulls the epidermis material cutting instrument 1 toward the front side to cut the epidermis material 100. At this time, the user sees it. The right side is referred to as the right side of the skin material cutting device 1, and the left side is referred to as the left side of the skin material cutting device 1. It should be noted that the definition of this direction is only for the convenience of the description of the embodiment, and does not limit the direction when the skin material cutting tool 1 is actually used or the direction when it is stored.

(Structure of main body A)
As shown in FIG. 1, the main body A includes a back side plate material 2 arranged on the back surface side of the skin material 100, a front side plate material 3 arranged on the front surface side of the skin material 100, and a support plate material for supporting the front side plate material 3. A front bolt 7 and a rear bolt 8 are provided. When cutting in a posture in which the surface of the skin material 100 is located on the upper side, the front side plate material 3 is located on the upper side and the back side plate material 2 is located on the lower side. When cutting in the posture of cutting, the front side plate material 3 is located at the bottom and the back side plate material 2 is located at the top.

The back side plate material 2 is made of, for example, a flat plate material made of wood or hard resin, and has high rigidity so as not to be easily deformed during handling or cutting of the skin material 100. The back surface of the skin material 100 is in sliding contact with the upper surface 2a of the back plate material 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the width W1 of the back side plate material 2 substantially coincides with the width W2 when the skin material 100 is cut. The dimension L1 in the front-rear direction of the back plate material 2 is set longer than the width W1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front side plate material 3 is made of the same plate material as the back side plate material 2. The surface of the skin material 100 is in sliding contact with the lower surface 3b of the front plate material 3. As shown in FIG. 3, the front side plate material 3 and the back side plate material 2 are arranged so that the upper surface 2a of the back side plate material 2 and the lower surface 3b of the front side plate material 3 are substantially parallel to each other. As shown in FIG. 4, the width of the front side plate material 3 substantially coincides with the width W1 of the back side plate material 2. That is, the width W2 when cutting the skin material 100 can be set by the widths of the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3. Further, the front-rear direction dimension of the front side plate material 3 is set to be substantially the same as the front-rear direction dimension L1 of the back side plate material 2, but the front-rear direction dimension of the front side plate material 3 and the front-rear direction dimension L1 of the back side plate material 2. And one may be longer than the other.

As shown in FIG. 1, a moving direction indicating portion 3c is provided on the upper surface 3a of the front side plate material 3. The movement direction indicating unit 3c is a portion indicating a direction in which the skin material cutting tool 1 is moved (moving direction when the skin material 100 is cut) when the skin material cutting tool 1 is used. In this embodiment, an arrow is displayed on the movement direction indicating unit 3c, and it is clearly indicated that the direction indicated by the arrow is the direction in which the skin material cutting tool 1 is moved. In addition to the arrows, the movement direction indicating unit 3c may display the movement direction of the skin material cutting tool 1 with various figures, symbols, characters, and the like. Further, although the lower plate material 5 extending downward is provided at the right end portion of the back plate material 2, the lower plate material 5 may be omitted.

The support plate material 4 is provided so as to extend downward from the right end surface of the front side plate material 3. The front side plate material 3 is fixed to the support plate portion 4. The portion of the support plate 4 below the front plate 3 is a portion fixed to the back plate 2 by the front bolt 7 and the rear bolt 8. A front bolt insertion hole 4c and a rear bolt insertion hole 4d are formed in a portion of the support plate 4 below the front plate material 3. The support plate material 4 and the front side plate material 3 may be integrally molded.

The front bolt insertion hole 4c is formed of an elongated hole that is long in the vertical direction, that is, in the separation direction between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 in the portion near the front side of the support plate material 4, and is formed from the inner surface 4a to the outer surface 4b of the support plate material 4. It extends until it reaches, and is open to the inner surface 4a and the outer surface 4b. The rear bolt insertion hole 4d is composed of an elongated hole extending in the same direction as the front bolt insertion hole 4c in the portion near the rear side of the support plate material 4. The rear bolt insertion hole 4d also extends from the inner surface 4a of the support plate material 4 until it reaches the outer surface 4b, and opens to the inner surface 4a and the outer surface 4b.

The front bolt 7 and the rear bolt 8 are composed of wing bolts that can be manually tightened or loosened by the user of the skin material cutting device 1, and is a member corresponding to the first fastening member of the present invention. Is. That is, the head portion 7a of the front bolt 7 has a shape in which the portion on which the finger is hung protrudes in the radial direction, and by hooking the finger on this portion, the front bolt 7 is tightened or loosened without using a tool. I'm done. The outer diameter of the head portion 7a can be made wider than the width of the front bolt insertion hole 4c of the support plate material 4. Further, a washer or the like, which is not shown, may be provided between the head portion 7a and the support plate member 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the shaft portion 7b of the front bolt 7 can be inserted into the front bolt insertion hole 4c of the support plate material 4. A screw thread is formed on the shaft portion 7b. The thread of the shaft portion 7b is screwed into the front screw hole 2c formed in the back plate material 2.

The rear bolt 8 is made of the same member as the front bolt 7, and includes a head portion 8a having a shape protruding in the radial direction and a shaft portion 8b. The shaft portion 8b can be inserted into the rear bolt insertion hole 4d. The thread of the shaft portion 8b is screwed into the rear screw hole 2d formed in the back plate material 2.

In the present embodiment, the case where the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 are composed of the wing bolts has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other than the wing bolts, the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 may be tightened or loosened by hand. It may be composed of possible bolts and various fastening members. Further, the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 may be composed of a general hexagon bolt or the like that can be tightened or loosened by using a tool.

When fixing the support plate material 4 to the back side plate material 2, first, the inner surface 4a of the support plate material 4 is brought into contact with the right side surface of the back side plate material 2, and then the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 are respectively inserted into the front side bolt insertion holes. It is inserted through the 4c and the rear bolt insertion hole 4d and screwed into the front screw hole 2c and the rear screw hole 2d (shown in FIG. 4). Then, by manually tightening the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8, the inner surface 4a of the support plate material 4 is pressed against the right side surface of the back side plate material 2, and the frictional force acting between both sides presses the inner surface 4a against the back side plate material 2 of the support plate material 4. It is possible to suppress misalignment. At this time, the front bolt 7 and the rear bolt 8 may be tightened with a tool.

In a state where the support plate material 4 is fixed to the back side plate material 2, the separation distance between the upper surface 2a of the back side plate material 2 and the lower surface 3b of the front side plate material 3 is fixed. The separation distance between the upper surface 2a of the back plate material 2 and the lower surface 3b of the front plate material 3 may be set to an arbitrary value depending on the thickness of the skin material 100 to be cut or more, and may be set to an arbitrary value. can. For example, when the skin material 100 is thick, the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 are loosened and the support plate material 4 is moved upward with respect to the back side plate material 2, so that the upper surface 2a of the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 are used. The thick skin material 100 can be inserted between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 by increasing the separation distance from the lower surface 3b. On the contrary, when the skin material 100 is thin, the front side bolt 7 and the rear side bolt 8 are loosened and the support plate material 4 is moved downward with respect to the back side plate material 2, so that the upper surface 2a of the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 2 The separation distance from the lower surface 3b of 3 can be shortened to correspond to the thin skin material 100. Similar bolts may be provided in addition to the front bolt 7 and the rear bolt 8, and in this case, they can be fastened with three or more bolts.

The support plate material 4, the front side bolt 7, and the rear side bolt 8 constitute an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3. The separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 can be adjusted substantially steplessly. The user can adjust the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 according to the thickness of the skin material 100 before the cutting work. As a result, the skin material 100 can be reasonably inserted between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, and the skin material cutting tool 1 can be smoothly moved in the cutting direction after the insertion. The above adjustment mechanism may be omitted. When the adjustment mechanism is omitted, the back side plate material 2 may be fixed to the support plate material 4 without providing the front side bolt 7, the rear side bolt 8, and the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the support plate material 4 is fixed to the back side plate material 2, the back side plate material 2 protrudes toward the tip end side (front side) of the main body portion A in the moving direction as compared with the front side plate material 3. That is, the back side plate material 2 is a plate material located below when the skin material cutting tool 1 is used, and the front end portion of the upper surface 2a of the back side plate material 2 is positioned in front of the front end portion of the lower surface 3b of the front side plate material 3. There is. Thereby, the back side plate material 2 can be applied to the back side of the skin material 100 before the front side plate material 3, and the relative position of the main body portion A with respect to the skin material 100 can be determined to some extent. Therefore, the work of inserting the skin material 100 between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 can be easily performed. When the skin material cutting tool 1 is used in a posture in which the front side plate material 3 is located at the bottom and the back side plate material 2 is located at the top, the front side plate material 3 may be projected toward the tip side of the back side plate material 2. good.

As shown in FIG. 1, the portion of the inner surface 4a of the support plate 4 between the upper surface 2a of the back plate 2 and the lower surface 3b of the front plate 3 is the guide surface 4e. The vertical dimension of the guide surface 4e changes according to the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, and the longer the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, the more the guide surface 4e is in the vertical direction. The dimensions will be longer.

The guide surface 4e is in contact with the end portion of the skin material 100 inserted between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, and the main body portion A is in contact with the end portion of the skin material 100. It is a portion that makes the skin material 100 movable along the end portion in the cutting direction. Specifically, the guide surface 4e extends linearly in the front-rear direction, and when the main body A is moved in the front-rear direction with the end portion of the skin material 100 in contact with the guide surface 4e, the main body A Moves back and forth along the edge of the skin material 100. The guide surface 4e may be provided intermittently in the front-rear direction, or may be continuously provided. Before the start of cutting, the end portion of the skin material 100 may be cut in a straight line in advance.

(Structure of cutting blade 6)
Next, the configuration of the cutting blade 6 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the cutting blade 6 is made of a thin metal member capable of cutting the skin material 100. The cutting blade 6 is formed long in the vertical direction, and the blade 6b is provided at the front end portion thereof so as to extend in the vertical direction. The lower portion of the cutting blade 6 is a fixed portion 6a fixed to the back plate material 2. The fixed portion 6a of the cutting blade 6 is in contact with the left side surface of the back plate material 2 and is fixed by the lower fixing bolt 9. As shown in FIG. 4, the shaft portion 9a of the lower fixing bolt 9 penetrates the fixed portion 6a of the cutting blade 6. The thread of the shaft portion 9a is screwed into the screw hole 2e formed in the back plate material 2. The fixed portion 6a of the cutting blade 6 may be adhered to the back side plate material 2 with an adhesive or the like.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, an upper elongated hole 6c is formed in the upper portion of the cutting blade 6 in the vertical direction, that is, in the direction in which the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 are separated from each other. The upper portion of the cutting blade 6 is fixed to the front side plate material 3 by the upper fixing bolt (second fastening member) 10. That is, after the shaft portion 10a of the upper fixing bolt 10 is inserted into the upper slot 6c, the screw thread of the shaft portion 10a is screwed into the screw hole 3e (shown in FIG. 4) of the front side plate material 3. There is. By tightening the upper fixing bolt 10, the upper portion of the cutting blade 6 is fixed to the front plate material 3.

By loosening the upper fixing bolt 10 when adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, the cutting blade 6 restrains the relative movement of the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 in the vertical direction. It is easy to adjust. After adjusting the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, the cutting blade 6 can be fixed by tightening the upper bolt 10. By forming a long hole in the vertical direction on the lower side of the cutting blade 6 and inserting the lower fixing bolt 9 into the long hole, the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 can be adjusted. May be good. When the separation distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 cannot be adjusted, the cutting blade 6 may be fixed with, for example, an adhesive without forming an elongated hole in the cutting blade 6.

The cutting blade 6 is fixed to the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 and is separated from the guide surface 4e by a predetermined distance in a direction orthogonal to the cutting direction. This predetermined distance is substantially the same as the width W1 of the back side plate material 2 and the width of the front side plate material 3.

The cutting blade 6 is fixed to the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 so that the angle α (shown in FIG. 3) formed by the extending direction of the cutting edge 6b and the surface of the skin material 100 is an acute angle. Here, when the skin material 100 is cut, the skin material 100 is arranged between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, so that the skin material 100 has a substantially flat shape, and the skin material 100 has a substantially flat shape. The front surface and the upper surface 2a of the back plate material 2 are substantially parallel to each other. As shown in FIG. 3, the angle formed by the extending direction of the cutting edge 6b and the upper surface 2a of the back plate material 2 is substantially equal to the angle α formed by the extending direction of the cutting edge 6b and the surface of the skin material 100. The angle α is set to less than 90 degrees, preferably less than 60 degrees, more preferably less than 50 degrees. As a result, the force required for cutting the skin material 100 is small, so that the load during the cutting work of the skin material 100 is reduced.

(Action and effect of the embodiment)
As described above, according to the skin material cutting device 1 according to this embodiment, a skin material 100 larger than the skin material 100 used as the interior material is prepared, and the skin material 100 is used as the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material. When it is inserted between the skin material 100 and the end portion of the skin material 100 is brought into contact with the guide surface 4e, the guide surface 4e enables the main body portion A to be guided in the direction along the end portion of the skin material 100. When the main body portion A is moved along the end portion of the skin material 100, the main body portion 100 is provided with the cutting blade 6 at a predetermined distance from the guide surface 4e. Therefore, the skin material 100 is provided by the cutting blade 6. A portion separated from the end of the blade by a predetermined distance is cut. As a result, the skin material 100 having a predetermined width can be obtained by a simple operation of moving the skin material cutting tool 1 along the end portion of the skin material 100.

Further, since the cutting blade 6 is fixed to both the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3, the cutting blade 6 bends when an external force acts on the cutting blade 6 in the thickness direction when cutting the skin material 100. It becomes difficult to deform like a blade. As a result, the skin material 100 is accurately cut.

Further, since the cutting blade 6 is detachably fixed by the lower fixing bolt 9 and the upper fixing bolt 10, the cutting blade 6 can be easily replaced.

Further, in the state where the cutting blade 6 is fixed, the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 are connected by the cutting blade 6, so that the distance between the back side plate material 2 and the front side plate material 3 can be kept constant.

The above embodiments are merely exemplary in all respects and should not be construed in a limited way. Further, all modifications and modifications belonging to the equivalent scope of the claims are within the scope of the present invention. For example, as in the modified example of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the inclined surface 3f may be provided on the front portion of the lower surface 3b of the front side plate material 3. The inclined surface 3f is inclined so as to be located upward as it approaches the front end. As a result, the separation distance between the front side plate material 3 and the back surface plate material 2 is increased at the front end portion, so that the skin material 100 can be easily inserted between the front side plate material 3 and the back surface plate material 2. Further, instead of the inclined surface 3f, a curved surface curved so as to be located higher toward the front end may be provided.

As described above, the skin material cutting tool according to the present invention can be used, for example, when cutting the skin material used for the interior material of an automobile with a predetermined width.
