Claims (11)
- 厚さ1mm以下の薄板の上に板厚方向に複数の貫通孔である接着剤投入孔が形成された固定プレートを載置し、前記薄板を前記固定プレートの所定位置に位置決めする位置決め工程と、
前記位置決め工程後、前記接着剤投入孔に接着剤を滴下し、前記固定プレートと前記薄板とを接着する接着工程と、
前記接着工程後、前記固定プレートおよび前記薄板を、前記薄板が上になる位置で積層造形装置の鉛直方向に移動可能に構成された造形テーブルに固定する載置工程と、
前記載置工程後、前記積層造形装置により前記薄板の上に造形材料からなる複数の固化層を形成し、前記薄板と前記固化層とが一体となった三次元造形物を得る積層造形工程と、
前記積層造形工程後、前記積層造形装置から前記固定プレートおよび前記三次元造形物を取り出し、前記接着剤に対応したはがし液を使用して前記薄板と前記固定プレートとの接着を解除する接着解除工程と、を備える、三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 前記積層造形工程は、前記造形テーブルに前記造形材料からなる材料層を形成する材料層形成工程と、レーザ光または電子ビームを前記材料層に照射して固化層を形成する固化工程と、を繰り返す、請求項1に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記接着解除工程後、前記三次元造形物に対して二次加工を行う二次加工工程をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記位置決め工程において、
位置決め部材が取り付けられた位置決めプレートに前記薄板が載置され、
前記薄板が前記位置決め部材に当接されて位置決めされ、
前記固定プレートが前記位置決め部材に嵌合されて位置決めされる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 前記載置工程において、
取付プレートに前記固定プレートが固定され、
前記取付プレートが前記造形テーブルと接するよう、前記取付プレート、前記固定プレート、前記薄板が前記造形テーブルに固定される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 前記取付プレートは、前記固定プレートよりも底面積が大きい、請求項5に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記積層造形工程時に前記薄板が水平となるよう、前記載置工程の前に前記取付プレートの裏面を加工する裏面加工工程をさらに備える、請求項5または請求項6に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記薄板の熱膨張係数は、5.0×10-6/℃以下である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記薄板は、インバー材からなる、請求項8に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記薄板の前記厚さは、0.5mm以下である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 円筒形状の芯材と、前記芯材に巻き付けた刃部と、を有するカッターを備えるシート裁断装置の製造方法であって、
前記刃部を前記三次元造形物として、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項の三次元造形物の製造方法により製造した、シート裁断装置の製造方法。
