(5)従来寝たきり入院患者の退避は一人を二人の看護人で布団の上下を持ち上げ床に降ろして廊下を中腰の姿勢で引きずり出口まで行く避難行動が緊急避難の予定行動であったが、本発明により一人を一人の看護人の作業で車椅子に乗せ入院患者が前にずり落ちないように該パイプを左右のアームパイプに掛け渡して固定状態にして短時間の緊急避難が可能である。
(6)2台の車椅子の並列連結による搬送が可能で2台の車椅子の間に一人の看護人が入り左右等分に見守りながら病院、福祉施設の野外での活動が可能である。
